Abstract

This research was conducted to identify and ensure that existing system procedures in the company function properly, using the Cobit 5 framework to audit the Fingerspot WDV 204BNC application information system in Islamic Schools using COBIT 5 with DSS03 and MEA01 domains and a comprehensive audit of the information system has never been carried out. used by the company so that the information system operational services cannot be ascertained whether or not they are by the school's standard needs. The information system audit on the Fingerspot WDV 204BNC application system running which is expected to run well according to the school's needs and objectives, with capability analysis. The audit results with the highest scores, namely the DSS03 domain, received a maturity level score of 8.55, and MEA 01 received a maturity level score of 13.91, with a Fully Achieved achievement score, all target levels have entered level 5 and the overall total maturity index score is 112.29 and maturity level is 22. .46, the average maturity index value is 56.15, while the capability maturity level is 11.23. From the results of the GAP analysis obtained from DSS03 and MEA01, it has reached the desired target level must be maintained, and must be improved further.

Abstract

The increasing number of movie streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+ Hotstar, and Viu provides a variety of choices for users, but it also causes confusion in choosing the platform that best suits their needs, especially among teenagers. This problem is reinforced by differences in preferences regarding various aspects such as subscription price, content quality, ease of use, access speed, and variety of shows. To address these challenges, this study proposes a solution in the form of a decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This method is used to evaluate and rank alternative applications based on five main criteria. Data were obtained from 200 adolescent respondents through an online questionnaire, and then processed using the Simple Additive Weighting normalization and weighting technique. The results showed that Netflix was ranked first with the highest preference value (0.97), followed by Disney+ Hotstar (0.88) and Viu (0.79). These findings indicate that the Simple Additive Weighting method is effective in helping users choose the best streaming application objectively and measurably based on the preferences of today's teenagers.

Abstract

Atsiri Women's Cooperative is a social community organization as a forum and means of developing every member of society that grows and develops on the basis of social awareness and responsibility from and for the community in the region, especially engaged in medium and small businesses. While the membership of the Atsiri Citayem Cooperative, hereinafter referred to as the Cooperative Mothers, is every member of the community. Atsiri Women's Cooperative, Established on December 11, 2011, is located at Jl. Jalan Sedap Malam Raya no 45 Rt 01 RW 12 Atsiri Permai Housing, Ragajaya Village, Bojonggede District. Bogor Regency. Postal Code 16920, engaged in the field of All Kinds of Business. The problem of limited understanding of social media management that has not been carried out in optimization in the UMKM management environment. The use of social media used is still manual for sales information. Artificial intelligence has become the main focus in the development of computer systems that have the ability to resemble the function of the human brain. One of them is the development and utilization of Chatbot Ecosystem Virtual Assistant (EVA) as a tool to help work in various fields and in Kopwan Atsiri, One of which is through further training activities on the use of information technology, online marketing, business management, and other relevant aspects. So that the training and socialization carried out do not stop only in the scope of meetings, but can also be applied by the community in their daily business activities. In this context, the training aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the type of Chatbot Ecosystem Virtual Assistant (EVA), in providing customer service at Kopwan Atsiri. Through the implementation of direct implementation of practicing Chatbot Ecosystem Virtual Assistant (EVA), which is the most efficient in the context of customer service. These results are expected to provide valuable insights for the development and implementation of Chatbot Ecosystem Virtual Assistant (EVA) in improving the effectiveness of customer service, as well as one solution in increasing knowledge, and making it easier to get fast information and provide a more accurate and strong understanding of efficiency.

Abstract

The Bojong Gede Residents Community Multi-Business Cooperative (KSU KOWAGE) is a cooperative institution founded with the spirit of togetherness and a sense of desire to form a business but is constrained by limitations such as small business capital, and weak human resources. It is difficult to access information & technology as well as sources of capital. Currently, KOWAGE KSU has several products that have been marketed both offline and online, there are several obstacles related to their activities, one of which is related to storing images of several products to then make catalogs and cooperative activities which later can be distributed and used anytime and anywhere, one of the technologies that can be used for storage is using cloud technology from Google, namely Google Drive, by utilizing and using this technology KSU KOWAGE can store its products and cooperative activities anytime and anywhere, providing directly create google drive and also a cloud-based data storage method which is quite popular including Google Drive, and knowing this cloud technology starts from the utilization, use, and function of the application features, directly from each participant's cellphone, the one day workshop method

Abstract

Community Service is a routine activity carried out by lecturers of Higher Education in order to carry out the obligations of the Tridharma of Higher Education. Lecturers have an obligation to carry out the obligation to share knowledge and skills they have with the wider community who need help. One of the partners who needs support is Al Qomar School which currently has problems in the information system in the digital learning process. This often causes errors in the digital learning process. In addition, the partner also does not have a website application that can be used to display the school's digital learning that makes it easier for teachers to access digital learning quickly and efficiently. Based on this, this community service aims to provide Moodle-Based E-Learning Application Training for the Development and Improvement of Digital Learning Media at Al Qomar School that can be used by partners to improve learning performance better. The activity was carried out face-to-face at the Al Qomar School Hall, Jalan Kamal Raya No. 1 Kalideres, West Jakarta. The target output to be achieved in this activity is the publication of this training activity in national-scale electronic or print media. Improving the ability of the e-learning system aims to provide effective solutions in increasing learning flexibility, accommodating diverse learning styles, and facilitating learning accessibility. E-learning development using the Moodle platform, 100% of teachers are able to design learning with creative and innovative content

Abstract

Abstrak - Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat mendorong berbagai lembaga, termasuk institusi pendidikan, untuk berinovasi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan. Salah satu aspek penting dalam lingkungan sekolah yang memerlukan inovasi adalah pengelolaan perpustakaan. Di SMK Angkasa Kota Tasikmalaya, pengelolaan perpustakaan masih dilakukan secara manual, yang sering menimbulkan berbagai kendala seperti kesalahan dalam pencatatan data, lambatnya proses peminjaman dan pengembalian buku, serta terbatasnya akses terhadap informasi koleksi perpustakaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi perpustakaan digital berbasis website sebagai solusi atas permasalahan tersebut. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL, serta dikembangkan dengan pendekatan model Waterfall. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang mampu mengotomatisasi layanan perpustakaan, mulai dari proses peminjaman dan pengembalian buku hingga pencarian data koleksi, sehingga meningkatkan kecepatan dan akurasi layanan. Selain itu, sistem ini memberikan kemudahan akses bagi siswa dan guru, yang dapat mengakses informasi perpustakaan secara online kapan saja dan di mana saja. Dengan diterapkannya sistem ini, diharapkan pengelolaan perpustakaan menjadi lebih modern, efisien, dan mampu mendukung proses pembelajaran digital secara optimal.Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi; Perpustakaan Digital; Website; Waterfall; SMK Angkasa Tasikmalaya; Abstract - The rapid development of information technology has encouraged various institutions, including educational organizations, to innovate in order to improve efficiency and service quality. One of the essential aspects in a school environment that requires innovation is library management. At SMK Angkasa Kota Tasikmalaya, library management is still carried out manually, which often leads to various problems such as errors in data recording, slow borrowing and returning processes, and limited access to information on library collections. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of developing and implementing a web-based digital library information system as a solution to these issues. The system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, and developed using the Waterfall model approach. The implementation results show that the designed system is capable of automating library services, ranging from the borrowing and returning process to collection data searching, thereby improving service speed and accuracy. In addition, the system provides easier access for students and teachers, who can access library information online anytime and anywhere. With the implementation of this system, it is expected that library management will become more modern, efficient, and supportive of digital learning processes in an optimal way.Keywords: Information System; Digital Library; Website; Waterfall; SMK Angkasa Tasikmalaya;
