Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh Inovasi, kualitas layanan dan kepuasan penumpang terhadap preferensi penumpang yang dimediasi oleh loyalitas penumpang dan dimoderasi implementasi kebijakan transportasi darat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi IBM SPSS Statistics versi 26. Aplikasi tambahan meliputi AMOS versi 24. Populasi dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari seluruh pengguna layanan transportasi darat antar provinsi yang ada di pulau jawa khususnya di Kota Jakarta, Kota Solo, Kota Jogyakarta, Kota Surabaya dan Kota Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik purposive sampling dengan metode judgement non-probability sampling. Uji yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Convergent Validity, Average Variance Extracted, Discriminant Validity dan Construct Reliability. Hasil dan penelitian ini meliputi: 1) Inovasi produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi penumpang; 2) Kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi penumpang; 3) Kepuasan penumpang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi penumpang; 4) Loyalitas penumpang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi penumpang; 5) Inovasi produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas penumpang; 6) Kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas penumpang; 7) Kepuasan penumpang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas penumpang; 8) Implementasi kebijakan transportasi darat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi penumpang; 9) Implementasi kebijakan transportasi darat dapat memoderasi arah pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap preferensi penumpang; dan 10) Implementasi kebijakan transportasi darat tidak dapat memoderasi arah pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap preferensi penumpang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran loyalitas dalam mempengaruhi preferensi penumpang terhadap layanan transportasi darat, khususnya bus AKAP. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dampak inovasi produk, kualitas layanan, dan kepuasan penumpang terhadap preferensi dan loyalitas penumpang. Data diperoleh melalui survei kuantitatif yang melibatkan responden di beberapa kota besar di Pulau Jawa serta wawancara mendalam dengan pihak terkait di perusahaan transportasi bus. Dengan 378 responden penumpang AKAP, selain itu informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari supervisor dan koordinator di perusahaan transportasi darat, yang memiliki keahlian dalam inovasi produk, kualitas layanan, dan kebijakan transportasi. Mereka berasal dari PO Harapan Jaya Grogol, PO Gunung Harta Pasar Rebo, PO Agramas Wilayah Jakarta Timur dan Wonogiri, PO Sinar Jaya, dan PO Rosalia, masing-masing diwakili oleh 5 orang informan. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa inovasi produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi penumpang, sementara kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Kepuasan penumpang dan loyalitas penumpang terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi penumpang. Implementasi kebijakan transportasi darat, meskipun memiliki pengaruh langsung negatif, memperkuat pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap preferensi penumpang. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya strategi inovasi produk dalam meningkatkan loyalitas penumpang dan preferensi terhadap layanan bus AKAP. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi dalam merumuskan strategi bagi perusahaan transportasi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan daya saing di pasar yang kompetitif. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi rekomendasi bagi pengelola transportasi darat dan pembuat kebijakan untuk memperbaiki kualitas layanan dan mendukung inovasi produk dalam industri transportasi darat.

Abstract

Purpose: The research aims to know whether the technological system is effective in bringing improvement to early medical response toward traffic accidents on toll roads in Indonesia, particularly in an attempt to bring down the mortality rate caused by traffic accidents on toll roads.  Methods: The current study holds a research design of a mixed-methods approach that mainly adopts the use of qualitative and quantitative measures of structural equation modeling (SEM. Data collected involved survey, interviews, and field observations that focused on perception of accident risk on toll roads and the effect of technology on early medical handling.  Result: The findings have therefore confirmed that the traffic accident risk perception on the toll roads is generally perceived low, with a mean perception score averaging at 2.65. On the other side, a positive picture is painted regarding the role of technology in improving timeliness and effectiveness of medical responses: its contribution to early medical handling (3.06) and the impact it can have on the reduction in rates of deaths (2.96). Conclusion: The findings highlight the urgent need for increased public awareness and the development of technology-based emergency strategies. Targeted technological interventions, particularly those enhancing early medical response, could significantly reduce toll road accident fatalities.

Abstract

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) records that the economic growth in Lampung Province has experienced a lower growth rate compared to the national economic growth. This condition is exacerbated by the lack of development in existing infrastructure, especially provincial roads that have suffered severe damage. In this context, the provision of toll road infrastructure becomes crucial in regional development as it serves as a means to facilitate and support community activities. This study aims to analyze the differences in the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of transportation and warehousing, tourism, agriculture, forestry and fisheries, Regional Original Income (PAD), and economic growth of districts in Lampung Province before and after the existence of the Trans-Sumatra Toll Road. The research method used is a quantitative approach using five variables, namely Transportation and Warehousing, Tourism, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Regional Original Income, and Economic Growth. Secondary data related to these variables were collected, especially those related to transportation and warehousing, tourism, agriculture, forestry and fisheries, regional original income, and economic growth. The study involved six Districts/Cities in Lampung Province traversed by the Trans-Sumatra Toll Road, namely South Lampung, Central Lampung, Mesuji, Pesawaran, Tulang Bawang, and West Tulang Bawang. Observation samples were collected for 4 years before and 4 years after the existence of the Trans-Sumatra Toll Road for the period 2015-2022. The collected data was then processed using SPSS Ver. 26 software. The results of the study indicate that the existence of the Trans-Sumatra toll road in several districts of Lampung Province has a significant impact on various economic sectors and Regional Original Income (PAD). The presence of significant average differences indicates that the Trans-Sumatra toll road has had a considerable impact on the economic sector and Regional Original Income in the mentioned districts.

Abstract

There are many researchers who are interested in conducting research by raising the issue of factors that influence the implementation of the effectiveness of toll road construction and its impact on the potential economic growth of the region through which it passes, but have difficulty finding what are the most dominant factors that can be used to explain variations in their influence on development. toll road. This research aims to reveal, explore and analyze determinant factors that can explain variations in their influence on the effectiveness of the construction of the Trans Sumatra toll road, Indonesia. This research used 1,100 journals and the existing journal data. The analysis technique uses systematic literature review analysis with three stages of analysis including identification, screening and included. The novelty produced in this research is that the researcher identified several determinant factors that can explain variations in their influence on the effectiveness of toll road construction which can be used by researchers who are interested in raising the issue of toll road construction. The results of this research show that there are several determinant factors that can explain variations in their influence on the effectiveness of toll road construction, both directly and indirectly, including the variables of logistics cost efficiency, regional development, land use changes, toll procurement costs, local revenue, inter-city transportation, growth. regional economy, performance of the transportation and warehousing sectors, performance of the tourism sector, and performance of the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors.
