Abstract

Archives are records that contain events and scientific knowledge. Archives are divided into two based on their function, namely dynamic archives and static archives. In its management, there are factors that can damage archives, so preventive preservation is needed so that archives can be used intact and for a long time. The Record Center as a place for managing inactive dynamic archives needs to carry out preventive preservation. This preventive preservation research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and literature study. Based on data obtained in the field, factors that can damage archives include physical, biological, and storage errors. To minimize the occurrence of damage caused by these factors, it is necessary to carry out camperization efforts, physical maintenance of archives, improvement of the quality of human resources, appropriate infrastructure, and adequate storage space.

Abstract

The Electronic-Based Governance System (EBGS) mandates institutions at every level to manage their governance electronically. As a medium for managing authentic evidence stemming from an activity, archiving systems need to establish themselves as part of this electronic-based governance system. Hence, the process of archive distribution, as a component of the archiving system, becomes an issue that requires in-depth study through research. This raises the research question, "How can we comprehensively describe the archive distribution process at the West Java Provincial Department of Tourism and Culture through the Sidebar application?". The research aims to obtain a comprehensive description of the archive distribution process within the West Java Provincial Department of Tourism and Culture via the Sidebar application. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach and uses the archival staff of the West Java Cultural and Tourism Department as informants. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies, with data analysis through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that in distributing archives, the West Java Cultural and Tourism Department utilizes various features in the Sidebar application, such as Incoming Mail, Copy Mail, Manuscript Digital Signature, Outbox, and Manuscript Validation. The West Java Department of Tourism and Culture uses these features in internal and external archival operational activities. It can be concluded that the features in the Sidebar application can be used for real-time archive distribution with various statuses like "Revise Manuscript," "Review Manuscript," and "This Manuscript has been acted upon," which have been implemented in the West Java Department of Tourism and Culture.

Abstract

TikTok merupakan salah satu media sosial dalam bentuk video atau gambar yang disatukan dan kemudian dikonversi menjadi video TikTok juga menjadi salah satu media sosial yang sedang trend atau disukai oleh masyarakat saat ini, penggunaan aktif bulanannya mencapai 22,2 juta pengguna pada tahun 2020 di Indonesia, salah satu konten menariknya yaitu review pakaian untuk badan Big Size. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa tentang ada tidaknya hubungan antara pencarian informasi yang dilakukan oleh followers pada media TikTok dengan pengambilan keputusan pembelian pakaian big size. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu followers akun TikTok Puwputt dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang, teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan yaitu angket atau kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan tingkat koefisien korelasi sedang antara perilaku pencarian informasi pada TikTok akun Puwputt dengan pengambilan keputusan followers untuk membeli produk pakaian big size. Konsumen atau pembeli dapat menggunakan kemampuan pencarian informasi untuk mengambil keputusan dalam membeli suatu produk yaitu pakaian big size.

Abstract

Bedog Cikeruh is a cultural heritage originating from Jatinangor District, Sumedang Regency (formerly Jatinangor named Cikeruh). At this time the knowledge of making Bedog Cikeruh is in a critical state. The author found that in the area around Jatinangor, there is only one blacksmith who is still actively producing Bedog Cikeruh. The organization is called Dangiang Pusaka Domas. Dangiang Pusaka Domas is an informal family-based organization. Dangiang Pusaka Domas blacksmith is located in Maruyung Hamlet, Kutamandiri Village, Tanjungsari District, Sumedang Regency. Through this article, the author intends to present data from the point of view of Knowledge Management, how knowledge is shared through knowledge transmission in the Dangiang Pusaka Domas Blacksmith based on the following research questions: (1) What is knowledge transmission? (2) How does the knowledge transmission process take place in the Dangiang Pusaka Domas blacksmith? To obtain the necessary data, the author collected data by conducting an in-depth interview of the source of information obtained based on purposive sampling techniques. The author's findings show that: knowledge transmission is part of the knowledge sharing process. This concept refers to social interaction in which there is a transfer of knowledge, experience, and skills from one individual to another. Furthermore, some conclusions about the transmission of knowledge in the context of Dangiang Pusaka Domas, as an informal organization are: (1) The process of knowledge transmission, in this case, blacksmith knowledge, is carried out for generations in families vertically. (2) The process of knowledge transmission is carried out through structured participation and guidance. (3) The selection of individuals to pass on knowledge is generally in the family lineage, but the decline in knowledge focuses more on internal motivations and personal empirical experience. (4) The process of transmitting knowledge does not involve documenting or converting tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge. Knowledge is passed down through direct experience and practice, without written record-keeping. (5) The family is open to receiving individuals from outside the family who wish to learn blacksmithing knowledge.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Instagram is a social media platform that can be used as a medium for promotion. The same is true for the Reading Library in Tebet which uses Instagram as a medium for promoting its library. This study aims to determine the pull strategy, push strategy, and pass strategy used by the Marketing Public Relations of the Reading Library in Tebet in promoting on Instagram, as well as the reasons for using Instagram as a promotional tool. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study found that the Reading Library in Tebet can easily promote its services because its librarians already have qualities that exceed the capacity of ordinary librarians, so that just by promoting through word of mouth, the Reading Library in Tebet can be easily and quickly recognized by the public, even before the library is opened to the public. It was also found that the Reading Library in Tebet also promotes via its Instagram by collaborating with communities, creating daily content, collaborating with influencers, reuploading content from its followers, promoting book collections, and holding discounts for becoming monthly members. Keywords:  Promotion Strategy, Instagram, Marketing Public Relation, Baca di Tebet Library.   ABSTRAK Instagram merupakan platform di media sosial yang dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk melakukan promosi. Sama halnya dengan Perpustakaan Baca di Tebet yang menggunakan Instagram sebagai media promosi perpustakaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pull strategy, push strategy, dan pass strategy yang digunakan Marketing Public Relations Perpustakaan Baca di Tebet dalam melakukan promosi di instagram, serta alasan menjadikan Instagram sebagai alat promosinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa Perpustakaan Baca di Tebet dapat dengan mudah melakukan promosinya diakrenakan pustakawannya yang sudah memiliki kualitas diri melebih kapasitas pustakwan biasanya, sehingga hanya dengan melakukan promosi melalui mulut ke mulut Perpustakaan Baca di Tebet dapat dengan mudah dan cepat dikenal oleh masyarakat, bahkan sebelum perpustakaannya dibuka untuk umum. Didapati pula bahwa Perpustakaan Baca di Tebet juga melakukan promosi melalui Instagramnya dengan melakukan kerjasama bersama komunitas, membuat daily content, melakukan kolaborasi dengan influencer, melakukan reupload konten dari pengikutnya, melakukan promosi koleksi buku, dan mengadakan diskon untuk menjadi anggota bulanan. Kata Kunci: Strategi Promosi, Instagram, Marketing Public Relation, Perpustakaan Baca di Tebet.
