Abstract

Salah satu upaya untuk memperbaiki proses Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru (PMB) dan meningkatkan pelayanan kepada calon mahasiswa, maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat melakukan proses PMB yang tidak dibatasi oleh tempat. Salah satu teknologi yang dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan itu adalah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi website. Website ini diharapkan dapat membantu calon mahasiswa baru dalam mendapatkan informasi. Sehingga calon siswa akan mendapatkan informasi pendaftaran dan hasil seleksi pendaftaran tanpa harus datang ke kampus atau intansi perguruan tinggi. Analisa adalah sesuatu metode kerja dari beberapa pekerjaan saat sebelum studi didokumentasikan lewat tahapan penyusunan laporan memisahkan sesuatu pokok merupakan rentetan bagian serta mendalami komponen itu sendiri dan kaitan antar komponen guna mendapatkan pengetahuan yang akurat dan pengertian makna keseluruhan. Penelitian yang digunakan pada laporan Kerja Praktek ini menggunakan jenis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dimana, penulis menggunakan metode User Acceptance Test (UAT) untuk menganalisa dan mengevaluasi datanya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi inventori barang berbasis web yang memanfaatkan metode FIFO (First-In, First-Out) guna meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen persediaan di PT. Oxygen Commerce. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi masalah utama yang meliputi kesulitan dalam pemantauan stok barang, perhitungan persediaan yang akurat, dan penyesuaian yang sulit terhadap perubahan permintaan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan yang lebih canggih dan otomatis dalam manajemen inventori. Metodologi penelitian melibatkan tahap analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, dan implementasi sistem informasi inventori berbasis web. Sistem yang dikembangkan memungkinkan akses yang mudah dan aman ke data inventori, perhitungan FIFO yang otomatis, pemantauan persediaan secara real-time, serta laporan yang dapat disesuaikan. Hasil pengujian dan evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang diusulkan berhasil mengurangi kesalahan persediaan, meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan, dan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pola permintaan barang. Sistem informasi inventori berbasis web dengan metode FIFO ini diharapkan dapat membantu PT. Oxygen Commerce dalam mengoptimalkan persediaan, meningkatkan pelayanan pelanggan, dan mengurangi biaya persediaan. Selain itu, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam pengembangan teknologi informasi yang relevan dengan manajemen inventori dalam konteks perusahaan e-commerce. Sistem yang dibangun dapat diadaptasi dan diterapkan pada industri sejenis.

Abstract

The importance of using information technology forces organizations to switch to using this technology in the daily activities of the organization in running a business and this cannot be separated from the SMEs organization. This research was conducted to measure the readiness level of a Small, and Medium Enterprise (SMEs) organization in the use and adoption of information technology based on the organizational context. This research uses quantitative methods by conducting surveys and interviews with policymakers organized by SMEs to avoid inaccurate information. Surveys and interviews were conducted in the Jabodetabek area. Data will be processed using PLS-SEM software for statistical analysis and inferential analysis, while for descriptive analysis using SPSS and spreadsheets. The results obtained indicate a significant relationship between the readiness level variable and the IT adoption variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Machine Learning Technology on the E-Learning Platform on student learning behavior. This research is a type of meta-analysis research. The data source comes from 10 national journals indexed by SINTA published in 2022-2024. Deep collection technique through direct observation. The process of searching for virgin sources through google scholar, ERIC, and IEEE. Data analysis is statistical data analysis by calculating the effect size value with the help of the JSAP application. The results of the study concluded that the average effect size value was 0.791 in the medium effect size category. These findings explain that there is a significant influence of machine learning technology on e-learning platforms on student learning behavior.

Abstract

The retention of SMEs customers is of utmost importance for mobile payment service providers, particularly those who utilize mobile payments. Indonesia experienced a significant increase in the usage of mobile payment methods during the COVID-19 outbreak. Among the commonly utilized theoretical models in the Indonesian context of M-Payment payments, the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model stands out. This proposed model is an expanded version of the UTAUT model, incorporating additional limited factors. It encompasses six variables that consider the diverse risks and costs perceived by users. The objective of this research is to analyze consumer behavior towards mobile payment systems using the UTAUT model and identify the determinants that consistently yield significant results. Data was successfully collected from 276 SMEs customers across various regions who utilize mobile payments through ShopeePay. The proposed model applies a minor segment structure using a regression seller model approach (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, facilitation conditions, perceived risk, and perceived costs are the most influential predictors of users' intention to use the mobile payment system. Furthermore, behavioral intentions significantly influence actual usage behavior. The conclusion drawn from this research is that it enhances our understanding of the factors that determine the adoption of the mobile payment system, particularly in Indonesia.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has a significant impact on users, particularly in the context of education in schools. Reading books in the library is one way to open the window to the world, enhance knowledge, and strengthen rational thinking. However, currently, SMP Santo Bellarminus utilizes an e-library as a reference source for reading books, and there are several issues that need to be addressed. One issue is the monotonous appearance of the e-library. Additionally, the features provided in the e-library are still relatively simple, necessitating the addition of category shortcuts in the search menu for easier use. Furthermore, the monitoring of the number of students using the e-library is unstable. To address these issues, research will be conducted using the Technology Acceptance Model and the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences as comparison tools. This research aims to obtain students' feedback on the use of the e-library application provided by the school. The research results are categorized as good, with an average score using TAM of 94.13%, while for SPSS, the Cronbach’s alpha value is above 0.7. These results will serve as a benchmark for the short-term and long-term development of the e-library at SMP Santo Bellarminus. With the improvements made, it is expected that the user experience in utilizing the e-library will improve. This will support an increase in students' reading interest and broaden their horizons and knowledge. ABSTRAKPenggunaan teknologi yang terus berkembang pesat memiliki dampak yang signifikan bagi pengguna, terutama dalam konteks pendidikan di sekolah. Membaca buku di perpustakaan merupakan salah satu cara untuk membuka jendela dunia, meningkatkan pengetahuan, dan memperkuat pemikiran rasional. Namun, saat ini SMP Santo Bellarminus menggunakan e-perpustakaan sebagai sumber rujukan untuk membaca buku, dan terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang perlu diatasi. Salah satu permasalahan adalah tampilan e-perpustakaan yang masih terkesan monoton. Selain itu, fitur yang disediakan dalam e-perpustakaan masih tergolong sederhana, sehingga perlu ditambahkan shortcut kategori dalam menu pencarian agar lebih mudah digunakan. Selain itu, pemantauan jumlah siswa yang menggunakan e-perpustakaan tidak stabil. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, penelitian akan dilakukan menggunakan metode Technology Acceptance Model dan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences sebagai alat pembanding. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh hasil tanggapan siswa terhadap penggunaan aplikasi e-perpustakaan yang telah disediakan oleh sekolah. Hasil penelitian dikategorikan baik dengan rata rata nilai dengan menggunakan TAM sebesar 94,13% sedangkan untuk SPSS nilai cronbach’s alpha diatas 0,7. Hasil ini akan menjadi tolok ukur dalam pengembangan e-perpustakaan baik dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang di SMP Santo Bellarminus. Dengan adanya perbaikan yang dilakukan, diharapkan pengalaman pengguna dalam menggunakan e-perpustakaan akan meningkat. Hal ini akan mendukung peningkatan minat baca siswa serta memperluas wawasan dan pengetahuan mereka.

The research objectives to analyze the impact of Information Technology/Information Systems (IT/IS) strategic planning on the adoption of Information Technology (IT) within the context of organizational performance in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). In the continually evolving digital era, the ability of SMEs to integrate and effectively leverage IT is crucial for their sustainability and growth. The research methodology involves surveying and analyzing data from a range of SMEs that have implemented IT/IS strategic planning. The findings indicate a positive correlation between IT/IS strategic planning and the level of IT adoption in SMEs operations. SMEs with mature IT/IS strategic planning are more likely to efficiently implement and utilize information technology, thereby enhancing organizational performance. Factors such as budget allocation, technological literacy, and understanding the benefits of IT play a significant role in this relationship. This research contributes significantly to understanding how IT/IS strategic planning can act as a catalyst for successful IT adoption among SMEs. Practical implications of the research include recommendations for policy formulation, human resource training, and the development of technology empowerment strategies for SMEs. Thus, this research holds substantial relevance in supporting the growth and competitiveness of SMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

An EDC (Electronic Data Capture) machine is an electronic device used to collect, store and manage electronic payment transaction data, such as credit or debit cards. Typically, EDC machines are used by merchants or retailers to accept payments from customers by credit or debit card. EDC machines connect to electronic payment networks and facilitate secure data transfer between customer cards and payment systems. The aim is to implement the forward chaining method and create an expert system that can diagnose EDC machine damage and disturbances. The forward chaining method is used in this research. The result is that the forward chaining method can be implemented in an expert system and the system can be used to diagnose damage and disturbances to EDC machines.
