Abstract

Entrepreneurship training for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) activists in Tirem Village, Sittingsampeyan District, Gresik Regency focuses on enriching literacy in order to develop the businesses of MSME activists so that they play an active role in expanding employment opportunities, increasing competitiveness and being export-oriented, meanwhile business elaboration The micro scale is aimed at leveraging community income, especially those with low incomes, especially in agricultural and fishing areas in rural areas. This service activity was held offline, involving 37 participants, including MSME activists in the Tirem Village environment. This activity was carried out smoothly according to schedule. Training and discussion are the methods chosen in this activity, with material on business permits, finance and business marketing for MSME activists. The output of this activity is an increase in the participants' understanding of how to independently apply for a business permit (NIB), manage business finances appropriately and analyze business marketing, so that business continuity and income can increase.

Abstract

Kurangnya sumber informasi dalam menstimulasi kemampuan bicara pada anak yang mengalami speech delay menyebabkan ibu tidak menerima informasi secara lengkap. Penanganan speech delay menggunakan pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode audio visual. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode audio visual terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu dalam menstimulasi kemampuan bicara dan bahasa pada anak yang mengalami speech delay. Metode penelitian menggunakan quasy eksperimental dengan pendekatan control group pretest-posttest. Pengambilan sampling dari populasi 94 orang menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel sebanyak 16 responden pada tiap kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol di Poli Tumbuh Kembang Anak RS Grha Husada. Variabel independennya yaitu pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode audiovisual, sedangkan variabel dependen yaitu pengetahuan dan sikap ibu. Instrument penelitiannya SAP, audio visual, kuesioner pengetahuan dan sikap. Analisa data penelitian menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test dengan SPSS 16.0. Hasil Uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode media audio visual terhadap pengetahuan ibu kelompok perlakuan menunjukkan nilai p=0,002 (p value < 0,05) dan sikap ibu menunjukan nilai p = 0,008 (p value < 0,05), yang berarti ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan melalui media audio visual terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu dalam menstimulasi kemampuan bicara dan bahasa pada anak mengalami speech delay. Pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode audio visual berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu dalam menstimulasi indera pendengaran dan penglihatan, sehingga menambah informasi dan pengetahuan ibu. Hasil penelitian dengan media audio visual ini dapat digunakan pihak Rumah Sakit dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Pendidikan Kesehatan.

Abstract

Health Education is an activity to create health education that seeks to make young people aware of how to take care of their health, how to avoid or prevent things that are detrimental to their own health, one of the problems of young women is the lack of knowledge of reproductive health. This study aims to determine the effect of reproductive health education using the whisper chain method on the knowledge and attitudes of young women. The design of this research is pre-experimental. The design of this study uses the Pre-test – Post-test Design. The population of all grade VI students is 22 students. The sample of this research was class VI girls at UPT SD NEGERI 60 Gresik. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling with 21 female students who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria as respondents. The independent variable of health education and the dependent variable are the knowledge and attitudes of young women about reproductive health using the chain whisper method. Data was collected using knowledge and attitude questionnaires before and after the provision of reproductive health education. Reproductive health education using the chain whisper method was carried out for 1 time 120 minutes at UPT SD Negeri 60 Gresik, Cerme District, Gresik Regency. Statistical test using the Wilcoxon Test ≤0.05. The results of the research on knowledge of young women before being given reproductive health education (poor) after (good) p=0.001, attitudes of young women before being given reproductive health education (negative) after (positive) p=0.000. This means that there is an influence of reproductive health education using the chain whisper method on the knowledge and attitudes of young women. For this reason, the researchers hope that this research can be used as a form of routine activity to add insight to female students about reproductive health.
