Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman mengajar, kompetensi guru dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 9 Kabupaten Bulukumba. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif melalui observasi yaitu. mengamati kondisi belajar mengajar di sekolah dan teknik penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman mengajar, kualifikasi guru dan budaya kerja berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 9 Bulukumba. Oleh karena itu, pengalaman mengajar, kompetensi guru dan budaya kerja dalam kinerja guru SMA Negeri 9 Bulukumba penting untuk pengembangan pengetahuan, visi dan pola pikir guru dalam pendidikan sekolah, khususnya di SMA Negeri 9 Kabupaten Bulukumba The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of teaching experience, teacher competence and work culture on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 9 Bulukumba Regency. This research was designed using quantitative descriptive methods through observation, namely. observing teaching and learning conditions at school and questionnaire distribution techniques to respondents using the SPSS version 25 program. The results showed that teaching experience, teacher qualifications and work culture had a direct positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 9 Bulukumba. Therefore, teaching experience, teacher competence and work culture in the performance of SMA Negeri 9 Bulukumba teachers are important for the development of knowledge, vision and mindset of teachers in school education, especially in SMA Negeri 9 Bulukumba Regency

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the management of risk and uncertainty within the context of developing business strategies amidst global economic shifts, government policies, and market volatility. The study employs a qualitative inquiry approach, utilizing systematic literature review and thematic analysis to identify emerging themes and patterns in contemporary business environments. The research findings reveal several key insights regarding adaptive strategies, scenario planning, and technological advancements in risk management. Firstly, adaptive strategies are crucial for organizational competitiveness and sustainability, emphasizing agility, innovation, and dynamic capabilities. Secondly, scenario planning facilitates strategic foresight, resilience, and preparedness by exploring alternative futures and assessing their potential impacts. Thirdly, technological advancements, particularly in AI and data analytics, revolutionize risk assessment capabilities and strategic decision-making processes, enabling proactive risk management and enhanced resilience. The study underscores the importance of fostering a culture of innovation, investing in technological capabilities, and integrating scenario planning into strategic planning processes to navigate uncertainties effectively. Moreover, future research directions include comparative analysis, longitudinal studies, cross-disciplinary research, technological innovation, crisis management, and ethical considerations to deepen understanding and promote effective strategies for organizational resilience and sustainability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui bagaimana peran guru dalam menanamkan sikap sosial siswa pembelajaran ilmu pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial UPT SPF SD Inpres Perumnas Kota Makassar, (2) mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat penanaman karakter peduli sosial siswa melalui pembelajaran IPAS, (3) mengetahui bagaimana penanaman sikap disiplin, toleransi, kerjasama, atau gotong royong, tanggung jawab, dan percaya diri siswa melalui yang pembelajaran IPAS. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data ini dengan pedoman wawancara yang dibagikan pada narasumber penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa, serta orang tua diUPT SPF SD Inpres Perumas Makassar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Peranan guru yang dilakukan guru di sekolah untuk perkembangan sikap sosial siswa, saat menjalankan berbagai peran sebagai pengajar, informator, organisator, motator, pengarah, fasilitator, mediator,dan serta evaluator, terlebih lagi guru adalah seorang teladan pendidik yang menjadi tokoh panutan, dan identifikasi siswa (i) dan lingkungannya. (2) Faktor pendukung orang tua dan guru juga menjadi penghambat dalam menanamkan sikap sosial pada siswa, di era modern saat ini gadget juga merupakan penghambat bagi siswa dalam berinteraksi dan juga penghambat dalam menanamkan sikap sosial kepada siswa, karena gadget dapat membuat siswa menjadi seorang yang indidualis dan tidak mau bergaul kepada teman-teman sebayanya. (3) Menanamkan sikap sosial melalui pembelajaran di kelas IPAS sangatlah baik guru dilakukan menumbuhkan sikap sosial apalagi di dalam pembelajaran IPAS banyak terdapat materi-materi yang cocok untuk guru dalam menanamkan sikap sosial. This study aims to( 1) To find out how the role of teachers in instilling students' social attitudes in learning natural and social sciences UPT SPF SD Inpres Perumnas Makassar City,(2) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in instilling students' social character through IPAS learning, (3) To find out how the cultivation of discipline, tolerance, cooperation, or mutual cooperation, responsibility, and self-confidence of students through IPAS learning. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. This data collection technique uses interview guidelines distributed to the sources of this research, namely the principal, teachers, and students, as well as parents at SPF SD Inpres Perumas Makassar. The results showed that, 1) The role of teachers carried out by teachers in schools for the development of students' social attitudes, while carrying out various roles as teachers, informators, organisers, motivators, directors, facilitators, mediators, and evaluators, moreover teachers are role models of educators who become role models, and identification of students (i) and their environment. 2) Supporting factors for parents and teachers are also an obstacle in instilling social attitudes in students, in today's modern era gadgets are also an obstacle for students in interacting and also an obstacle in instilling social attitudes in students, because gadgets can make students become individualists and do not want to mingle with their peers. 3) Instilling social attitudes through learning in IPAS classes is very good for teachers to do to foster social attitudes, especially in IPAS learning there are many materials that are suitable for teachers to instil social attitudes.

Abstract

The study aims to obtain information about the significance of the influence of digitization, digitalization, digital transformation and the digital era, especially on improving the quality of a company's human resources. This research was conducted at PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor. The population in this study were all active employees of the head office and branch offices of PT Suracojaya Abadi Motor in the South Sulawesi region, be it administrative staff, managers, staff, mechanics to marketing personnel. Meanwhile, the sample obtained was 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses Stratified Random Sampling or stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis with multiple regression analysis using SPSS Ver.-23 software. The results of the research findings are digitization, digitalization, digital transformation and the digital era through active employees of the head office and branch offices are able to provide a significant improvement in the quality of human resources of PT Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada KPU Kabupaten Kolaka Utara. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif yang dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS Ver,-2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada KPU Kabupaten Kolaka Utara. Oleh karena itu, budaya kerja dan disiplin kerja dalam kinerja pegawai KPU Kabupaten Kolaka Utara penting untuk melakukan pengembangan dalam hal nilai-nilai kerja dan pengawasan khususnya pada KPU Kabupaten Kolaka Utara. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyse the effect of work culture and discipline on employee performance at the North Kolaka Regency KPU. This research is a quantitative research which is analyzed using SPSS Ver,-2024 program. The results showed that work culture and work discipline had a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance at the North Kolaka Regency KPU. Therefore, work culture and work discipline in the performance of North Kolaka Regency KPU employees are important to develop in terms of work values and supervision, especially at the North Kolaka Regency KPU.

Abstract

The pond-based scientific approach is a scientific approach for students in the aquaculture area, which requires the support of local wisdom-based learning media. With the many scientific approaches that exist, it does not make it difficult for students to raise local wisdom, namely aquaculture, to be used as research in obtaining student learning outcomes. The scientific approach can also provide learning motivation to students so that students are motivated to study harder in lifting student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the literature review related to the pond-based scientific approach and learning motivation in improving student learning outcomes. The research method chosen is descriptive quantitative by first testing validity, reliability, classical assumptions, partial (t) and simultaneous (f) testing using the help of SPSS Ver,- 2023 software for windows. Data collection was carried out by interview, documentation and questionnaires distributed to respondents who had a population of 200 respondents of SDN 37 Bulu-Bulu, Pangkajene District and the sample was taken by random sampling using 15% of the population totaling 30 respondents of SDN Bulu-bulu students, Pangkajene District, Pangkep Regency. The results of the study partially test or test (t) and simultaneous test (f) pond-based scientific approach has a significant effect on student learning outcomes SDN 37 Bulu-bulu Pangkajene District Pangkep Regency. Then the partial test or test (t) or simultaneous test (f) student learning motivation has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of students of SDN 37 Bulu-bulu, Pangkajene District, Pangkep Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the quality of relational coordination of the one-stop integrated service team in Maybrat Regency and analyse the relationship between the quality of relational coordination performance and the quality of team elements which include: longevity, clarity of team boundaries, mutual trust, appreciation or recognition. The research was conducted at the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services (Case Study in Maybrat Regency, Southwest Papua Province). The population of this study is all individuals (individuals) whose characteristics are involved in the sense of participating and interacting directly with other participants in the licensing service work process in the one-stop integrated service team using the census method. Data collection techniques through census techniques (N = 30), with interview methods guided by Likert interval scale structured questionnaire instruments, as well as observation support and document review using SPSS Ver.-23 software program. The analysis results show that the team's current relational coordination performance index is good (weighted mean score 3.66, IKR = 73.2). Relational coordination performance is highly correlated with team elements (r = 855 Sig. 0.001). Team element variables together can explain relational coordination performance by 77 per cent. Two team elements, viz: longevity and mutual trust have significant contributions respectively with t-count = 5.89 at Sig level 0.001 and t-count = 2.585 at Sig level. 0,02. While the other two team elements: clarity of team boundaries and reward or recognition have a positive correlation, but do not have a significant contribution to relational coordination performance. The implications of this research suggest that in order to improve relational coordination performance, it is necessary to periodically carry out team performance evaluations which are followed up by holding socialisation or training for team members at the same time, financial and non-financial rewards are given to team members according to their respective performance. It is also suggested that in the employee rotation policy, the stability of team members needs to be considered.

Abstract

The study uses a direct and indirect influence approach direct and indirect effects using the path analysis method (independent variables, intermediate variables and dependent variables). In this study, variable X is service innovation, variable Y is customer satisfaction and variable Z is customer loyalty. Technique data collection technique with simple random sampling method, namely sampling from the existing population randomly with a sample size of 40 customers / customers through questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques with descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis using the SPSS Ver,-2024 program through questionnaire information collection in the form of questions and statements. Indirect test results shows that service innovation variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Jeneponto Branch Pawnshop with service innovation provided to customers provided to customers, the customers are very well served with the existence of innovative and creative services, flexible service options and different service concepts. Furthermore, directly the effect of service innovation service innovation has a significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Pengadaian Cabang Jeneponto because with the service innovation that is implemented there are several things especially in the flexible and different services provided then the customers appreciate so much that customer loyalty increases. As well as directly or indirectly showing that the customer satisfaction variable has a significant effect on customer loyalty at PT Jeneponto Branch Pawnshop with the achievement of service innovation, customer satisfaction is fulfilled with customers / customers feeling happy with the services provided, the services provided are as expected, getting easy access to services and past experiences felt in using services that directly increase customer loyalty with customers / customers making regular purchases or repeat purchases, buying between product lines, recommending products to others and showing immunity from the attractiveness of similar products. Thus the customer satisfaction variable has a dominant influence in increasing customer loyalty at PT Jeneponto Branch Pawnshop.

Abstract

Empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a strategic step in facing the challenges of economic digitalization. This study aims to explore the impact of using marketplace applications as an online marketing medium on the sustainability and growth of MSME businesses. Digital marketplaces allow MSMEs to access wider markets, reduce operational costs, and increase marketing efficiency. However, challenges such as limited digital literacy, lack of trust in online transactions, and adaptation to technology are significant obstacles. The research approach used a survey method and in-depth interviews with 100 MSME actors in various economic sectors. The results showed that 75% of respondents experienced an increase in sales after using the marketplace, while 60% acknowledged an increase in digital competence through training related to the platform. The study also identified the importance of the role of government and private institutions in providing digital education, access to funding, and technology infrastructure for MSMEs. The conclusion of the study confirms that the use of marketplace applications is not only a modern marketing solution, but also encourages local economic empowerment. Recommendations are given to improve the effectiveness of training, collaboration between industry players, and technology integration to support MSME competitiveness in the digital era.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the policy implementation of the business capital provision program through Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as an effort to empower the community's economy in Era Baru Village, Tellulimpoe District. This research uses qualitative research methods. The data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The sampling method in this study uses a type of Non probability sampling with Purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the business capital provision program in Era Baru Village has succeeded in empowering the community by increasing income through BUMDES which manages various types of businesses. The research generated new insights into the effectiveness of village business management, including financial transparency and business sustainability. In addition, the findings provide practical recommendations for the development of empowerment models that can be applied in other villages, as well as encouraging increased capacity of managers and community participation in program planning and implementation
