Abstract

Dalam pendidikan jasmani Sekolah Dasar (SD), materi pelajaran penjas selalu dikemas dan didesain dalambentuk permainan. Penyajian pembelajaran olahraga di SD sebaiknya dilaksanakan melalui bentukpermainan karena bermain merupakan dunianya anak-anak. Dunia SD adalah dunia bermain sehinggapenyajian dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmaninya haruslah dalam bentuk permainan. Permainanberperan sebagai kendaraan pertama untuk mempelajari diri sendiri dan dunia sekitarnya. Melaluipermainan, individual atau kelompok, aktif atau diam, anak-anak mengembangkan pemahaman dasar daridunia tempat mereka hidup.Pendidikan jasmani merupakan bagian integral dari pendidikan keseluruhan, yang bertujuan untukmengembangkan individu secara organik, neuromuskuler, intelektual dan emosional.

Abstract

Pola asuh orang tua dapat diartikan suatu kecenderungan orang tua untuk bertindak dengan caratertentu. Dalam hal ini perwujudan pola asuh orang tua didalam keluarga akanberhubungan dengankemandirian anak. Orang tua yang bersikap otoritatif akan memberikan bimbingan, perhatian danpengarahan terhadap perilaku anaknya di rumah untuk mencapai kemandirian yang diharapkan secaraoptimal. Pengaruh dari ibu bekerja berbeda-beda, tergantung usia anak ketika ditinggal bekerja, berapalama anak ditinggal bekerja dan dengan siapa ketika anak ditinggal bekerja. Interaksi yang dibangunantara orang tua dan pihak sekolah akan menghasilkan dukungan dan harmonisasi yang nantinya akanmemberi dampak kepada anak perasaan aman dan nyaman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk memperbaki proses pembelajaran mata kuliah bola voli dalam materi passing bawah bolavoli di Jurusan PKO Fik Unimed. Perbaikan pembelajaran melalui pemberian gaya mengajar inklusi, dengan metode penelitian tindakan kelas.  Hal ini dilakukan karena metode mengajar yang diberikan dosen tidak bervariasi sehingga tidak dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar passing bawah bolavoli. Adapun yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah mahamahasiswa  PKO regular B   Angkatan 2010 FIK UNIMED . Peneliti bekerja sama dengan dosen dan kolaborator untuk melihat  dampak gaya mengajar inklus . Penelitian ini direncanakan  menggunakan 2 siklus. Siklus pertama dimulai dengan obesevasi, pemberian tindakan dan refleksi. Kemudian dilanjutkan pada siklus kedua untuk memperbaiki kelemahan-kelemahan pada siklus ke dua. Populasi target dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa  PKO reguler B  Angkatan 2010 yang keseluruhan  terdiri dari  40  orang  mahasiswa. Teknik pemilihan sampel yang dilakukan peneliti adalah  cluster random sampling. Dimana kelompok yang akan dijadikan subjek penelitian   telah terbentuk  sebelumnya.

Abstract

Olahraga perempuan termasuk kompetisi amatir dan profesional di hampir semua olahraga dan Negara di Dunia. Partisipasi perempuan dalam olahraga meningkat secara dramatis pada abad kedua puluh, terutama pada kuartal terakhir, yang mencerminkan perubahan dalam masyarakat modern yang menekankan kesetaraan gender. Diskriminasi terhadap perempuan di Indonesia menyebabkan sempitnya kesempatan mereka untuk berperan di masyarakat. Dilain pihak pemerintah Indonesia telah menunjukkan komitmen bersama masyarakat internasional untuk mengatasi aneka diskriminasi tersebut dengan ikut serta meratifikasi konvensi penghapusan semua bentuk diskriminasi terhadap perempuan atau CEDAW (The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women) pada tahun 1975 di markas besar PBB. Padahal sebagai payung hukum baik CEDAW maupun UU RI no 7 tahun 1984 harus mampu melindungi perempuan dalam berbagai aktivitasnya. Namun isi konvensi dan Undang-Undang tersebut belum sepenuhnya diwujudkan, hingga berhasil mendudukkan perempuan setara dengan kaum laki-laki. Di Kolombia, kehadiran perempuan dalam sepakbola telah tidak diterima oleh pemimpin olahraga khususnya, maupun oleh penonton pada umumnya. Hal ini dianggap sebagai sebuah 'lelucon motif' dimana wanita mencoba untuk meniru laki-laki, dan bahwa, dari perspektif teknik, taktik, strategi, kapasitas dan kemampuan, mereka akan pernah mencapai tingkat yang sama sesuai dengan bukti-bukti yang diberikan oleh penelitian peduli dengan kemampuan motorik dan jenis kelamin.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar bola voli mini melalui pembelajaran menggunakan media bola karet pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 106185 Tanjung Garbus Kecamatan Pagar Merbau Kabupaten Deli Serdang pada tahun 2012/2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan kelas (PTK). Dalam hal ini peneliti menganalisis data dengan mereduksi data dan memaparkan data dalam bentuk tabel, sehingga dapat dicari nila rata-rata dan persentase ketuntasan belajar. Peningkatan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 31,2%, dan servis bawah bola voli mini melalui media bola karet siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II yaitu peningkatan ketuntas klasikal sebesar 28,1%.

Abstract

Theoretical understanding and practice in swimming learning still cannot be integrated scientifically in student learning. So it is necessary to have a theoretical and training model to improve swimming ability. The aim is to find out how effective the theoretical and exercise models are designed for experiments on 75 students. The experimental method used the control group and the experimental group. Theory and practice used online and face-to-face learning with an analysis of the results of the t-test starting with the pre-test and ending with the post-test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group with scorest-test for Equality of Means. From this column, the value of t count = 3.638, df = 58, so the table = 2.002 is obtained. When compared, the value of t count > t table and sig (2 tailed) or p-value = 0.001 <0.05 or H0 is rejected. Even with sometimes limitations to the use of technology such as the need for maintenance and loss of connectivity, teaching online (web-based) nevertheless empowers students and maximizes their learning. Students in the study reported their liking for being able to proceed at their own pace

Abstract

This examination is advancement research that expects to configuration learning media that contains appraisals in hand to hand fighting contests, particularly combative techniques and particularly aiding the field of sports science, particularly in the field of refereeing and sports accomplishments in North Sumatra. An application that contains assessments in both legal and illegal pencak silat competitions is the form of the developed media. These assessments are presented in the form of videos and match scoring. Additionally, the application includes a useful assessment of fundamental martial arts and martial arts techniques for use in classes. This thought emerged when specialists wanted to expect to discover that was more viable and proficient, as well as valuable for selecting contender for combative techniques and hand to hand fighting officials. The distribution of training materials for martial arts referees can also benefit from this application, particularly in the field of refereeing. The information displayed in this study is a correlation of the viability of the learning model for every mark of the evaluation of the new learning model (in the wake of utilizing the application) more successful than the old learning model (prior to utilizing the application). The new learning model has an efficiency of 85.71 percent, while the old learning model has an efficiency of 60 percent. The old learning model's average effectiveness of implementation indicators was 50%, while the new model's average effectiveness was 70%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the new learning model is superior to the old learning model (previous to using a drill machine) after using a drill machine.

Abstract

Being fit throughout the ages is everyone's dream, excellent body fitness will allow everyone to be able to work optimally without experiencing significant fatigue. The purpose of the North Sumatera ethnic gymnastics training for PKK Kerapuh Village women, is to improve body fitness and lose weight for PKK Kerapuh Village women. This activity was carried out at the PT. Socfindo Bangun Bandar Village City. This activity was attended by 30 PKK women who are members of the gymnastics club. This activity has been able to improve the physical fitness of PKK mothers and reduce their weight by an average of 12% of their body weight. This activity has also produced 3 North Sumatera ethnic gymnastics instructors who have the ability to become Ahoy gymnastics instructors.

Abstract

This investigation delves into the symbiotic relation between physical and mental fitness, introducing imaginary exercise as a unique avenue for skill refinement in university-level football students. The study, situated at the intersection of sports, academia, and neuroscience, employs a comprehensive methodology encompassing participant selection, structured imaginary exercise protocols, neurocognitive measurements, and diverse performance metrics. Statistical results highlight significant improvements post-intervention, with a notable increase in accuracy from 75% to 85% (p < 0.001), indicating enhanced precision in executing football-related skills. The reduction in reaction time from 1.5 to 1.2 seconds is also statistically significant (p < 0.01), reflecting improved on-field responsiveness. Decision-making proficiency exhibits a significant improvement from 60% to 75% (p < 0.05), emphasizing the positive impact of mental exercises on strategic choices during simulated game scenarios. Situational awareness significantly increases from a pre-intervention score of 70 to a post-intervention score of 85 (p < 0.001), underlining the role of imagination in navigating complex on-field situations. Neurocognitive correlates unveil increased activation in relevant brain regions, establishing a neurobiological foundation for observed behavioral enhancements. The correlation between increased activation and improved accuracy (r = 0.75, p < 0.001) reinforces the interplay between neural processes and behavioral outcomes. Subjective insights from surveys and interviews align with quantitative findings, with 80% reporting increased confidence and 70% reporting improved focus and control. The innovative integration of virtual reality, deemed beneficial by 90% of participants, highlights its potential in enhancing mental conditioning for football students. This study provides robust statistical evidence supporting the transformative power of imagination in athlete development, emphasizing the integral role of mental conditioning in unlocking untapped potential on the football field.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the level of understanding of FIK UNIMED basketball UKM students of FIBA regulations in 2022. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach, using a survey method and one variable, namely the level of understanding of the FIBA 2022 regulations, which is translated into three indicators: game rules, violations, and fouls. The research subjects were students who participated in extracurricular basketball, with the sampling technique using total sampling, resulting in 14 students as samples. Data were collected using research instruments in the form of multiple choice questions that had been validated by experts (expert judgment). Data analysis was carried out with descriptive statistics presented in percentage form. The results showed that the level of understanding of FIK UNIMED basketball UKM students about FIBA regulations in 2022 had an average of 24.21 which was included in the "Moderate" category. Details of the categorization results are as follows: "Very Low" category of 0%, "Low" category of 29% or 4 students, "Medium" category of 43% or 6 students, "High" category of 14% or 2 students, and "Very High" category of 14% or 2 students.
