Abstract

Arabic language learning at Madrasah Aliyah Midanutta'lim Mayangan Jogoroto Jombang only uses package books, and not all students can get the package book. While smartphones are only for communication tools for students. One of the learning media innovations that can be used effectively and efficiently in learning is android-based mobile learning (m-learning) media. This technology can be developed for Arabic language learning. This study aims to: (1) Develop mobile learning media-based material al-mihnatu wa al-hayatu students of grade ten even semesters in Madrasah Aliyah Midanutta'lim Mayangan Jogoroto Jombang, (2) Knowing the effectiveness and effectiveness of the learning media developed. This research is a research development or Research and Development (R&D) using addie development model. This model has five stages, namely: Analysis Stage, Design Stage, Development Stage, Implementation Stage, and Evaluation Stage. The validators in this study are material experts and media experts. The subjects of the study were lecturers, teachers, and tenth graders majoring in social sciences at MA Midanutta'lim Mayangan Jogoroto Jombang. Data collection using questionnaires, interview guidelines and observation sheets. The data collection method in this study uses a simple percentage formula. The results of this study are: (1) The process of developing learning media based on mobile learning material al-mihnatu wa al-hayatu, (2) The quality of media developed is very feasible with a percentage of 96% by material experts, and very feasible with a percentage of 94% by media experts. This development product has been proven interesting and effective to increase students' learning interest based on the results of questionnaires obtained from respondents, namely tenth graders majoring in IPS at MA Midanutta'lim Mayangan Jogoroto Jombang with a percentage of 95%. It can be concluded that the arabic language learning media based on mobile learning developed is very feasible and very effective for Arabic language learning.

Abstract

Hearing sense which in a study of Arabic language known as maharah al-istima' is one of language art that cannot be separated in learning four language skills which include: listening skill, speaking skill, reading skill, and writing skill. Its presence inside human beings participates in having urgency and complex roles and it is dominants to be developed especially in the learning domain. Moreover, if the listening skill is synergized with other language skills collectively and simultaneously. This article reflects on a specific language in the concept of hearing sense urgency in the perspective of Holy Qur'an of learning language skill, remember that learning skill in a Holy Qur'an as The Scholars opinions are mentioned 27 times earlier than other skills. The perspective theory of hearing sense according to Holy Qur'an in this study then connected to the language learning theory from Scientific Expert. The nature of the connectivity then gave an interesting view which led to functional concept of hearing sense position and its role in learning four languages.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the teaching program assessment in an educational unit as part of the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) curriculum. This research is a case study involving 5th-semester students participating in a teaching assistance program, with a total of 11 student participants. Data collection methods included direct observation and assessment documentation by supervising school teachers. Data analysis used a qualitative-quantitative percentage approach. The results showed that among the three assessment domains—cognitive, affective, and psychomotor—the lowest scores were in the affective domain (3.55), while the highest scores were in the psychomotor domain (3.58). Individually, Student 7 achieved the highest overall score (3.77) compared to the others. These findings indicate that the 11 participating students need to improve their affective domain skills in learning and teaching processes. All three domains (cognitive, affective, and psychomotor) will serve as essential preparation for these student practitioners when entering the real workforce throughout their professional lives.

Abstract

In the current digital era, Arabic language teaching must evolve in line with advances in science and technology. In the field of education, the presence of AI offers significant potential to enhance the quality and effectiveness of learning, including in the cultivation of Maharah istima’ (listening skills). A primary challenge encountered by students encompasses both linguistic and non-linguistic factors, such as restricted vocabulary, difficulty in identifying phonetic sounds, issues with pronunciation and writing, a deficiency in concentration, and the insufficiency of suitable learning media. AI Presenter D-ID presents a potential solution to these problems. This study examines the effectiveness of AI Presenter D-ID in improving listening skills among tenth-grade students at MA Hasyim Asy'ari Jogoroto Jombang, using a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest pre-experimental design. The subjects of this study were all 27 students of class X-3 at MA Hasyim Asy’ari Jogoroto Jombang. Because the population size was under 100, the entire population was utilized as the research sample without the implementation of sampling techniques. Data were gathered through tests and documentation. The findings of the study demonstrate a significant enhancement in students' Maharah istima’ following the treatment. Based on the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, the result showed an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.041<0.05. Consequently, the null hypothesis (H₀) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Hₐ) is accepted. This leads to the conclusion that the use of AI Presenter D-ID is effective in improving the Maharah istima’ of students in class X-3 at MA Hasyim Asy’ari Jogoroto Jombang.
