Abstract

Employees in small and medium enterprises of kemplang crackers in the city of Palembang are only directed to be able to work from skills that have been held informally and passed down from generation to generation so that the employees' working abilities are still simple or traditional. As a superior product, some kemplang crackers in Palembang are only able to survive in the local market and nationally, although a small part has penetrated the international market. Development style human resources in kemplang cracker small and medium businesses in Palembang City aims to improve the knowledge and skills of employees of small and medium kemplang cracker businesses in Palembang City so that employees work better and produce kemplang crackers of even better quality. Example: Taiwanese kemplang crackers are superior in the international market compared to Palembang kemplang crackers because they contain less water and the process of eating them is simpler. expected Kemplang crackers in Palembang City will not be left behind with the unique characteristics of employees' ability to process and manage kemplang crackers better in terms of knowledge, skills, and emotional intelligence. The research methodology used internally and externally is empirical-descriptive which is adequately obtained from research informants in the field (field research), and the research design used is conclusive, especially descriptive with a purposive sampling method. The findings from this research are a model of human resource development in small and medium businesses of kemplang crackers in Palembang City. The continuation of this research is research on developing a human resource development model in small and medium businesses kemplang crackers in Palembang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) The Influence of Leadership on Organizational Commitment at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III Palembang 2) The Influence of Career Development on Organizational Commitment at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III Palembang 3) The Influence of Leadership on Employee Performance at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III Palembang 4) The Influence of Career Development on Employee Performance at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III Palembang 5) The Influence of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III Palembang. This type of research is Associative. The variables used by the researcher are Leadership, Career Development, Organizational Commitment, and Employee Performance. The sample in this study was 140 employees of PT—Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III Palembang who were selected using Cluster Sampling. The primary data used in this study was collected through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was SEM with the Lisrel Program Application. The results of this study indicate that (1) leadership has a significant effect on organizational commitment, (2) career development has a significant effect on organizational commitment, (3) leadership has no significant effect on employee performance, (4) career development has a significant effect on employee performance (5) organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation and work environment on teacher performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the PK teachers SMP Negeri of Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The variables used in this study are work motivation, work environment, job satisfaction, and performance. The sample in this study consists of 120 PPPK teachers at SMP Negeri in Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency, selected using proportional random sampling. The primary data used in this study was collected through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the LISREL software application. The results of this study show that (1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, (4) work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance, (5) job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on performance at the PPPK teachers SMP Negeri of Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab masalah yang ada yaitu seberapa besar pengaruh pengendalian internal, kesesuaian kompensasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kecurangan akuntansi. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh pengendalian internal, kesesuaian kompensasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kecurangan akuntansi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan keuangan yang bekerja pada BUMN Sektor Logistik, Manufaktur, Sektor Pangan dan Pupuk yang Terdapat di kota palembang sebanyak 40 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengendalian internal dan kesesuaian kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kecurangan akuntansi dan budaya organisasi tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kecurangan akuntansi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini 1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh resiliensi, kecerdasan emosional dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Karyawan PT. Sriwijaya Bara Priharum Tanjung Lalang 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh resiliensi terhadap kinerja karyawan Karyawan PT. Sriwijaya Bara Priharum 3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan Karyawan PT. Sriwijaya Bara Priharum 4) untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres  kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Karyawan PT. Sriwijaya Bara Priharum Tanjung Lalang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 58 orang dengan teknik pegambilan sampe menggunakan teknikl cluster sampling, teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, stress kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan secara simultan resiliensi, kecerdasan emosional dan stress kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sriwijaya Bara Priharum Tanjung Lalang.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk Palembang. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PP. London Sumatra indonesia, Tbk Palembang. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk Palembang. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian Asosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 79 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil regresi linier berganda menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif Kompetensi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk Palembang. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan 1) Ada pengaruh signifikan variabel kompetensi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk Palembang. 2) Ada pengaruh signifikan variabel kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk Palembang. 3) Ada pengaruh signifikan variable kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PP. London Sumatra indonesia, Tbk Palembang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui [1] pengaruh kepemimpinan, beban kerja dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan [2] pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan [3] pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan [4] pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Perum BULOG Divisi Regional Sumsel & Babel Palembang. Penelitian ini berjenis asosiatif dengan variabel yang digunakan adalah kepemimpinan,beban kerja, stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 karyawan dengan menggunakan claster random sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekuder. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa ada Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Beban kerja dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Perum BULOG Divisi Regional Sumsel & Babel Palembang. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa ada Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Beban kerja dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Perum BULOG Divisi Regional Sumsel & Babel Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) the influence of leadership on the work motivation of village apparatus in Makarti Jaya Subdistrict. 2) The influence of organizational culture on the work motivation of village apparatus in Makarti Jaya Subdistrict. 3) The influence of leadership on the performance of the village apparatus in Makarti Jaya Subdistrict. 4) The influence of organizational culture on the performance of the village apparatus in Makarti Jaya Subdistrict. 5) The influence of motivation on the performance of village apparatus in Makarti Jaya Subdistrict. This type of research is Associative. The variables used by researchers are leadership variables, organizational culture, motivation, and performance. The sample in this study was the village apparatus of Makarti Jaya District, totaling 110 people selected by Cluster Random Sampling. The data used in this study were primary data with a questionnaire data collection method. The data analysis technique used was Structural Modeling Equations (SEM) with the LISREL Program Application. The results of this study indicate that (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on work motivation (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation (3) Leadership has a positive but not significant effect on performance (4) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on performance (5) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance (6) Work motivation does not strengthen the influence of leadership on performance (7) Work motivation does not strengthen the influence of organizational culture on performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT. Suryabumi Agrolanggeng, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency (PALI). This type of research is Associative. The variables used by researchers are work motivation variables, work environment, job satisfaction and employee performance. The sample in this study were 120 employees of PT. Suryabumi Agrolanggeng, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency (PALI) who were selected using Cluster Random Sampling. The data used in this study were primary data with a questionnaire data collection method. The data analysis technique used was Structural Modeling Equation (SEM) with the Lisrel Program Application. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (2) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (4) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (6) Job satisfaction strengthens the influence of work motivation on employee performance (7) Job satisfaction strengthens the influence of the work environment on employee performance
