Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Internet of Things (IoT) integrated problem-based learning model on students' creative thinking abilities. This type of research is a meta-analysis research by evaluating the effect of the size of IoT-based problem-based learning models on students' creative thinking skills. Data search keywords are problem-based learning models; IoT-based problem-based learning model; and Students' creative thinking skills. Data collection techniques are through direct observation of journal databases and documentation. The eligibility criterion is that research comes from journals indexed by SINTA, Scopus and Web of Science; Research must be published in 2020-2024; Research obtained through mendeley database, google scholar, Researchgate; ERIC, and ScienceDirect, research related to the effectiveness of IoT-based problem-based learning models on students' creative thinking skills and research has complete data to calculate the value of effect size. Data analysis is a quantitative analysis by calculating the effect size value with the Microsoft Excel 2020 application. The results of the study concluded from 12 journals analyzed the application of the Internet of Things (IoT)-based problem-based learning model had a significant influence on students' creative thinking ability with an average value of effect size of 0.942 This finding provides important information for teachers, the application of the problem-based learning model exerts a high category of influence to improve creative thinking skills in the learning process.

Abstract

The digitalization era has brought significant changes in the way of doing business, including for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This research aims to examine the use of technology in increasing the productivity of MSMEs. Using qualitative and quantitative research methods, this study analyzes various technologies that can be adopted by MSMEs, such as e-commerce, social media, management information systems, mobile applications. Data was collected through surveys, interviews and case studies on a number of MSMEs that have successfully implemented technology in business operations. The research results show that technology adoption significantly increases operational efficiency, expands market reach, and improves the quality of MSME customer service. E-commerce and social media technologies have proven effective in increasing sales and brand awareness, while management information systems and mobile applications improve internal business processes and customer service. However, there are challenges, such as limited access to technology resources, lack of expertise in technology management, and data security issues. This research recommends building more inclusive digital infrastructure, technology training for MSME owners, and developing policies that support the MSME digital ecosystem. In conclusion, the use of technology is a critical strategy that MSMEs must implement to increase productivity and competitiveness in the global market.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced education systems around the world to adapt to unexpected conditions, including the implementation of distance learning (PJJ). Junior High Schools face special challenges in this transition due to limited infrastructure and resources. This research aims to develop an optimized e-learning system to support distance learning in junior high schools, with a focus on affordability, ease of use, and pedagogical effectiveness. This system development method involves needs analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation of the system with the active participation of teachers, students, and parents. The research results show that the e-learning system developed can increase student engagement, facilitate access to diverse and interactive learning materials, and support teachers in managing virtual classes. System evaluation was carried out through satisfaction surveys, analysis of student learning performance, and user feedback, which showed significant improvements in the effectiveness of distance learning. This research concludes that the development of e-learning systems tailored to the specific needs of junior high schools can be an effective solution to overcome the challenges of distance learning, while providing opportunities for pedagogical innovation in future education.

Abstract

The use of technology in education has now become an effective method for increasing students' interest and understanding of subject matter. This research aims to develop learning materials through making educational videos using animation techniques, which are designed specifically for students. The animation method was chosen because of its unique ability to present abstract concepts more easily understood and interesting for students. This research includes the design process, content development, animation, and evaluating the effectiveness of the educational videos that have been created. The approach used in this research is development (Research and Development) which involves students as respondents to determine their level of understanding and interest in the material presented through animated educational videos. The educational videos developed cover various learning topics that are adapted to the applicable curriculum, with the hope that they can become an interesting additional learning resource and increase students' understanding. The research results show that educational videos using animation techniques are able to increase students' interest in learning and make it easier for them to understand lesson concepts that were previously considered difficult. Evaluations carried out through questionnaires and interviews showed positive responses from students towards the use of this learning media. Thus, it is hoped that making animation-based educational videos can be an effective alternative learning method and can be applied in various educational contexts.

Abstract

In the school environment, determining outstanding students holds significant importance. High academic achievement among students and a low failure rate reflect the overall quality of education. Based on the interviews, it is known that the assessment process for outstanding students at school still needs to be revised, and the current decision-making system needs to consider other factors, resulting in suboptimal selection processes. To address this issue, implementing a Decision Support System (DSS) is necessary to assist the school in selecting the best students. DSS is an interactive system providing access to data and modelling information, designed to support decision-making in both structured and unstructured situations. This DSS will be designed using the Technique for Order of Preferences by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) as the alternative ranking method. The final results indicate that using the TOPSIS method in this decision support system can improve efficiency and accuracy in selecting outstanding students in the school environment.

Abstract

This study aims to understand students' interaction with campus journals from a usability perspective, using the Nielsen Usability Testing Model as the framework. The study adopted a quantitative approach to collect and analyze data, with the respondents being student journal users. The main variables examined include ease of learning, efficiency of use, ease of recall, user errors, user satisfaction, and usage behaviour. The online survey method was used to collect responses to a specially designed questionnaire, which was then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. The results showed that ease of learning and efficiency of use significantly affected user satisfaction, positively impacting campus journal usage behavior. User error was found to hurt satisfaction, emphasizing the importance of intuitive and user-friendly interface design. This study contributes to the literature on the usability of digital resources in education, particularly in the context of campus journals, and opens up further research opportunities in developing adequate digital learning resources.Keywords: Campus Journal; Usability; SEM-PLS; Student AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami interaksi mahasiswa dengan jurnal kampus dari sudut pandang kegunaan, dengan menggunakan Nielsen Usability Testing Model sebagai kerangka kerjanya. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dengan responden adalah mahasiswa pengguna jurnal. Variabel utama yang diperiksa meliputi kemudahan belajar, efisiensi penggunaan, kemudahan mengingat, kesalahan pengguna, kepuasan pengguna, dan perilaku penggunaan. Metode survei online digunakan untuk mengumpulkan tanggapan terhadap kuesioner yang dirancang khusus, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan belajar dan efisiensi penggunaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, berdampak positif terhadap perilaku penggunaan jurnal kampus. Kesalahan pengguna ditemukan berdampak negatif pada kepuasan, menekankan pentingnya desain antarmuka yang intuitif dan ramah pengguna. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap literatur mengenai kegunaan sumber daya digital dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam konteks jurnal kampus, dan membuka peluang penelitian lebih lanjut dalam mengembangkan sumber belajar digital yang efektif.Kata kunci: Jurnal Kampus; Usability; SEM-PLS; Mahasiswa

Abstract

As a strategic step toward sustainable mobility, this study examines the integration of Enterprise Architecture (EA) into an Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) utilizing the TOGAF framework (The Open Group Architecture Framework). Given the escalating intricacy of the transportation system, the primary emphasis is on the synergy between ITS and EA, which is organized and structured using TOGAF. This study aims to determine how the TOGAF framework can aid in developing a more sustainable and efficient transportation system by facilitating the integration of EA and ITS. This methodology is grounded in qualitative analysis, particularly an exhaustive review of the relevant literature. This literature review identifies current trends and best practices regarding applying TOGAF for EA integration in ITS. Research shows that transportation service operational efficiency and effectiveness are enhanced when EA and ITS are integrated using TOGAF, improving coordination, resource management, and strategic decision-making. This, in turn, supports sustainable mobility.

Blibli.com merupakan situs perbelanjaan secara online dengan memiliki konsep online shopping mall yang memberikan wadah kepada masyarakat indonesia untuk melakukan proses pembelian barang, saling bertukar informasi dan memberikan rekomendasi mengenai produk yang ada. Namun dari sebagian kelebihan yang dimiliki blibli.com terdapat kekurangan dalam fitur aplikasi sebagai guna kelengkapan data konsumen yang dibutuhkan seperti ktp dan kk sebagai syarat pembelian unit mobil. Proses yang berjalan untuk melengkap dokumen customer service harus menghubungi customer menanyakan perihal ktp dan kk, hal ini sangat tidak efisien. Maka dari itu penulis melakukan pengembangan sistem pada aplikasi blibli.com dengan bagaimana upload data ktp dan kk saat order pembelian unit mobil di blibli.com dengan menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif kemudian sistem dikembangkan dengan metode waterfall, bahasa pemrograman PHP dan perancangan database MySQL. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan pengujian menggunakan Black Box Testing setiap input proses dan outputnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari instansi.

Abstract

Instagram adalah aplikasi berbagi foto dan video yang memungkinkan pengguna mengambil foto, mengambil video, menerapkan filter digital dan membagikannya di berbagai layanan jejaring sosial. Publik figur khususnya aktor, aktris, influencer dan selebritis memanfaatkan instagram sebagai wadah untuk mempromosikan berbagai aktivitas atau karyanya kepada para penggemar atau pengikutnya. Sayangnya, banyak sekali komentar spam pada postingan tersebut, baik berupa komentar baik maupun buruk. Penelitian tersebut memperoleh data komentar untuk dijadikan dataset, yaitu dari tokoh masyarakat, aktris, dan aktor yang memiliki pengikut lebih dari 5 juta. Dengan menggunakan preprocessing (pembersihan data, normalisasi, tokenisasi, casefolding, dan stopwords removal) dan TF-IDF untuk pembobotan dalam proses klasifikasi, maka diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat mengklasifikasikan apakah komentar tersebut merupakan spam atau bukan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Support Vector Machine (SVM).

Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) sebuah perusahaan memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap banyak aspek yang menentukan kesuksesan suatu industri. Aspek yang paling utama pada saat mengelola talenta perindustrian ialah dengan melakukan seleksi pada karyawan yang terbaik secara berkala. Dalam pengelolaan operasional bisnis, PT. Karlin Mastrindo akan memberikan penghargaan kepada karyawan dengan memilih karyawan terbaik setiap enam bulan sekali, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan semangat kerja pegawai dan menjalankan bisnis secara konsisten dengan memenuhi komitmen perusahaan, memberikan kepastian dan memastikan kepuasan pelanggan dalam bermitra bisnis. Penentuan karyawan terbaik biasanya ditentukan secara manual. Oleh sebab itu, dalam penelitian ini dipertimbangkan kembali yang bertujuan untuk melakukan perhitungan pada kasus pemilihan karyawan terbaik yang berdasarkan dengan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan oleh perushaan dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Kami memilih metode ini karena memungkinkan kami dalam memilih alternatif terbaik dari serangkaian alternatif berdasarkan kriteria yang diberikan. Kriteria bersifat dinamis dan nilai bobot dapat diubah sesuai permintaan user. Selanjutnya dilakukan proses perangkingan yang akan menentukan karyawan terbaik yang telah direkomendasikan perusahaan.
