Abstract

Supervisi pendidikan memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan kualitas sekolah, khususnya bagi sekolah yang ditetapkan sebagai Pusat Keunggulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Model Supervisi Kolegial Pengawas Sekolah Pusat Keunggulan (Super KPK) di Nusa Tenggara Barat sebagai pendekatan supervisi yang lebih kolaboratif, reflektif, dan berbasis kemitraan. Model ini dirancang untuk memperkuat peran pengawas sekolah dalam mendampingi kepala sekolah dan guru guna meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran serta pengelolaan sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, serta angket yang melibatkan pengawas sekolah, kepala sekolah, dan guru di beberapa Sekolah Pusat Keunggulan di NTB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Super KPK mampu meningkatkan efektivitas supervisi melalui dialog reflektif, pendampingan berbasis mentoring, serta penguatan profesionalisme guru dan kepala sekolah. Selain itu, model ini juga mendorong terciptanya budaya kolaborasi dan inovasi dalam pengelolaan pendidikan. Dengan penerapan Super KPK, sekolah-sekolah Pusat Keunggulan di NTB mengalami peningkatan kualitas akademik, manajerial, serta penguatan karakter peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, model ini direkomendasikan untuk diadaptasi secara lebih luas dalam sistem supervisi pendidikan guna mendukung transformasi sekolah menuju standar keunggulan yang lebih tinggi.

Abstract

Studi ini mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang membentuk ekspektasi melalui analisis wawancara mendalam yang melibatkan enam partisipan. Temuan ini menyoroti peran kunci dari Citra Destinasi, Pengalaman Masa Lalu, Informasi Media Sosial, Keyakinan Umum, Word of Mouth (WOM), dan Jenis Hiburan dalam membentuk ekspektasi wisatawan. Wawasan ini memberikan perspektif penting penting bagi industri pariwisata untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran, manajemen ekspektasi, dan kepuasan pengunjung. Meskipun ada keterbatasan dalam jumlah partisipan dalam pendekatan kualitatif, temuan ini diharapkan untuk membantu destinasi wisata dalam menciptakan pengalaman wisata yang memuaskan dan berkelanjutan di pasar yang kompetitif dan dinamis Abstract This study explores the factors shaping tourist expectations through an in-depth interview analysis involving six participants. The findings highlight the key roles of Destination Image, Past Experiences, Social Media Information, Common Belief, Word of Mouth (WOM), and Types of Entertainment in shaping tourists' expectations. These insights provide crucial perspectives for the tourism industry to enhance marketing strategies, expectation management, and visitorsatisfaction. Despite limitations in the number of participants in the qualitative approach, these findings are expected to assist tourist destinations in creating satisfying and sustainable travel experiencesin a competitive and dynamic market

Abstract

The purpose of this qualitative research is to describe the planning, implementation, evaluation and impact of parenting programs conducted by school principals, teachers and committees of Aisyiyah Pancor Integrated PAUD on parent participation. The research approach used is a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. The survey was conducted at PAUD Terpadu Aisyiyah Pancor, Selong District. The researcher and the resource person have the same position here, therefore the resource person not only provides an answer to what the researcher is asking, but he can choose the direction and taste in presenting the information he has. The data collected through interviews (interviews), observation (observation) and documentation (evidence collection, selection, processing and information storage). The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The data validity test in this study includes test, credibility (interbal validity), transferability (external validity) and reliability (reliability) and confirmability (objectivity). The results showed that the implementation of planning, implementation and evaluation of parenting programs in PAUD Terpadu Aisyiyah Pancor went well. The impact of the parenting program is to be able to stimulate parental participation, applying different behaviors of children in the daily life seen from different aspects, such as education-friendly, health-friendly, care-friendly, care-friendly, food-friendly and protection-friendly, causing a change the parental behavior occurs in the education, care, care and supervision of children in the family

Abstract

The Independent Learning Curriculum is designed with the aim of increasing students' independence and courage in the learning process, while providing greater flexibility for educators to develop learning methods that suit students' individual needs. Through the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum, each school is given the authority to choose learning materials and evaluation systems that suit the characteristics and special needs of students in their environment. The aim of this research is to investigate the urgency of the Merdeka Learning curriculum in improving the quality of learning in schools. Thus, it is hoped that this research can become a source of insight and knowledge for the community. The method used in this writing is a qualitative descriptive method with a library research approach. This approach involves collecting information from relevant scientific papers such as books, journal articles, the internet, and other writings related to literature reviews. The results of this research show that learning in the curriculum structure is divided into two main learning activities, namely regular learning or what is usually called intracurricular, and Project Learning for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the problems associated with the development of Arabic speaking skills among the students of Pondok Pesantren Darul Muttaqin NWDI Perian, which uses a qualitative approach in the research methodology. With this approach, the research seeks to explore these issues through verbal analysis without utilizing statistical techniques. Primary and secondary data were collected through a series of careful observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study highlight the complexity of the challenges in developing Arabic speaking skills in a pesantren environment. The study identified two main aspects of problematic speaking skills, namely linguistic and non-linguistic aspects. The linguistic aspect includes rigidity and obstacles in Arabic speaking fluency among students, while the non-linguistic aspect involves factors such as lack of motivation from teachers, the tendency to use Indonesian in daily communication, and learning patterns that tend to be monotonous. Through this research, it is hoped that a deeper understanding of the challenges in developing Arabic speaking skills in pesantren will be achieved. The practical implications of this study include the importance of improving learning strategies that focus on improving speaking skills, as well as the need for higher motivation for teachers to face this challenge. This research is expected to make a valuable contribution to curriculum development and more effective learning strategies in Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

Knowledge management merupakan satu pendekatan yang bertumpu pada pemahaman bahwa tugas organisasi, dalam hal ini organisasi sekolah, adalah memahami dengan baik bagaimana dan kapan penciptaan pengetahuan harus didukung, bagaimana menggunakan akumulasi pengetahuan yang sudah tercipta sehingga pengetahuan tersebut dapat meningkatkan produktifitas.Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi literature, dimana objek penelitian ini adalah bagaimana knowladge manajemen sistem terhadap santri di pesantren tebuireng jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dari jurnal/artikel, buku teks dan priodical. Analisis data dilakukan dengan membaca, mengumpulkan, mengutip, menyimpulkan dan menginterprestasikan hasil yang diperoleh.Pesantren Tebuireng merupakan salah satu pesantren tertua dan paling berpengaruh di Indonesia. Sebagai pesantren besar, cakupan pengetahuan atau ilmu yang diajarkan di Pesantren Tebuireng cukup luas dan komprehensif. Berikut adalah bidang-bidang ilmu yang umumnya dipelajari di Pesantren Tebuireng: 1. Ilmu Agama Islam: Al-Qur''an dan Tafsir, Hadits dan Ilmu Hadits, Aqidah dan Tauhid, Fiqih atau Hukum Islam, Akhlak dan Tasawuf, Sejarah Islam 2. Bahasa Arab: Nahwu (Tata Bahasa Arab), Sharaf (Morfologi Arab), Balaghah (Retorika Arab), Kemahiran membaca, menulis, dan berbicara Bahasa Arab 3. Ilmu-ilmu Keislaman Klasik (Dirasah Islamiyah): ushul Fiqih, Ilmu Kalam (Teologi Islam), Mantiq (Logika), Falak (Astronomi Islam) 4. Abstract

This community service initiative focused on enhancing the capacity of madrasah teachers in developing a Madrasah Operational Curriculum aligned with the Independent Learning framework. The program utilized an andragogical approach, incorporating material delivery and interactive discussions. Conducted over one day on July 18, 2024, the activity aimed to equip participants with the necessary skills. The results demonstrated that participants were successfully able to construct the Madrasah Operational Curriculum as intended. This included identifying student needs and adhering to the Education Content Standards set by the government, thereby ensuring the compiled curriculum met expected quality benchmarks. Overall, this training was deemed successful in improving teacher competence in curriculum development. However, areas for improvement were identified, specifically regarding the allocation of time for discussions and the delivery of more varied materials.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the implementation of Albert Bandura’s Social Learning Theory in shaping Islamic character among early childhood learners in the digital era of 2026. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design at a technology-integrated Islamic Early Childhood Education institution. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis utilized the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, and validity was strengthened through source and method triangulation. The findings indicate that teacher and parent modeling serves as the dominant factor in the internalization of Islamic values such as honesty, discipline, responsibility, empathy, and social etiquette. The implementation of Social Learning Theory becomes effective when accompanied by positive reinforcement, structured worship habituation, Islamic digital literacy, and strong collaboration between school and family. The digital era presents challenges in the form of symbolic modeling through digital media, which can influence children's imitative behavior. This study proposes an implementative Social Learning model grounded in Islamic values that is contextualized to the challenges faced by Generation Alpha. The research confirms that the integration of modeling, Islamic digital literacy, and school–family collaboration constitutes the primary strategy in fostering Islamic character development among early childhood learners in the digital era

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Socio-Scientific Issues (SSI)-based Student Worksheet (Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik, LKPD) on climate change material and evaluate its practicality and effectiveness on students' scientific attitudes. This research is development research with a 4D model that includes the define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. However, this article focuses on the development stage, especially the results of the practicality test and effectiveness test. The research subjects were grade X students of MAS Al-Chalil. The developed product has passed expert validity testing using Aiken's V index and obtained a value of more than 0.80, so it is declared valid and worthy of being tested. Practicality data were obtained through learning implementation sheets, teacher response questionnaires, and student response questionnaires, while effectiveness data were obtained through scientific attitude questionnaires given before and after learning. The results showed that the learning implementation obtained an average of 92%, teacher response of 91.25%, and student response of 89.08%, so the SSI-based Student Worksheet is included in the practical category. The results of the effectiveness test indicated that the average pretest score for students' scientific attitudes increased from 49.60 to 74.20 in the posttest, with an N-Gain value of 69.49%, which is categorized as moderate and interpreted as quite effective. The highest increase was in the sensitivity in investigating the environment indicator at 84.38%, while the lowest increase was in the curiosity indicator at 51.22%. Thus, the SSI-based LKPD on climate change material is practical and quite effective for improving students' scientific attitudes.
