Abstract

UMKM Tajur Halang Makmur is a social organization as a forum and means of developing every member of society who grows and develops on the basis of awareness and social responsibility from and for the community in the region, especially those engaged in medium and small businesses. Meanwhile, the membership of Jakarta MSMEs, hereinafter referred to as PKK Mothers, is every member of the community. Tajur Halang Makmur UKM Cooperative, Founded on 03 September 2019, address Ruko Ning's Residence Jalan Raya Kalisuren, Kalisuren Village, Tajurhalang District, Bogor Regency, Deed of establishment of the cooperative "UKM Tajurhalang Makmur" Number: 04,- Date: 03 September 2019. UKM Cooperative Tajurhalang Makmur operates in the Multi Business sector. The problem is limited understanding of social media management which has not been optimized within the MSME management environment. The use of social media is still manual for sales information. Therefore, Nusa Mandiri University carries out Community Service in the form of training and utilizing Whats App Business technology in developing product sales. With this training, PKK mothers can help manage and provide information data with training in implementing digital product sales. The output that will be achieved from this socialization in the form of community service is publication in local print or electronic mass media

Abstract

Information system audits are carried out to identify and ensure that existing system procedures in the company are functioning properly, using the Cobit 5 framework to audit the DPLK Capital Life Indonesia application information system because previously there has never been a comprehensive audit of the information system used by the company so that the information system operational services cannot be ascertained whether or not they are in accordance with the standard needs of the company. With the information system audit on the DPLK Capital Life Indonesia application system running in the company, it is hoped that it can harmonize the needs with the objectives of the company. The research was collected with quantitative capability analysis. The audit results with the highest value, namely the DSS01 domain, get a Maturity Level value of 2.97 with a Fully Achieved achievement value and a gap value of sub domain DSS01.01 gap value of -0.01, DSS01.02 gap value of 0.08, DSS01.03 gap value of -0.01, DSS01.04 gap value of -0.06 and DSS01.05 gap value of -0.08 from target level 3. While the DSS02 domain gets a Maturity Level value of 2.13 with a Fully Achieved achievement value and a sub domain gap value of DSS02.01 gap value of 0.19, DSS02.02 gap value of 0.11, DSS02.03 gap value of 0.19, DSS02.04 gap value of 0.15, DSS02.05 gap value of 0.10, DSS02.06 gap value of 0.10 and DSS02.07 gap value of 0.05 from target level 2. The GAP analysis result obtained from DSS01 and DSS02 have not reached the target level.

Abstract

Framework Information system audits are carried out to identify and ensure that existing system procedures in the company function properly, using the Cobit 5 framework to audit the information system for the assistant manager application in the Clinic because previously there has never been a comprehensive audit of the information system used by the company so that the service The operation of the information system cannot be ascertained whether or not it meets the company's standard requirements and the only thing is that the machine is damaged suddenly, and if the attendce manager application is suddenly damaged then attendance is carried out manually on paper which results in the attendance being very long and ineffective. To see that remaining employee leave is not updated, an audit of the information system on the running Clinic Attendance Manager application is expected to be able to align needs with the company's goals, with quantitative capability analysis. The results of the audit with the two domains used, namely MEA01 Monitor, Evaluate and Assess Performance and Conformance, MEA02 Monitor, evaluate and assess the system of internal control, have not yet reached the expected target level. If sorted from the GAP closest to the target, it is MEA01.01 Establish a monitoring approach GAP value 0.97 MEA01.02 Set performance and conformance target value 0.77, MEA01.03 Collect and process performance and conformance data value 0.80, MEA01.04 Analyze and report performance value 0.53, MEA01.05 Ensure the implementation of corrective actions value 0.55, still far from the target, namely MEA02.01 Monitor internal controls with a value of -1.83, MEA02.02 Review business process controls effectiveness with a value of -1.35, MEA02.03 Perform control self-assessments with a value of -2.78, MEA02.04 Identify and report control deficiencies with a value of -1.70, MEA02.05 Ensure that assurance providers are independent and qualified with a value of -1.82.

Abstract

Abstrak – Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan aplikasi berbasis mobile dalam memudahkan pemesanan online untuk Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). UMKM memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun menghadapi tantangan persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat dan tuntutan transformasi digital. Masalah utama yang diidentifikasi adalah kurangnya integrasi antara platform penjualan dan saluran pemasaran digital, sehingga menyulitkan pelanggan dalam melakukan pemesanan dan pembayaran secara mudah dan aman. Solusi yang ditawarkan dalam penelitian ini adalah aplikasi mobile yang dirancang dengan antarmuka pengguna yang intuitif dan ramah pengguna, serta mengintegrasikan sistem pembayaran. Aplikasi akan dirancang menggunakan framework Flutter dan bahasa pemrograman Dart dengan menerapkan model Rapid Application Development (RAD) untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih cepat dan optimal. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan memanfaatkan keunggulan aplikasi mobile yang mudah diakses, user-friendly, dan terjangkau, aplikasi ini dapat membantu UMKM melakukan transaksi bisnis secara lebih efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi mobile yang terintegrasi, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerapannya, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk optimalisasi aplikasi sesuai kebutuhan pengguna UMKM.Kata kunci: Aplikasi Pemesanan Online , Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM), Flutter , Dart, RAD. Abstract – This research focuses on the application of mobile-based applications in facilitating online ordering for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs have a strategic role in the Indonesian economy, but face the challenges of increasingly fierce business competition and the demands of digital transformation. The main problem identified is the lack of integration between sales platforms and digital marketing channels, making it difficult for customers to place orders and make payments easily and securely. The solution offered in this research is a mobile application designed with an intuitive and user-friendly user interface, as well as integrating the payment system. The application will be designed using the Flutter framework and Dart programming language by applying the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model to obtain faster and more optimal results. The results of this research show that by utilizing the advantages of mobile applications that are easily accessible, user-friendly, and affordable, this application can help MSMEs conduct business transactions more efficiently. This research aims to design and develop an integrated mobile application, identify factors that affect its implementation, and provide recommendations for optimizing the application according to the needs of MSME users.Keywords: Online Ordering Application, Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), Flutter, Dart, RAD.

Abstract

Abstrak -­ Di era teknologi saat ini, masih ada sejumlah usaha kecil menengah (UMKM) yang mengandalkan pencatatan transaksi secara manual. Meskipun demikian, pengelolaan transaksi penjualan dengan cara manual sering kali menyebabkan kesalahan dalam pencatatan, yang dapat menghambat efisiensi bisnis dan menimbulkan kebingungan. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi para UMKM untuk mengadopsi solusi digital seperti aplikasi kasir guna meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan dan mempercepat proses transaksi. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi kasir yang canggih dan terpercaya, kesalahan dalam pencatatan dapat diminimalisir, dan proses transaksi menjadi lebih efisien, lancar, dan cepat. Hal ini tidak hanya menghemat waktu, tetapi juga membantu UMKM untuk tetap bersaing dan berkembang di pasar yang terus berkembang pesat. Aplikasi kasir yang dikembangkan dengan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD), menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java, dan database MySQL, menjanjikan solusi yang mudah diimplementasikan dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan bisnis UMKM. Dengan demikian, UMKM dapat mengoptimalkan operasional mereka, meningkatkan layanan pelanggan, dan fokus pada pertumbuhan bisnis mereka di era digital ini dengan lebih percaya diri, efektif, dan berkelanjutan.Kata kunci : RAD, Kasir, UMKM, Aplikasi, Desktop. Abstract - Within the current mechanical period, there are still a number of little and medium endeavors (MSMEs) that depend on recording exchanges physically. Subsequently, it is critical for MSMEs to receive computerized arrangements such as cashier applications to extend recording accuracy and speed up the exchange handle. By employing a advanced and trusted cashier application, blunders in recording can be minimized, and the exchange handle gets to be more effective, smooth and quick. Abstract

Abstrak – Proyek ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem Informasi absensi karyawan berbasis web di Desa Bhakti Jaya. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memudahkan pencatatan dan pengelolaan data kehadiran karyawan secara efektif dan efisien. Dengan menggunakan teknologi berbasis web, sistem ini memungkinkan akses real- time dan transparansi dalam pemantauan absensi karyawan. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, serta pengujian dan evaluasi. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan framework CodeIgniter, dengan basis data MySQL untuk penyimpanan data. Fitur utama dari sistem ini meliputi pencatatan kehadiran harian, laporan bulanan, notifikasi ketidakhadiran, serta integrasi dengan sistem penggajian. Sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan fitur keamanan seperti autentikasi pengguna dan enkripsi data untuk melindungi Informasi sensitif. Dengan penerapan sistem ini, diharapkan efisiensi dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia di Desa Bhakti Jaya dapat meningkat, serta mengurangi kesalahan dan kecurangan dalam pencatatan absensi. Sistem ini juga dirancang untuk mudah digunakan dan diakses oleh semua karyawan, sehingga meminimalkan kebutuhan pelatihan tambahanKata kunci: Absensi Karyawan,  Web,, PHP, Framework Codelgniter, MySQL Abstract – The project aims to develop a web-based employee attendance information system in Bhakti Jaya Village. The system is designed to facilitate the effective and efficient recording and management of employee attendance data. Using web-based technology, the system enables real-time access and transparency in employee absenteeism monitoring. The methodology used in the development of this system includes needs analysis, system design, implementation, as well as testing and evaluation. The system is built using the PHP programming language and the CodeIgniter framework, with a MySQL database for data storage. The main features of the system include daily attendance logging, monthly reports, absence notifications, as well as integration with payroll systems. The system also comes with security features such as user authentication and data encryption to protect sensitive information. With the implementation of this system, it is hoped that efficiency in human resource management in Bhakti Jaya Village can be increased, as well as reduce errors and fraud in absenteeism recording. Artificial intelligence has become the main focus in the development of computer systems that have the ability to resemble the function of the human brain. One of them is the development and utilization of Chatbot Ecosystem Virtual Assistant (EVA) as a tool to help work in various fields and in Kopwan Atsiri, One of which is through further training activities on the use of information technology, online marketing, business management, and other relevant aspects. So that the training and socialization carried out do not stop only in the scope of meetings, but can also be applied by the community in their daily business activities. In this context, the training aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the type of Chatbot Ecosystem Virtual Assistant (EVA), in providing customer service at Kopwan Atsiri. Through the implementation of direct implementation of practicing Chatbot Ecosystem Virtual Assistant (EVA), which is the most efficient in the context of customer service. These results are expected to provide valuable insights for the development and implementation of Chatbot Ecosystem Virtual Assistant (EVA) in improving the effectiveness of customer service, as well as one solution in increasing knowledge, and making it easier to get fast information and provide a more accurate and strong understanding of efficiency.

Abstract

Information system audits are carried out to identify and ensure that existing system procedures in the company function properly, using Cobit 5 to audit the DingTalk application information system at PT Global Optimus Prime Logistik because a comprehensive audit of the information system has never been carried out and it cannot be confirmed that it is appropriate or not according to company standards. With an information system audit on the DingTalk system running in the company, it is hoped that it can align needs with company goals. The research was collected using quantitative capability analysis. The audit results with the highest score, namely MEA01, received a maturity level of 80.90 with a Largely Achieved achievement score and a GAP score of DSS01.01 with a GAP score of 0.8, DSS01.02 with a GAP score of 1.1, DSS01.03 with a GAP score of 0.6, DSS01. 04 has a GAP value of 0.5, and DSS01.05 has a GAP value of 1.2 from target level 5. Meanwhile, the MEA 01 domain received a Maturity Level of 58.00 with a Largely Achieved achievement value, MEA01.01 has a GAP value of 3.8, MEA01.02 has a GAP value of 3.3, MEA01.03 GAP value of 3.1, MEA01.04 GAP value 2m8, MEA01.05 GAP value 2.5 from target level 5. Analyst GAP results obtained from DSS01 and MEA01 have reached the target level.

In this community service, the aim is to explore the role of the Notion application in increasing productivity. Notion is an all-in-one workspace application used for taking notes, managing knowledge and data, and managing projects and tasks. Initially, this application was intended to create notes or notes with a simple appearance of Karang Taruna in managing the system.
