Abstract

Determinan Kebijakan Dividen dengan Profitabilitas Sebagai Variabel Mediasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji faktor yang dapat menentukan kebijakan dividen dengan menggunakan profitabilitas sebagai variabel mediasi. Variabel yang diuji dalam penelitian ini yaitu ukuran perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan Ln Total asset, likuiditas yang diproksikan dengan current ratio, growth yang diproksikan dengan pertumbuhan total aktiva, profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan ROA dan kebijakan dividen yang diproksikan dengan dividend payout ratio. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan menggunakan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar sampai dengan tahun 2014 sebagai sampel penelitian. Jumlah sampel yang terpilih yaitu sebanyak 30 sampel yang mana proses seleksi atas sampel tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diuji melalui analisis jalur yang dibantu dengan aplikasi Amos versi 22 untuk proses pengolahan datanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yang terdiri dari ukuran perusahaan dan growth memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dan kebijakan dividen. Sedangkan likuiditas memiliki pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Sedangkan profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen.Kata Kunci: ukuran perusahaan, likuiditas, growth, profitabilitas, kebijakan dividen

Abstract

Text This study aims to determine the organizational management strategy with all the capabilities and limitations of organizational resources in going beyond the twists and turns, sacrifices, obstacles and challenges in realizing the development of the integrity zone by implementing effective management and empowering potential employees. as human capital. To serve as a reference as a pilot office in realizing good governance. Qualitative methods with triangulation techniques, namely interviews, field observations and document studies, with the research setting at the Office of Supervision and Service of Customs and Excise Type Madya Pabean Ngurah Rai. The data were analyzed against the interviewee's answers with secondary / supporting data obtained and verification of the validity / validity of the data was carried out with no difference between what the researcher reported and what actually happened to the object under study. In this study, it was found the intricacies of organizational efforts in implementing management in the form of work programs / strategies, innovation, empowerment of employees as human capital and the results of developing the integrity zone.

Abstract

Background: As a health service institution, hospitals have characteristics and management complexities which have an impact on their financing aspects. Controlling the supply of pharmaceutical supplies aims to create a balance between supply and demand in order to realize effective and efficient health services.Aims: This study aimed to design a method for controlling the optimal supply of disposable medical materials at the Bali Mandara Eye Hospital, Bali. Methods: This is a qualitative study based on in-depth interviews with three informants, and involving 11 doctors (users) to determine the critical value of disposable medical materials.Results: ABC analysis was used to classify all types of goods based on their importance to determine priorities based on the value of use. The budget allocation was dominated by only a small portion or only a few types of pharmaceutical supplies. The results show that there was a decrease in the total cost of inventory by 19.14% after the application of the EOQ method. The application of the reorder point (ROP) method can anticipate the occurrence of stock outs or vacancies.Conclusion: The EOQ method is more efficient than the conventional method applied at the Bali Mandara Eye Hospital Pharmacy Installation. The EOQ and ROP methods greatly affect the efficiency and effectiveness of controlling the inventory of medical disposable materials at the Bali Mandara Eye Hospital.Keywords: : inventory control, effective and efficient, medical disposable materials

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan, selisih bunga kredit dengan bank konvensional, dan kemudahan proses kredit terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam menggunakan layanan fintech berbasis pinjaman online. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling, yaitu convenience sampling. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 95 responden dengan menggunakan rumus Hair et al sebagai penentuan sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan, yaitu melalui analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kepercayaan, selisih bunga kredit dengan bank konvensional, dan kemudahan proses kredit berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam menggunakan layanan fintech berbasis pinjaman online pada mahasiswa perguruan tinggi negeri dan perguruan tinggi swasta di Provinsi Bali. Kepercayaan, selisish bunga kredit dengan bank konvensional, dan kemudahan proses kredit berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam menggunakan layanan fintech berbasis pinjaman online sebesar 63,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 36.3% dipengaruhi oleh sebab-sebab lain diluar model penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing dan custumer relationship marketing terhadap pembentukan brand image pada sebuah hotel di Bali, mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh brand image terhadap keputusan wisatawan di sebuah hotel di Bali, dan pengaruh digital marketing terhadap keputusan wisatawan di hotel ini, melalui mediasi brand image. Peneliti menggunakan tiga jenis variabel. Uji validitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS dan suatu instrumen dikatakan valid jika r ≥ 0,30 dan jika nilainya dibawahnya dianggap tidak valid sehingga dapat dilakukan eliminasi variabel yang dimaksud, sambil menghitung nilai reliabilitas menggunakan nilai Cronbach alpha di atas 0,6. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image, digital marketing tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan wisatawan; Brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan wisatawan, customer reationship marketing berpengaruh terhadap brand image, dan customer relationship berpengaruh terhadap keputusan wisatawan. Secara tidak langsung digital marketing tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan wisatawan melalui brand image dimana brand image tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara digital marketing dan keputusan wisatawan.

Abstract

This study analyzes whether tri kaya parisudha, karma phala and religious moderation directly effect auditor accountability which tri kaya parisudha and karma phala indirectly effect auditor accountability with religious moderation as a mediating variable. This study are conducted in Mataram City with respondents being auditors in various sectors. This study used a questionnaire instrument as a data collection method. Analysis of the data in this research used Partial Least Square (PLS) 23.0 analysis. The results of direct analysis show that tri kaya parisudha affect positive significant to religious moderation and did not affect significantly to auditor accountability, karma phala affect positive significant to religious moderation and did not affect significantly to auditor accountability, and religious moderation directly affect positive significant ton auditor accountability. Tri kaya parisudha and karma phala influence full mediation on auditor accountability with religious moderation as an intervening variable. The results of this study contribute to support the role theory and provide an understanding of the influence of auditors spiritual capital in the perspective of tri kaya parisudha and karma phala. Auditors are expected to be able to use good thoughts to plan audits, take appropriate actions according to the code of ethics in conducting and deliver the correct audit results without being separated from the independence and professionalism of the auditors.

Abstract

The  purpose  of this  study was to  determine  the consumer  behavior of Instagram  users in Marketing 4.0 based on Customer Path 5A. Data collection techniques used observation and in- depth interview , with health protocols implemantation in New Normal. Stages in data analysis include data reduction (data reduction), presenting data (data display) and drawing conclusions and verification (conclusion drawing / verification). Based on the results of research conducted on four  NSB Beauty Studio customers who  use social media  Instagram,  the conclusion  of consumer purchasing decisions for NSB Beauty Studio service have basically through all stages of Customer Path 5A, starting from problem recognition to post-purchase behavior about Aware, Appeal, Ask, Act, and Advocate. All informants also said that Instagram helped them get to aware and make purchases of the NSB Beauty Studio brand.

Abstract

This research examined how brand image, brand awareness, and social media marketing influence consumers’ purchase decisions, including factors like purchase interest, service quality, and experiential marketing as mediating variables, offering valuable knowledge for marketers to enhance their understanding of consumers’ behavior. The population was Somethinc’s Instagram followers, totaling 156 samples. This study revealed that brand image did not significantly impact purchase decisions, in contrast to brand awareness, which significantly impacted purchase decisions. Purchase interest and service quality also had no significant impact on purchase decisions. Social media marketing had no significant impact on purchase decisions, but it significantly impacted experiential marketing, emphasizing its role in improving consumers’ experiences. Conversely, experiential marketing notably impacted purchase decisions, effectively mediating the impact of social media marketing on purchase decisions. This study also unveiled that purchase interest did not mediate the impact of brand image on purchase decisions, and service quality did not mediate the impact of brand awareness on purchase decisions. The findings provide valuable insights to craft more effective strategies within the modern marketing landscape, such as marketers leveraging this understanding to design approaches that prioritize creating engaging experiences for consumers.

Abstract

The distribution of national health insurance services has an effect on employee satisfaction and performance The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service sharing, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The design of this research is quantitative, is the relationship of causality between variables. The study was conducted at community Health centers Karangasem. Data collection techniques used questionnaires to 175 employees. Data were analyzed by data analysis technique Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) program. The results showed there was a significant positive influence between the division of services to job satisfaction. This means that when the division of services increased, employee job satisfaction also increased significantly. There is a pattern of positive influence of motivation on job satisfaction. This means that if the motivation increases then the performance of employees also increased significantly. There is a significant positive influence between the distribution of services to the performance of employees. This means that when the division of services increased, the performance of employees also increased significantly. There is a pattern of positive influence of motivation on employee performance. This means that if the motivation increases then the performance of employees also increased significantly. There is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance. This means that if job satisfaction increases then the performance of employees also increased significantly.
