Abstract

Adolescence is the period of puberty. Children experience growth and development especially in friendship. This friendship leads to feelings of liking for the opposite sex which is called courtship. Dating in the sense of special friendship between young men and women in principle has a good purpose to get to know each other's personalities. But this good intention is sometimes tainted by the irregularities that occur in the courtship process. This deviation occurs because of the wrong concept of dating as well as the moral decline among teenagers. This study uses a qualitative approach with the aim of knowing the morality of dating among adolescents at SMA Negeri I Mandrehe. The research findings are as follows: In general, respondents have received education and assistance from teachers and parents about how to interpret courtship. Even so, some of them have not interpreted courtship precisely. In fact, some of them had bad experiences in dating. Some of them openly share their dating experiences with their parents.

Abstract

Education is an important thing in human life. Every individual develops well through education. Education makes many contributions for every individual in developing their humanity. The achievement of the lofty goals of education may be hampered if the implementation of education is not managed professionally. Apart from that, education may be held far from the spirit of truth and applicable ethical norms. In this context, the role of administrative philosophy is needed to direct the parties involved in the implementation of education to explore and discover the deepest goals of education. Since the proclamation, the Indonesian nation has had the Pancasila philosophy which is the basis of the state as well as the basis of national education. Pancasila has been used as a guideline in making national education policies in general and in renewing the content of education in particular. This means that the direction of planning, policy and implementation of education should lead to the goals as outlined by the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila as the basis of national education.

Abstract

The group investigation type cooperative learning method is a cooperative learning model that is based on group discussions and involves students in small groups, compiling material and creating a learning environment that allows students to be brave and appear confident in expressing ideas or opinions, enjoy collaborating, actively participating. , so that students get a meaningful learning experience. The group investigation type learning method encourages students to be actively involved in learning planning from the beginning to the end of the learning process. This research was carried out using a literature review approach, where the researcher tried to examine ideas about group investigation type cooperative learning methods from many references. It was found in the research that the application of the group investigation type cooperative learning method contributed to student learning achievement. This learning method succeeds in creating an active learning environment and helps students to work cooperatively in solving problems. Apart from that, this learning method can grow students' thinking abilities and provide opportunities to learn more meaningfully in a social context with their group friends. Because of this, according to researchers, the group investigation type cooperative learning method should be the teacher's choice in the learning process.

Abstract

Based on the learning process which is often monotonous and boring in classrooms between teachers and students, this research seeks to understand and implement the concept of Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective and Fun learning and Catholic Religious Education Learning Activities, as well as offering it to students. PAK teachers to carry out reforms in PAK learning strategies and methods. The method used in this research is a literature study approach or qualitative method. The results of this research are: there are still many PAK teachers who teach using conventional learning methods, the PAIKEM learning strategy is one strategy that can make the classroom atmosphere better in learning and can improve the quality of PAK learning, every PAK teacher is needed to learn various PAK learning models, strategies and techniques to improve the quality of learning and a new understanding that students are the center of learning activities in PAK.

Abstract

Project-based learning is a learning model that requires students to complete a project within a certain period of time, keeping them active and innovative. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of project learning model in the performance of Ashish Fodh SDS students. The research method used is qualitative data using observation, interview and documents. It was found in this research that teachers had not fully implemented the project-based learning model at SDS Asisi Fodo. Its application is only limited to a few classes. This is because the teacher does not have direction from the leadership and the teacher's ability is limited in implementing the project-based learning method. Teachers prefer to teach using lecture and discussion methods in class. In fact, in the Merdeka Belajar curriculum, Since this model of teaching is student-centered, teachers are expected to apply it. Therefore, the researcher hopes that the findings of this study will help the teachers of SDS Ashish Fodh to implement the project-based learning method and contribute to student achievement.

Abstract

The theme of this thesis was raised by the researcher because it was motivated by the role of Catholic religious teachers in building student character in schools, the Church and society who often make mistakes in providing an understanding of student character development in school. This happens because it is caused by the views of society and the environment around it. In society, it prioritizes the character of students who are already in school and prioritizes women and even treats women unfairly, resulting in gender injustice. The aim of this research is to determine the characteristics of religious teachers who excel in developing character. Meanwhile, the method used in this thesis is literature review, namely studying the theme of this thesis by utilizing ideas and discussions from books, journals, encyclopedias, Church documents, the internet and other literature. The results of the discussion obtained were that the Church does not agree that there are differences in degrees between men and women. The Church firmly conveys that men and women have equal equality both within the family, the Church and in society. This attitude of the Church comes from God Himself as the Creator of heaven and earth which can be seen in the story of events which illustrates that God created humans as equal, both men and women, even though they are physically different, but men and women were created by God with the same dignity as images of God.

Abstract

This research departs from the concern over the reality of the implementation of the independent curriculum which is still not optimal, the difficulty of teachers in adjusting to the independent curriculum and inadequate facilities and infrastructure. The variables in this study consist of an independent curriculum, PAK learning and PAK learning implementation strategies based on an independent curriculum. The purpose of this study is to find out about the independent curriculum and PAK learning and the extent of the implementation of PAK learning based on the independent curriculum. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. The sample selection in this study used purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data validity testing is done by triangulation, namely data source triangulation and technical triangulation. Based on the research that has been carried out, the research results illustrate that the PAK learning implementation strategy based on the independent curriculum at SMK Negeri 2 Mandrehe Utara has strategies that include simplified lesson plans, provision of teaching tools, and more independent learning for teachers and students, so that learning is more enjoyable and meaningful. The independent curriculum has had a positive impact on SMK Negeri 2 Mandrehe Utara in the learning process, especially in PAK learning.

Abstract

This paper examines the factors that contribute towards enhancing Labor productivity. The research method employed was quantitative, with it employing a survey-based methodology. The study’s population comprised 78 participants including principal, teachers, and staffs in Catholic private schools under Sibolga diocese. Proportional random sampling was used to select a sample of people. A questionnaire was designed in order to collect data, with this passing the validity and reliability tests and meeting the necessary characteristics for a good instrument. Smart PLS 3.0 was employed to evaluate the gathered data. Four components to consider to be human resources management practices including human resources planning, job analysis, recruitment, and selection.  The study found a positive relationship between human resources management and school productivity.

Abstract

Leaders at any level and in any organization are needed to organize and mobilize various resources in the organization in order to achieve the goals of the organization. Likewise in the context of educational organizations. The leaders of universities and school principals play a very important role in leading, organizing, mobilizing and managing the educational institutions they lead in order to create quality education. This research was conducted with a literature approach, where researchers examined various theoretical studies from experts on leadership in general, educational leadership and the findings of previous researchers related to the role and influence of educational leadership on achieving the goals of educational organizations. From various literatures, it can be concluded that the quality of leadership possessed by an educational leader substantially influences the success of an educational institution. The type and style of leadership they have and apply also determine the effectiveness and speed of an educational institution in achieving the vision and mission as outlined by the educational institution.

Abstract

Abstract: This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of global research trends concerning human resources and productivity in education. Drawing upon 660 Scopus-indexed documents published between 2000 and 2025, the analysis employs quantitative mapping techniques using VOSviewer to uncover patterns in publication growth, influential authors and institutions, dominant research themes, and keyword co-occurrence networks. The findings reveal a consistent and significant rise in scholarly output, especially in areas such as teacher performance, educational leadership, and digital transformation. The co-occurrence analysis highlights strong linkages between human capital development strategies and institutional productivity, suggesting a convergence of educational management, organizational psychology, and public policy perspectives. Additionally, emerging themes emphasize the increasing importance of digital competencies, professional well-being, and workforce agility, particularly in the context of educational reform and post-pandemic challenges. Despite growing interest, the analysis also reveals fragmented research collaboration across countries and limited integration between developed and developing contexts. This study contributes theoretically by reinforcing the relevance of human capital theory in modern educational discourse and offers practical implications for policymakers and educational leaders. It recommends incorporating bibliometric insights into strategic planning, capacity-building initiatives, and inclusive policy frameworks aimed at optimizing human resources in education. By providing a data-informed foundation, the study enhances the understanding of productivity drivers in the education sector and supports evidence-based decision-making for sustainable development.. Abstrak: Penelitian ini menyajikan analisis bibliometrik komprehensif terhadap tren global dalam riset sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan produktivitas di bidang pendidikan. Berdasarkan 660 dokumen yang terindeks Scopus antara tahun 2000 hingga 2025, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pemetaan kuantitatif dengan perangkat lunak VOSviewer untuk mengidentifikasi pola pertumbuhan publikasi, penulis dan institusi yang berpengaruh, tema-tema utama, serta jaringan keterkaitan kata kunci. Hasil analisis menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam jumlah dan keragaman publikasi, terutama pada topik kinerja guru, kepemimpinan pendidikan, dan transformasi digital. Temuan ini mengindikasikan keterkaitan erat antara strategi pengembangan modal manusia dan produktivitas kelembagaan, serta mencerminkan sinergi antara manajemen pendidikan, psikologi organisasi, dan kebijakan publik. Tema-tema baru yang muncul menekankan pentingnya penguasaan kompetensi digital, kesejahteraan profesional, dan ketahanan tenaga kerja, terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan pasca-pandemi dan reformasi pendidikan. Namun, kolaborasi riset antarnegara masih menunjukkan fragmentasi, dengan keterlibatan yang belum merata antara negara maju dan berkembang. Secara teoritis, studi ini memperkuat relevansi teori modal manusia dalam konteks pendidikan kontemporer. Secara praktis, studi ini merekomendasikan pemanfaatan hasil analisis bibliometrik untuk mendukung perencanaan strategis, penguatan kapasitas SDM, dan perumusan kebijakan yang inklusif dan berbasis data. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan landasan informasi yang kuat untuk pengambilan keputusan yang berkelanjutan di sektor pendidikan.
