Abstract

Service quality is the main thing that users of e-learning applications always hope to receive, and these virtues are used to meet the expectations of users. The problem that occurs is that the quality of service is still lacking in the service order, causing the e-learning application to be unable to be reopened. Students who are late in submitting assignments must enter manually and the answers cannot be tracked. The purpose of this study was to measure the quality of service that affects the level of user satisfaction with the servqual method. Measurement of satisfaction for users in measuring the level of satisfaction with 5 dimensions of service quality, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiviness, Assurance, and Empathy. The result of the gap between perceptions and expectations of users is -0.08. The gaps are grouped based on attributes using an IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) diagram with the Tangible dimension, the value of the gap is -0.09, the attributes of e-learning application services must be maintained by users who always wear clear student ID cards so that they can be known. Reliability with a gap of -0.07, covering website context related to school e-learning, and guidebooks according to website content. Responsiveness with a gap value of -0.10, namely the attendance menu on the website is functioning properly, notifications appear when there is new information. Assurance with a gap of -0.10, guaranteed website security, and easy to file a complaint if there are website problems. And Empathy with a gap value of -0.08 for convenience in using the website, easy contact, and good communication with supervisors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the company implement IT governance. The focus of this research is on the COBIT 4.1 domain, namely PO1, PO4, PO9, DS5, DS9, DS12, and ME. The method is based on COBIT 4.1, this research uses several stages, namely literature review, data collection, and data processing at MI Miftahul Ulum. The results of data processing are used to find weaknesses in each domain. Weaknesses or problems compared to the ideal conditions that have been set for the COBIT 4.1 audit framework at each level, the problem encountered at MI Miftahul Ulum is that there are still problems with the attendance system, problems often occur such as not being read by the system even though they have made attendance which results in reduced attendance. teacher appraisals and salaries. The results of the calculation of the largest maturity level in the DS12 domain with a maturity level value of 3.89, must be increased again, while the smallest value in the PO1 domain with a maturity level value of 3.15 must be repaired again so that the attendance system is as expected.

Abstract

A process to find and find out the extent of an information system implementation activity from the point of view of an information system evaluation. It aims to determine the level of user satisfaction in using a system. This study was conducted to measure the quality of the Simanis application using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method, as well as using questionnaires to respondents and IPA Importance Performance Analysis. The results of the application quality level still need to be evaluated because the GAP level of 5 dimensions, namely content (content), accuracy (accuracy), appearance (format), user satisfaction (easy to use), and timeliness (timeliness) is still far from user expectations. The results of the user assessment of the Simanis performance application, no attributes found in quadrant 1. This indicates that the priority level for changes in some features does not exist, meaning that the features already provide the needs of the users. Suggestions in this study, application developers must continue to meet the performance expectations of the Simanis application in the 5 dimensions that have been assessed.

Abstract

In providing the best service to students, there are several CoursePintar supervisors who have competencies according to their fields of expertise, this aims to create a good quality of service because good service quality will produce student satisfaction feedback. However, KursusPintar does not yet have a measurable evaluation in providing teaching and learning services, to find out the quality of tutoring services at KursusPintar, researchers evaluate the quality of services, teachers, facilities, tutoring places and information on course fees on the web is not displayed on KursusPintar, which must be inquired through the Whatsapp admin contact. Measurements were carried out using the Servqual method which then obtained 98 respondents resulting from the slovin method. Then a validity test was carried out with a Pearson N-2 correlation at a significance of 0.05 obtained r table 0.202. Then test the reability with Cronbach's Alpha with a value of 0.7. Measurement with servqual with 5 dimensions of service quality, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, which is then displaced based on Importance Performance Analisys (IPA) with the best gap value results that need to be maintained, namely Tangible (Physical Evidence) with a gap value of -0.078 where KursusPintar understands the facilities needed by KursusPintar service users and the highest priority gap that needs to be improved is Assurance (Guarantee) with a gap value of -0.374 where users of KursusPintar services still feel that learning activities at KursusPintar are still not conducive so that learning materials cannot be received properly

Abstract

Karang Taruna is a social organization as a forum and means of development for every member of the community who grows and develops on the basis of awareness and social responsibility from and for the community, especially the younger generation in the region, especially engaged in social welfare businesses. Meanwhile, the membership of DKI Jakarta Mosque Youth and Youth Network (JPRMI), hereinafter referred to as DKI Jakarta Mosque Youth and Youth Network (JPRMI) is every member of the community. Limited understanding of the management and processing of quite large data or big data in optimizing the JPRMI management environment. The data used is the JPRMI DKI Jakarta membership information system database. Therefore, because of that, Nusa Mandiri University carried out Community Service in the form of Data Management and Processing Training on the Tableu Visualization Application at JPRMI DKI Jakarta. With this training, it can help DKI Jakarta Mosque Youth and Youth (JPRMI) in managing and processing data with the tableu visualization application. The results of this community service with the results of the questionnaire obtained and obtained by producing r count > r table, the overall results of the questionnaire are valid and very good.

Abstract

Foreman 1 State Vocational High School currently has a website with the site address https://smkn1mandor.sch.id/ as a means of delivering academic information needed by users. However, so far there are still obstacles in the field, namely that there are still many students who cannot access the website properly because the academic consultation feature cannot be accessed optimally, there is a lot of content that is not updated, students lack enthusiasm for using website profile and basic information such as the school's complete profile has not been included in its entirety on the website. For this reason, researchers conducted an analysis of student satisfaction as users of website services using the webqual 4.0 method which focuses on 3 webqual 4.0, namely Usability Quality, Information Quality, and Interaction Service Quality. This study used a statement instrument based on the webqual 4.0, using a questionnaire distributed to 87 respondents taken based on simple random sampling from a population of 450 active students. Data processing used SPSS version 26. Based on the test results and data analysis in this study, it can be concluded that the four webqual 4.0 variables, namely Usability Quality, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality on the website are in a reasonably high category with satisfaction scores in the satisfied category. The results of the evaluation in this study provide input for school's service interactions website.

Abstract

An information system audit is carried out to ensure that the system procedures in the institution function properly, using the Cobit 5 framework in auditing the attendance system at INL International Tehnology Pte. Ltd., because there is no standard operating attendance system, there are still deficiencies where in the application to use it in an orderly and correct manner, if we are late for absence there is no warning that we are late for absence from work. The results obtained are the sequence of domains with the highest value, namely the EDM01 domain maturity level value of 3.64 Fully Achieved achievement value, gets the Established Process level in IT capability, and a gap value of 0.64 from the target level 3. MEA01 maturity level value of 3.18 Fully Achieved achievement value, gets the Established Process level in IT capability, and the value gap of 0.18 from the target level 3. BAI08 maturity level value of 2.93 Fully Achieved achievement value, got the Managed Process level in IT capabilities, and a gap value of 0.07 from the target level 3. DSS02 maturity level value of 1.59 Fully achievement value Achieved, got the Performed Process level in IT capabilities, and the gap value is -1.41 from the target level 3. and APO11 mend get a maturity level value of 0.95, the Fully Achieved achievement score, get the Incomplete Process level in IT capabilities, and a gap value of -2.05 from target levels 3 and 2 and the highest score domain order questionnaire, namely domain EDM01, maturity level value 3.64, gap value 0, 64. Abstract

The information system used at CV Annur is in the form of a website https://annur-rent-car.webs.com, the function found on the website which is provided in providing information related to user needs in the form of tracking car rental rates, service points, and ask join. To provide information services, it is necessary to evaluate website performance so that service providers can maintain performance and improve performance where deficiencies are found in performance from the user's point of view. To determine the level of website performance, this research was carried out by applying the servqual method and Importance Performance Analysis. Assessment of user satisfaction is based on five dimensions, namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Tangibles later each performance attribute will be classified into quadrant I which is a top priority for improving service, quadrant II attributes need to be maintained because they have provided satisfactory service, quadrant III attributes have priority low and quadrant IV attributes are considered less important but the performance is good, the methodology used is descriptive qualitative, and the servqual method is based on 5 dimensions, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, tangible, empathy (empathy), testing with validity and reliability tests as well as the value of the gap obtained which must be repaired can be empathy, namely (1.82), responsiveness with a value of gap (1.82) and what must be maintained in reliability with a value of gap (1 .77), tangible with a gap value (1.77), assurance with a gap value (1.79)

Abstract

PT Simona adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa yaitu jasa pencucian karpet, sofa, pada perusahan dan juga individu.Untuk menunjang pelayanan bisnisnya, digunakan layanan TI berupa perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras yang digunakan dalam proses bisnis. Untuk memastikan terdapat pengelolaan TI yang optimal, dilakukan pengukuran level tata kelola TI yang telah berjalan dan membandingkannya dengan level yang diharapkan manajemen. Pengukuran ini mengacu pada domain COBIT 5. Langkah – langkah penelitian ini dimulai dari perencanaan penelitian, perancangan instrumen pengumpulan data, pengumpulan data dan melakukan pengolahan data hingga melakukan evaluasi akhir yang menghasilkan saran rekomendasi perbaikan pengelolaan sesuai dengan maturity model COBIT. Hasil dari pengolahan data yang sudah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa metode tata kelola infrastruktur TI yang sudah berjalan di PT Simona belum cukup baik. Dibuktikan dengan nilai gap yang cukup tinggi antara level pengelolaan saat ini dengan level yang diinginkan manajemen.Penerapan audit tata kelola pada manajemen menghasilkan bahwa untuk semua domain sudah mencapai target level yang diharapkan. Untuk perhitungan rata-rata maturity level dari ke 2 sub domain APO dan DSS, untuk hasil maturity level untuk domain APO01 senilai 2,50 atau senilai 250%. Berdasarkan pada persentase perhitungan berarti sudah mencapai level P atau Partially Achieved dan domain APO12 senilai 2,45 atau senilai 245%. Berdasarkan pada persentase perhitungan berarti sudah mencapai level P atau Partially Achieved yaitu sudah terkelola dengan baik dan belum semaksimal mungkin, 86 atau senilai 386 %, persentase ketercapaian berarti sudah mencapai level F atau Partially achieved dan level untuk domain DSS03 senilai 4,85 atau senilai 485 %, persentase ketercapaian berarti sudah mencapai level Patau Partially achieved

Abstract

Companies for their daily activities use Office applications such as Word and Excel for bookkeeping, they switch to Movable Fixed Asset and Inventory Management applications because they often lose data when there is a sudden power failure. The purpose of this Audit is to find out how much the effectiveness and efficiency of the Movable Fixed Asset and Inventory Applications are used in the Company. Benefits for PT. Semesta's work is to evaluate whether they are using the Movable Fixed Asset and Inventory Applications correctly. COBIT is a framework that is often used by auditors, especially information systems auditors. COBIT can be used as a comprehensive tool to create information technology governance in a company. The results of the study were carried out to measure the performance of the application in the form of analysis, level of capability mapping, and recommendations for the company. The standards used in research are COBIT 5 focusing on the EDM, APO, BAI, DSS, and MEA.PT domains. Karya Semesta With the Cobit 5 Framework, a conclusion can be drawn based on the deployment of the questionnaire, there is the highest value in the domain EDM04 Ensure Resource Optimization has a gap of 0.38 with Ti Managed and Measurable capabilities and APO12 has a gap of 0.33, DSS5 has a gap of 0.28 with the P level or Partially achieved in its entirety, while for the APO10 maturity level it is smaller, namely 2.67, it has not reached the target level, then GAP will occur -0.33 and also BAI09 maturity is smaller than the target level, a gap of -0.23 will occur, and MEA01 the maturity level is also below the target level L or Largely achieved, with IT capabilities in the Defined Process for those that are still below the target level must be increased again so that the company is better
