Abstract

Employees in small and medium enterprises of kemplang crackers in the city of Palembang are only directed to be able to work from skills that have been held informally and passed down from generation to generation so that the employees' working abilities are still simple or traditional. As a superior product, some kemplang crackers in Palembang are only able to survive in the local market and nationally, although a small part has penetrated the international market. Development style human resources in kemplang cracker small and medium businesses in Palembang City aims to improve the knowledge and skills of employees of small and medium kemplang cracker businesses in Palembang City so that employees work better and produce kemplang crackers of even better quality. Example: Taiwanese kemplang crackers are superior in the international market compared to Palembang kemplang crackers because they contain less water and the process of eating them is simpler. expected Kemplang crackers in Palembang City will not be left behind with the unique characteristics of employees' ability to process and manage kemplang crackers better in terms of knowledge, skills, and emotional intelligence. The research methodology used internally and externally is empirical-descriptive which is adequately obtained from research informants in the field (field research), and the research design used is conclusive, especially descriptive with a purposive sampling method. The findings from this research are a model of human resource development in small and medium businesses of kemplang crackers in Palembang City. The continuation of this research is research on developing a human resource development model in small and medium businesses kemplang crackers in Palembang City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Yayasan Pendidikan Wahana Dita Bhakti Wijaya Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 101 karyawan dengan teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05). Secara parsial, kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000, yang menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kepuasan kerja mampu mendorong peningkatan kualitas kerja, ketelitian, serta tanggung jawab karyawan. Sementara itu, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000, serta memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan dalam meningkatkan semangat kerja, inisiatif, dan produktivitas karyawan. Dengan demikian, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja merupakan faktor penting yang perlu diperhatikan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara optimal dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) the Effect of Motivation on Employee Job Satisfaction at the Banyuasin Regency Education and Culture Office. 2) The Influence of Career Development on Job Satisfaction of Employees of the Education and Culture Office of Banyuasin Regency. 3) The Influence of Motivation on the Performance of Employees of the Education and Culture Office of Banyuasin Regency. 4) The Influence of Career Development on the Performance of Employees of the Education and Culture Office of Banyuasin Regency. 5) The Influence of Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Employees of the Education and Culture Office of Banyuasin Regency. This type of research is Associative. The population of this study consisted of all employees (179), and the sample comprised 120 employees; the sampling technique used was cluster sampling. The data used in this study are primary, collected through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the LISREL program. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is a significant influence of Motivation on Job Satisfaction. 2) There is a significant influence of Career Development on Job Satisfaction. 3) There is a significant influence of Motivation on Employee Performance. 4) Career Development has a significant influence on Employee Performance. 5) Job Satisfaction has a significant influence on Employee Performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Compensation on Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at PT Sari Rasa, OKI Regency. This research is associative. The variables used by researchers include Work Motivation, Work Environment, Compensation, Job Satisfaction, and Performance. The population of this study comprises all employees of PT Sari Rasa, totaling 165, and the sample consisted of 150; the sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data used in this study are primary, collected through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the LISREL program. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Work motivation has a significant effect on the job satisfaction of PT Sari Rasa, OKI Regency. 2) The work environment has no significant effect on the job satisfaction of PT Sari Rasa, OKI Regency. 3) Compensation has a significant effect on the job satisfaction of PT Sari Rasa, OKI Regency. 4) Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Sari Rasa, OKI Regency. 5) The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Sari Rasa, OKI Regency. 6) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Sari Rasa, OKI Regency. 7) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Sari Rasa, OKI Regency. Job satisfaction strengthens the influence of work motivation, the work environment, and compensation on employee performance at PT Sari Rasa in OKI Regency.

This research is associative. The population of this study comprised all 132 employees, and the sample size was 120. The sampling technique used was cluster sampling. The data used in this study were primary data collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the LISREL program. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is an effect of work discipline on job satisfaction. 2) There is a significant effect of the work environment on job satisfaction. 3) There is a significant effect of work discipline on performance. 4) There is a significant effect of the work environment on performance. 5) There is a significant effect of job satisfaction on performance. Job satisfaction strengthens the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT Gapura Medika Vetisia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of firm size and financial distress on firm value. This research includes this type of associative research. The research population is conventional banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017–2021 period, a total of 42 companies. The sample in this study was 12 companies with a total of 60 observational data points, using a purposive sampling technique. The data used in this research is secondary data. The analysis technique used is quantitative, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The partial test results show that there is a significant effect of firm size on firm value, and there is a significant effect of financial distress on firm value. Abstract

.This study aims to examine: (1) the effect of competence on work motivation at PT Tunas Jaya Perkasa, West Kutai, East Kalimantan; (2) the effect of organizational culture on work motivation; (3) the effect of competence on employee performance; (4) the effect of organizational culture on employee performance; and (5) the effect of work motivation on employee performance.
