Abstract

This study aims to describe how the strategy of the GenPI Pandeglang community in promoting local wisdom in the Menes Kaulinan Market Digital Destination. The subjects of this study were the Head of the Tourism Destination Division of the Banten Province Tourism Office, the Manager of Kaulinan Market Management Menes, the Chairperson of the GenPI Pandeglang community, the Head of the Pandeglang GenPI community online team, the Chair of the Pandeglang GenPI community creative team and the Menes Kaulinan Market visitor. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was done by triangulating sources, triangulating techniques and member checks. The results of the study found that the efforts made by the GenPI Pandeglang community in promoting local wisdom included planning, implementation and evaluation aspects. The obstacles faced are personal factors and situational factors. The response of visitors to the Menes Kaulinan Market is in the form of the enthusiasm of visitors by playing traditional games, buying culinary snacks at the Kaulinan Menes Market and visitor responses in the form of likes, comments, shares and retweets on the social media accounts of the Menes Kaulinan Market.

Abstract

Information and communication technologies can support learning of geometry through geogebra software. This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of dynamic mathematics software geogebra towards problem solving and self-efficacy. Seventy-four university students divided to one class assigned as geogebra assisted learning and the other as using conventional learning. The results showed a significant difference of problem solving between these two groups statistically. Additionally, The results showed that there is a significant difference of self-efficacy between these two groups statistically. The results indicates that the problem solving and sef-efficacy of the university students using geogebra assisted better than using conventional learning. We can conclude that the dynamic mathematics software geogebra is effective to improve problem solving and self-efficacy

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi Pasal 12 & Pasal 14 Undang-undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2013 Tentang Perlindungan dan Pemberdayaan Petani serta hambatan dalam pelaksanaan Implementasinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Provinsi Banten dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Implementasi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah dengan memberikan sarana dan prasarana pertanian berupa alat-alat pertanian, memberikan kepastian usaha dan kontrol harga dengan penentuan harga melalui Harga Pembelian Pemerintah (HPP) dan juga stabilisasi harga yang dilakukan oleh Bulog, Pemerintah juga memberikan asuransi bagi petani yang mengalami gagal panen melalui Asuransi Usaha Tani Padi (AUTP). Selain pemberian prasarana, sarana pertanian dan kontrol harga, pemerintah juga memberikan penyuluhan dan pendampingan untuk pengembangan petani lebih berkualitas dalam proses produksi pertanian.  Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti di simpulkan bahwa perlindungan dan pengembangan yang dilakukan pemerintah dilihat dari Undang-undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2013 sudah berjalan cukup baik dengan adanya bantuan bagi petani dalam usaha taninya, walaupun dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat hambatan dalam pemerataan sarana pertanian, perubahan kebijakan atas Bulog yang berdampak terhadap tidak rutinnya Bulog dalam menyerap panen petani dan juga minimnya penyuluh di Provinsi Banten tidak sebanding dengan jumlah desa yang ada di Provinsi Banten.Kata kunci: Perlindungan Hak Petani, Pemberdayaan Petani, Implementasi AbstractThe purpose of the study is to knowing the Implementation of Article 12 & Article 14 of the Number 19 Act 2013 About Farmer Protection and Empowerment also the obstacles of its Implementation. This research located in Banten Province using the descriptive method of qualitative approaches. Researcher collect data using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The result of this study is the Implementation was done by the government providing agricultural infrastructure within of agricultural tools, giving business certainty and price control with establishment prkce named (HPP) also price stabilization by Bulog, the Government also provided insurance for farmers who experienced crop failure through named Asuransi Usaha Tani Padi (AUTP). Moreover infrastructure management, agricultural infrastructure and price control, the government also done socialization and mentoring for the development of more qualified farmers in the agricultural production process. From this research can conclude that the protection and development that the government has seen from the Number 19 Law of 2013 has been well enough with assistance for farmers in its farming efforts, although in the implementation there are still barriers to the equalization of agricultural means, policy changes over Bulog that have impacted the non-routine of Bulog in absorbing farmers' harvests and also lack of socialization in Banten Provinces as not worth as number of villages in the Banten Province.Keywords: Farmers' Rights Protection, Farmers' Empowerment, Implementation of Law

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan elearning dalam menanamkan kemampuan berpikir kritis kewarganegaraan Peserta Didik melalui pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan di SMA Negeri 1 Kota Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitiatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pendidik memanfaatkan bentuk atau fitur-fitur yang tersedia di microsoft teams seperti fitur chating, memberikan ulangan atau kuis melalui fitur penugasan, mengadakan diskusi dan memerintahkan untuk On Cam, memberikan penugasan berbentuk file yang dapat di save di one drive. Strategi penerapan Pendidik dan kepala sekolah yaitu mengembangkan keterampilan diri dan mengembangkan instrument evaluasi hasil belajar. Faktor pendukung yaitu faktor intenal berupa peran pendidik dan kepala sekolah serta sarana dan pra sarana, sedangkan faktor eksternal yaitu berasal dari pemerintah dan orang tua, adapun faktor penghambat seperti terkendala dijaringanKata Kunci: E-learning, Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis, PPKn AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine the use of e-learning in instilling students critical thinking skills in citizenship through learning pancasila and citizenship education at SMA Negeri 1 kota attack. This study uses a qualitative approach with the descriptive. The data collection technique in this study used the technique of interviews, observations and documentation. The result showed that educators take advantage of forms or features available in microsoft teams such as chat featrures, giving tests or quizzes through the assignment feature, hold discussions and order to on cam, give assignment in the form of files that can saved on one drive. Strategy for implementing educators and principals, namely develoving self-skills and developing learning outcomes evalution instrument. Supporting factors are internal factors in the form of: the role of the educators and school principals as well as facilities and infrastructure, while the external that comes from the government and parents, as for the inhibiting factors like being constrained in the network.Keywords: E-learning, Critical Thinking Skills,

Abstract

AbstrakMelayani masyarakat merupakan tugas utama pemerintah, salah satu pelayanan pemerintah yaitu pembuatan E-KTP dalam rangka mewujudkan tertib administrasi kependudukan serta keberlangsungan penyediaan data kependudukan secara nasional, pemerintah bertanggungjawab dalam menyediakan data kependudukan yang akurat dan terkini. Dalam hal ini peneliti memilih untuk meneliti Kualitas Pelayanan Pembuatan E-KTP di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh masih ditemukannya beberapa masalah dalam proses pembuatan KTP-El seperti waktu pengurusan yang lama, rendahnya sikap kedisiplinan pegawai, serta sarana dan prasarana kurang memadai. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan pembuatan KTP-El di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Serang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskrptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan tabel frekuensi dan skala likert. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pembagian kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum Kualitas Pelayanan KTP-El di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Kota Serang dengan menggunakan teori yang dikemukakan Zeithaml, Bitner dan Gremler yakni bukti langsung (Tangible), Keandalan (Reliability), Daya tanggap (Responsiveness), Jaminan (Assurance), Kepedulian/Empati (Empathy) sudah berkualitas.Kata kunci: Pelayanan, Kualitas Pelayanan, KTP-El AbstractServing the community is the main task of the government, one of the government services is the creation of an Electronic Cards ID in order to realize orderly population administration and the continuity of providing population data nationally, the government is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date population data. In this case, the researcher chose to examine the Quality of Service for Making E-KTP at the Makassar City Population and Civil Registry Service. This research is motivated by the discovery of several problems in the process of making the Electronic Cards ID such as long processing time, low employee discipline, and inadequate facilities and infrastructure. The goal to be achieved in this study is to find out how the quality of service for making Electronic Cards ID at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Serang City is. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive using a frequency table and a Likert scale. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The results showed that in general the Quality of Service of the Electronic Cards ID at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Serang City by using the theory put forward by Zeithaml, Bitner and Gremler, namely direct evidence (Tangible), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsiveness), Guarantee (Assurance), Caring / Empathy (Empathy) is already qualified.Keywords: service, quality of service, Electronic ID Cards

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategies to strengthen the affective domain in Civics learning in class XII students and to determine the inhibiting and supporting factors in implementing the affective domain strengthening strategy in Civics learning in class XII students at MAN 4 Pandeglang. This research uses a type of qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results found were that the strategy of strengthening the affective domain of students used learning models and methods aimed at improving the affective domain of students for the better, such as the habituation model in the form of assignment methods and monitoring good attitudes and behavior of students, exemplary models in the form of method of displaying good attitude and behavior. The strategy to strengthen the affective domain can run well and students can follow and be able to achieve the goals of strengthening the affective domain. Then the way to overcome the obstacles experienced in implementing the strategy to strengthen the affective domain in Civics learning is to use a personal approach to students, especially students whose affective domain or attitude is lacking and also students who experience difficulties in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the role of the Serang City Partai Keadilan Sejahtera in growing constituent awareness in its party cadres, knowing the understanding of the Serang City Partai Keadilan Sejahtera cadres regarding constitutional awareness and knowing the role of the Serang City Partai Keadilan Sejahtera to prevent its cadres from committing corrupt acts. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results found are that the Serang City PKS has indeed made efforts to instill constituent awareness in its cadres through the party's regeneration system, both through education, training, and coaching. Then the cadres of the Serang City PKS already have a fairly good understanding of constituent awareness. This is based on that the cadres of the Serang City PKS already have an understanding of the importance of having constituent awareness, to be good citizens and also to become party cadres who understand the nature and purpose of partying is to contribute to building the country. Then the Serang City PKS has a way to overcome corruption cases, both ways to prevent and overcome. The way for the Serang City PKS to prevent its cadres from corruption through the cadreization system is carried out strictly and sustainably. Be it in coaching, education, or training activities and how to overcome it through actions taken by the Regional Ethics CouncilKeywords; Constituent Awareness, Cadrezation, Corruption.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Partai Keadilan Sejahtera Kota Serang dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran berkonstitusi pada kader partainya, mengetahui pemahaman kader Partai Keadilan Sejahtera Kota Serang mengenai kesadaran berkonstitusi serta mengetahui Peran Partai Keadilan Sejahtera Kota Serang mencegah kadernya melakukan perbuatan korupsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatana kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil yang ditemukan yaitu, PKS Kota Serang memang melakukan upaya penanaman kesadaran berkonstitusi pada kader-kadernya melalui sistem kaderisasi partai baik itu melalui pendidikan, pelatihan, maupun pembinaan. Kemudian kader-kader PKS Kota Serang sudah memiliki pemahaman akan kesadaran berkonstitusi yang cukup baik. Hal ini didasari bahwa para kader PKS Kota Serang ini sudah memiliki pemahaman akan pentingnya memiliki kesadaran berkonstitusi, untuk menjadi warganegara yang baik dan juga untuk menjadi kader partai yang paham akan hakikat dan tujuan berpartai adalah untuk berkontribusi untuk membangun negara. Kemudian PKS Kota Serang memiliki cara untuk mengatasi kasus korupsi baik itu cara mencegah dan menanggulangi. Cara PKS Kota Serang untuk mencegah kadernya korupsi melalui sisitem kaderisasi yang dilakukan secara ketat dan berkelanjutan. Baik itu pada kegiatan pembinaan, pendidikan, maupun pelatihan dan cara menanggulanginya melalui tindakan yang diambil Dewan Etik Daerah.Kata Kunci; Kesadaran Berkonstitusi, Kaderisasi, Korupsi

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology has caused various educational institutions to use e-learning systems to increase the flexibility and effectiveness of learning. One of them is utilizing the Learning Management System in learning. This study aims to find out the use of the Moodle-based Learning Management System in Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) subjects at SMK Nusantara 1 Tangerang City starting from planning, implementation and evaluation, along with obstacles and solutions. This research applies a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study found that the moodle-based Learning Management System had been put to good use in Civics subjects as a learning support medium. PPKn subject teachers have been provided with training on the use of the Learning Management System and are accustomed to using the Learning Management System in learning so that students are given convenience in the learning process because the material can be accessed easily. Obstacles faced in the use of the Learning Management System, namely the internet network, problematic systems, besides that some students are not too focused on learning. The solutions for overcoming obstacles in the use of the Learning Management system in PPKn subjects are: taking into account 1) Planning and Policy; 2) leadership; 3) infrastructure and resources; 4) Management; 5) teaching abilities and competencies of teachers; and 6) level of technical support.

Abstract

This research aimed to develop a cultural encyclopedia book based on the local wisdom of Banten on social scence subject at the 4th grade elementary school. This research was conducted at grade IV SD Negeri Rawu. This research used research and development methods (RnD). The product of this research was a cultural encyclopedia book containing materials about historical heritage in the local environment for social science subject at grade 4. The feasibility of this product was validated by some experts including media experts, material expert, linguists, and education experts. This research subjects were 20 grade IV students at SD Negeri Rawu. The results showed that the average validation score of the encyclopedia was 90.57%, so that it was categorized as“very feasible”. Then, the result of product trials (limited trials) obtained that the average value of the product was 99.05% with a “very good” criteria, so it can be concluded that the cultural encyclopedia book based on the local wisdom of Banten was feasible to be used as learning materials for social science subject at grade IV elementary school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan, mengetahui kelayakan media media audio visual Kinemaster yang dikembangkan dan mengetahui respon peserta didik terhadap media audio visual Kinemaster. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Serang 20 dengan subjek penelitian peserta didik kelas IV pada uji coba terbatas yaitu 23 peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan mengacu pada langkah-langkah penelitian pengembangan yang dikembangkan oleh Borg and Gall dalam Sugiyono yaitu melakukan (1) potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain, (5) revisi desain, (6) uji coba produk. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar angket untuk validasi media dengan presentase 72,75 % ahli materi dengan presentase 89,2 % dan lembar angket respon siswa sebesar 89,5%. Berdasarkan analisis validasi dapat disimpilkan bahwa  kualiatas Media Audio Visual Kinemaster yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak, sedangkan hasil respon peserta didik terhadap Media Audio Visual Kinemaster termasuk kategori sangat baik.
