Abstract

This study investigates the influence of employer branding and digital recruitment on job seekers’ interest at Bukit Raya Sekawan Mining Company. With increasing competition in the labor market and the evolving expectations of modern job seekers, organizations must strategically adapt their talent acquisition methods. A quantitative approach was employed using a structured questionnaire distributed to 61 participants. The findings revealed that both employer branding and digital recruitment significantly and positively impact job seekers' interest. Employer branding was found to have a stronger effect, highlighting the importance of clear and authentic communication of organizational values. Digital recruitment also plays a critical role in reaching and engaging candidates through interactive platforms. Together, these strategies form a synergistic approach to enhancing organizational attractiveness and applicant engagement. The results underscore the need for continuous refinement of recruitment practices to ensure consistency between external branding and internal realities, thus improving job-person fit and sustaining applicant interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to conduct an analysis of possible ethical violations contained in the episode "CRAZY KAYA GINI TURNS OME TV⁉️ - CATHEEZ - WHERE IS THE BOCIL OME TV!?" from the "Close the Door" podcast narrated by Catheez. This research uses a qualitative approach to identify and evaluate ethical aspects that appear in the conversations and narratives in the podcast. This research also integrates feminist discourse theory with Vand DJik which is divided into 3 structures, namely macro structure, super structure and micro structure to explore the influence of this episode on gender construction and social norms in the context of conversation. The results of the research identified several forms of ethical violations which were emphasized in the episode  including gender stereotyping, verbal harassment, as well as the use of derogatory language. With a feminist discourse perspective, this research also reveals the ways in which these episodes may strengthen or undermine gender norms in society. The results of this research provide important insights regarding the influence of podcasts on understanding ethics and social norms, taking into account gender and feminist perspectives. This research makes an important contribution to understanding the ethical issues that arise in the world of podcasts and also how feminist discourse theory can be applied to analyze the impact of audio media such as podcasts in the social and cultural realm.

Abstract

Konsistensi desain toko merupakan elemen krusial dalam membangun identitas merek dan loyalitas konsumen, namun penelitian tentang perspektif konsumen terhadap konsistensi desain toko tradisional di Indonesia masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi persepsi konsumen terhadap konsistensi desain Toko Roti Sidodadi di Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus melibatkan 18 informan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif, dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Konsumen mempersepsikan konsistensi desain secara holistik melalui tiga dimensi; visual consistency (warna dan logo klasik), functional consistency (tata letak familiar), dan experiential consistency (aroma khas dan pelayanan personal). Dimensi experiential memiliki bobot tertinggi dalam membentuk emotional attachment dan nostalgia lintas generasi. Konsistensi desain Toko Roti Sidodadi menciptakan diferensiasi kuat melalui autentisitas dan generational continuity, memberikan implikasi bahwa modernisasi toko tradisional harus memprioritaskan preservasi elemen konsistensi yang membentuk koneksi emosional konsumen.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kader PKK di Kelurahan Baleendah, Kecamatan Baleendah, Kabupaten Bandung dalam memberikan edukasi ketahanan keluarga di era Society 5.0. Permasalahan utama yang ditemukan adalah rendahnya literasi digital kader, minimnya variasi media edukasi, dan belum optimalnya penerapan strategi komunikasi persuasif dalam penyuluhan keluarga. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan teknik komunikasi persuasif, pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi, pembuatan media digital berbasis Canva, pendampingan penggunaan platform FamCare, serta simulasi penyuluhan langsung kepada pasangan muda. Hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman kader terutama dalam pemanfaatan teknologi sebagai media penyampaian edukasi keluarga. Selain itu, kader mampu memproduksi media edukasi digital secara mandiri dan menyampaikan simulasi penyuluhan berbasis digital. Program ini berkontribusi dalam memperkuat kapasitas kader sebagai agen perubahan di masyarakat sekaligus meningkatkan kesiapan mereka dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk pemberdayaan keluarga. Adapun keberlanjutan program diarahkan melalui monitoring, evaluasi, pembaruan konten digital, pelatihan ulang, dan perluasan jejaring kemitraan. Model pelatihan berbasis teknologi ini berpotensi direplikasi di wilayah lain sebagai strategi adaptif untuk meningkatkan ketahanan keluarga di era Society 5.0.
