Abstract

Islamic da'wah organizations play a strategic role in developing, nurturing, and sustaining religious values within society. The development of da'wah organizations is not only related to strengthening religious understanding but also encompasses managerial dimensions, human resource development, and adaptation to social dynamics. This study aims to identify and analyze the types of development implemented within da'wah organizations, as well as their implications for the effectiveness of da'wah movements in the community. This research employs a qualitative method using a literature study approach, through the examination of scholarly works, institutional documents, and previous research. The findings reveal three main forms of development within da'wah organizations: (1) Religious development, which includes strengthening the understanding of Islamic teachings, internalizing moral values, and enhancing members’ spiritual capacity; (2) Managerial and organizational development, focused on institutional structuring, program management, and da'wah strategy development; and (3) Social community development, which involves empowering the community through education, social services, and activities that foster a religious and civilized society. In conclusion, the development of da'wah organizations requires a comprehensive and sustainable approach to effectively respond to social changes and strengthen the organization’s contribution to character building and the advancement of Islamic civilization.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to deconstruct the mechanisms by which the website's visual design constructs and conveys meaning, utilizing the semiotic framework developed by Roland Barthes. This inquiry specifically investigates how visual symbols operate beyond their overt messages to reproduce and reinforce values that are widely accepted as given. Adopting a qualitative interpretative method, the study applies Barthes' critical semiotic analysis across three levels of meaning: denotation, connotation, and myth. Results show that the figure of a bespectacled owl functions as a signifier for the intelligent "digital native." Furthermore, a "DIY" poster promotes ideologies related to technological libertarianism and neoliberal economics, whereas a "Space Available" billboard serves as a veiled critique of digital commercialization. On a mythological level, the website perpetuates the narratives of "technological solutionism" and "meritocracy," thereby obscuring the diverse realities of access to technology. Ultimately, this research posits that contemporary visual design employs advanced semiotic tactics to naturalize dominant ideologies, presenting them as unquestionable truths.

Abstract

Aktivitas penghimpunan dana bank syariah tidak selalu sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, diperlukan analasis apakah aktivitas penghimpunan dana yang dilakukan layak dan sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan penghimpunan dana bank syariah dalam perspektif prinsip syariah serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi aktivitas penghimpunan dana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan melalui studi kepustakaan (libarary research) yang bersumber dari jurnal ilmiah dan buku yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa aktivitas openghimpunan dana bank syariah dapat dikatakan layak dan memenuhi prinsip prinsip syariah. Akan tetapi, keberhasilan dan kelayakan penghimpunan dana juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Oleh karena itu, perbankan syariah perlu melakukan peningkatan pada inovasi produk dan tingkat literasi keuangan syariah pada masyarakat agar penghimpunan dana dapat dilakukan dengan optimal, dan dapat dikatakan layak dalam perspektif prinsip syariah
