A plastic composite consisting of polylactic acid (PLA), linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), oleic acid-grafted linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE-g-OA) compatibilizer, and organo-precipitated calcium carbonate (O-PCC) have been successfully made in the molten state. This study aims to characterize the mechanical, physical, thermal, and morphological characteristics of the PLA/LLDPE/O-PCC plastic composite in the presence of an LLDPE-g-OA compatibilizer. The plastic composite was prepared by blending PLA, LLDPE, LLDPE-g-OA, and O-PCC using an internal mixer with a heating of 160 °C and a rotation of 100 rpm. LLDPE and LLDPE-g-OA are put together into the inner mixer chamber until melted, followed by PLA and O-PCC. The most optimum plastic composite composition is PLA/LLDPE/LLDPE-g-g-OA/O-PCC (67.5:22.5:5:5). The mechanical properties showed an increase in tensile strength of 9.78 MPa. The physical properties showed that the minimum water absorption was 0.74%, the biodegradation in humus soil showed a degradation rate of 0.09% per day, and the thermal properties showed better stability with a melting point of 146.5 °C. The FTIR spectrum is similar to the polymer blend without O-PCC. The morphology indicates that the composite is compatible and homogeneous. This semi-biodegradable plastic composite has significant implications for reducing the accumulation of plastic waste in the environment.

Abstract: Vitamin A deficiency can cause toddlers to easily experience infections and result in blindness. In the city of Padang, the Air Tawar Community Health Center is the community health center with the lowest coverage and has experienced a decrease in the coverage of Vitamin A administration for 3 consecutive years. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between maternal attitudes and the role of cadres with the provision of Vitamin A to Toddlers aged 6-59 months in the Fresh Air Health Center Work Area in 2023. This type of research is analytical with a cross sectional research design. The population of this study were all children aged 6-59 months with a sample of 132 using simple random sampling techniques. Data were processed and analyzed using the chi-square test. The research results showed that (50.8%) of the respondents were not given vitamin A, there were (65.2%) who had a negative attitude, there were (69.7%) who had a good cadre role, there was a relationship between the mother's attitude and giving vitamin A (p=0.000) and there was a relationship between the role of cadres and giving vitamin A (p=0.000). It can be concluded that it is proven that there is a relationship between the mother's attitude and the role of cadres towards giving vitamin A to toddlers in the Tawar Air Community Health Center Working Area in 2023. It is hoped that the community health center will further increase education about the benefits of Vitamin A to encourage positive attitudes in the community in providing Vitamin A supplements to children. Apart from that, the active role of health cadres is very important in providing education, motivating families, and ensuring that the distribution of Vitamin A supplements goes well.Keywords: Vitamin A administration, mother's attitude, cadre role.

ABSTRAK Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku usaha dalam memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran digital. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui serangkaian pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada mitra usaha Laundry Keluarga di Padang, Sumatera Barat, yang terdiri dari pemilik dan pekerja sebanyak tiga orang. Kegiatan Kegiatan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra mencakup penggunaan platform seperti Instagram, Facebook, dan WhatsApp Business, serta optimalisasi Google Maps Business dalam promosi usaha. Rencana program pengabdian masyarakat ini dirancang dengan metode pendekatan partisipatif (participatory approach), di mana mitra dilibatkan secara aktif dalam setiap tahapan mulai dari identifikasi masalah hingga evaluasi hasil. Model pendampingan yang diterapkan berorientasi pada pengembangan kapasitas (capacity building). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta, yang ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 56 menjadi 82 pada posttest, serta penurunan standar deviasi dari 24,72 menjadi 9,66, menandakan peningkatan yang merata di antara peserta. Selain itu, terjadi pergeseran kategori pengetahuan dari 50% peserta pada kategori rendah menjadi 75% peserta pada kategori tinggi pascapelatihan. Penerapan WhatsApp Business dan Google Maps Business juga berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan digital mitra dan memperluas jangkauan pasar, yang berdampak pada peningkatan penjualan melalui media sosial dari 5% menjadi 20% dari total penjualan bulanan. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas digital usaha mitra secara nyata dan aplikatif. Kata Kunci: Promosi Usaha, Usaha Laundry, Pemasaran Digital, Media Sosial

Biocomposite of Cellulose Nanocrystals-Silver Nanoparticles (CNCs-AgNPs) was synthesized by in situ method using cellulose isolated from Nypa fruticans Wurmb and produced into nanomaterial scale with acid hydrolysis and silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) produced by green synthesis using Uncaria gambir Roxb leaf extract. Analysis of structure and morphology of CNCs-AgNPs biocomposite was carried out and its potential as an antimicrobial agent against Gram+ and Gram- bacteria. Characterization was carried out using UV-Vis spectrophotometer, FTIR, XRD, and TEM. The UV-Vis spectrum showed a typical Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) absorption peak around 420 nm which indicated the formation of AgNPs. The formed silver nanoparticles showed a Face Centered Cubic (FCC) crystal structure and were adsorbed on functional groups found on the nanocellulose surface based on XRD and FTIR analysis. The analysis results were reinforced by TEM analysis which showed that silver nanoparticles were evenly distributed on the surface of CNCs in the form of short rods with AgNPs diameters ranging from 8-10 nm and CNCs around 14 nm. Antibacterial activity showed that the CNCs-AgNPs biocomposite had the highest effectiveness against Gram+ bacteria. These results indicate the potential application of CNCs-AgNPs biocomposite as an environmentally friendly natural-based antimicrobial agent.

Early marriage is marriage for teenagers under the age of 20 who should not be ready to carry out marriage. The 2018 Riskesdas data held by BPS, namely the existence of early marriage among women aged ≤ 16 years, 15.66% were married at the age of 17-18 years there were 20.03%. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence early marriage in Baru Village, Air Warm Barat District, Kerinci Regency in 2019. This type of research is analytic with cross sectional design. The population of this study was all married women in Baru Village, Air Warm Barat District, totaling 207 people with a sample of 67 people. Data collection using a questionnaire by interview. The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling. The study was conducted in January - August 2019. Data collection was carried out on 09 - 19 July 2019. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using computerization. The results showed less than half (47.8%) of respondents married early, more than half (61.2%) had a low level of knowledge about early marriage, more than half (53.7%) had a supportive culture about early marriage, More out of half (62.7%) having the role of peers plays a role. There is a relationship between the level of knowledge, culture, the role of peers and early marriage in Baru Village, Air Warm Barat District, Kerinci Regency in 2019 Pernikahan dini adalah pernikahan pada remaja di bawah usia 20 tahun yang seharusnya belum siap untuk melaksanakan pernikahan. Data Riskesdas 2018 yang diadakan oleh BPS yaitu adanya pernikahan dini pada perempuan usia ≤ 16 tahunterdapat 15,66% menikah pada usia 17-18 tahun terdapat 20,03%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pernikahan usia dini di Desa Baru Kecamatan Air Hangat Barat Kabupaten Kerinci tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh wanita yang sudah menikah di Desa Baru Kecamatan Air Hangat Barat, yang berjumlah 207 orang dengan sampel 67 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan cara wawancara. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Januari - Agustus 2019. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan pada tanggal 09 – 19 Juli 2019. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan komputerisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kurang dari separoh (47,8%) responden menikah dini, lebih dari separoh (61,2%) memiliki tingkat pengetahuan rendah tentang pernikahan dini, lebih dari separoh (53,7%) memiliki budaya mendukung tentang pernikahan dini , Lebih dari separoh (62,7%) memiliki peran teman sebaya berperan. Ada hubungan tingkat pengetahuan, budaya, peran teman sebaya dengan penikahan dini di Desa Baru Kecamatan Air Hangat Barat Kabupaten Kerinci tahun 2019.

Suatu komplek Besi(II) asetonitril dan aquabidest telah digrafting pada silika modifikasi. Keberhasilan proses immobilisasi dibuktikan melalui karakterisasi dengan FTIR, AAS, TGA dan Mikroskop Optik. Metoda immobilisasi dilakukan secara langsung dan tak langsung. Metoda immobilisasi yang baik dilakukan secara langsung terlihat dari hasil metal loading yang besar terdapat pada metoda langsung yaitu sebesar 3,56%. Nilai leaching yang terendah terdapat pada grafting langsung SiO2-[AlCl3]-Fe(H2O)6 yaitu sebesar 0,28% . PadaÂ umumnya semua amobilat cukup stabilÂ karena nilai leachingnyaÂ dibawah 10%. Berdasarkan data TGA, katalis ini disarankan untuk digunakan pada temperature di bawahÂ 144,6 Â°C. Â Kata kunci : immobilisasi, silika modifikasi, komplek besi(II)
