Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru melalui program Klinik Guru Digital dengan menggunakan metode participatory action research (PAR) yang mengutamakan partisipasi aktif guru dalam seluruh proses kegiatan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Pomalaa dengan pendekatan berbasis kebutuhan (needs-based approach) untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Program ini melibatkan 30 guru dari 9 madrasah dan dirancang dalam lima tahapan utama: konsultasi awal untuk pemetaan kebutuhan, pelatihan teknologi dasar, praktik pembuatan media pembelajaran digital, pendampingan implementasi di kelas, serta evaluasi program secara partisipatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa program ini sangat bermanfaat, dengan 80% responden menilai pelatihan ini relevan dan berdampak signifikan terhadap penguasaan teknologi. Sebanyak 87% guru mengalami peningkatan kemampuan dalam menggunakan platform pembelajaran online, dan 80% berhasil membuat materi ajar digital. Selain itu, program ini juga memfasilitasi terbentuknya komunitas digital antar-guru yang mendorong kolaborasi dan pengembangan kompetensi berkelanjutan. Temuan ini mendukung kerangka kerja Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) dan memperkuat hasil penelitian sebelumnya mengenai efektivitas pelatihan berbasis praktik. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam pengembangan model pelatihan berbasis kebutuhan yang dapat direplikasi di berbagai konteks pendidikan untuk menjembatani kesenjangan keterampilan digital guru sekaligus membangun budaya kolaborasi untuk integrasi teknologi yang berkelanjutan dalam proses pembelajaran

Abstract

This study is motivated by the challenges of character education in the Society 5.0 era, where rapid digital development significantly influences students’ behavior, discipline, and spirituality. Conventional character education, which emphasizes cognitive aspects, is considered insufficient; therefore, a model that incorporates spiritual dimensions is urgently needed. The concept of Tazkiyatun Nafs (self-purification) combined with the Spiritual Growth Framework (SGF) is deemed relevant to strengthen self-awareness, self-control, and moral values among secondary school students. This research aims to analyze the needs for developing a learning model based on Tazkiyatun Nafs within the SGF framework for senior high schools. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach with a needs assessment as the initial stage. Data were collected through questionnaires (38 teachers), in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (24 teachers from 10 schools), and document analysis, and were analyzed using descriptive statistics and thematic analysis. The findings revealed that the integration of spiritual values into classroom learning remains partial and ceremonial. A total of 89% of teachers emphasized the need for a model that enhances students’ self-awareness, 95% highlighted the urgency of strengthening spiritual values, and 94% supported the development of a Tazkiyatun Nafs-based learning model. Teachers also recommended the preparation of practical modules and training to ensure effective implementation. This study concludes that integrating Tazkiyatun Nafs with SGF has strong potential as an innovative strategy for strengthening students’ character education in secondary schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi pengalaman belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Fikih materi thaharah melalui penggunaan media permainan Ular Tangga Adventure di kelas VII MTs Negeri 1 Kolaka. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media permainan Ular Tangga Adventure mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, pemahaman konsep thaharah, motivasi belajar, serta interaksi sosial antar siswa. Selain itu, media ini juga memperkuat pengalaman nilai dan kesadaran keagamaan melalui refleksi praktik bersuci dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Analisis tematik menghasilkan empat tema utama, yaitu pengalaman kognitif, afektif, sosial, dan spiritual. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media permainan edukatif Ular Tangga Adventure efektif menciptakan pengalaman belajar Fikih yang bermakna dan partisipatif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using interactive learning media based on the CapCut application on the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) of sixth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Laloeha. This study uses a quantitative approach with an experimental method and a one-group pretest–posttest design. The research subjects were 30 students, all of whom were sampled through a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through learning outcome tests (pretest and posttest), student response questionnaires, observations, and interviews. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Paired Sample t-Test, and N-Gain test. The results showed that the average value of student learning outcomes increased from 68.40 in the pretest to 89.20 in the posttest. The t-test results showed a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05), which means there was a significant difference between learning outcomes before and after the use of CapCut-based learning media. The N-Gain test showed that 66.7% of students were in the great improvement category, 30% in the medium category, and 3.3% in the low category. Furthermore, the questionnaire results showed that students responded very positively to the use of CapCut, particularly in increasing motivation, understanding the material, and creating a pleasant learning environment.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the teacher control book as a strategy for developing teacher professionalism at SMPIT Al Qalam Kendari. Teacher professionalism plays a vital role in improving educational quality, and the teacher control book serves as a reflective instrument to foster discipline, responsibility, and self-evaluation among teachers. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The participants consisted of five teachers, one principal, and one quality management staff member selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The data were analyzed inductively using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that the implementation of the teacher control book contributed positively to enhancing teacher professionalism in several key aspects: improving discipline and accountability, strengthening pedagogical competence through continuous reflection, increasing the effectiveness of data-based academic supervision, and promoting more systematic teaching administration. Furthermore, the teacher control book fostered a reflective and collaborative culture among teachers, creating a productive and accountable professional environment. Overall, the implementation of the teacher control book at SMPIT Al Qalam Kendari has proven to be an effective strategy for developing teachers who are disciplined, adaptive, and committed to continuous professional growth and educational quality improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to overcome students’ difficulties in reading Hijaiyah letters through the implementation of the Index Card Match learning model among second-grade students of SD Negeri 4 Lamokato. This research employed a qualitative approach using Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model, conducted in two cycles consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were 20 second-grade students. Data collection techniques included Hijaiyah letter reading tests, observation of students’ learning activities, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively by calculating learning mastery percentages and qualitatively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the implementation of the Index Card Match learning model effectively improved students’ Hijaiyah letter reading skills and learning activities. The learning mastery percentage increased from 25% in the pre-cycle to 55% in Cycle I and significantly improved to 90% in Cycle II. Students’ learning activities also increased, with an average of 90% in Cycle II. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Index Card Match learning model is effective in overcoming difficulties in reading Hijaiyah letters among second-grade students at SD Negeri 4 Lamokato.

Abstract

Agar dapat membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar sesuai kaidahnya, maka diperlukan pemahaman ilmu tajwid. Penguasaan ilmu tajwid yang di dalamnya memuat berbagai macam cabang ilmu dapat memudahkan seseorang dalam membaca Al-Qur’an. Tidak hanya memudahkan, namun sesorang yang menguasai ilmu tajwid menjadikan bacaan Al-Qur’annya menjadi baik dan benar. Kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an santri Taman Pengajian Al-Qur’an Mir’atul Mujahid Kecamatan Latambaga Kabupaten Kolaka ada yang membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar sesuai ilmu tajwid dan ada juga yang belum mampu membaca Al-Qur’an sesuai dengan kaidah ilmu tajwid atau tidak semua santri membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik sesuai dengan ilmu tajwid. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Taman Pengajian Al-Qur'an Mir'atul Mujahid Kecamatan Latambaga Kabupaten Kolaka. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah, wawancara, observasi, tes dan dokumentasi, serta yang menjadi sumber data adalah ketua TPQ, guru dan santri Taman Pengajian Al-Qur'an Mir'atul Mujahid Kecamatan Latambaga Kabupaten Kolaka. Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar wawancara, lembar observasi, lembar penilaian, dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah terkumpul akan dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: Kemampuan membaca santri secara rata-rata berdasarkan aspek penilaian yakni dinilai dari aspek izhar, idgham, iqlab, ikhfa, mad dan makhraj yakni 21,8871 berada dalam kategori “sedang”. Kesulitan yang sering dialami santri dalam membaca Al-Qur’an di TPQ Mir’atul Mujahid Kecamatan Latambaga Kabupaten Kolaka antara lain kesulitan dari segi sifatul huruf, makharijul huruf, panjang pendeknya suatu bacaan dan bacaan yang didengungkan. Upaya guru untuk membantu kesulitan santri dalam membaca    Al-Qur’an di TPQ Mir’atul Mujahid Kecamatan Latambaga Kabupaten Kolaka antara lain guru menerapkan metode muraja’ah, metode pembiasaaan dan metode menyimak.

Abstract

This research is motivated by student learning outcomes where in the learning process students are less active and pay less attention to explanations from their teachers, and there are some students who don't like the subject, and there are some participants who are lazy about doing assignments. So this can affect learning outcomes. This research uses the Team Quiz type cooperative learning model.The formulation of the problem in this research is (1) How is the Team Quiz type cooperative learning model implemented in the Fiqh subject for class V students at SDIT Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka? (2) What are the learning outcomes of students in the Fiqh subject by implementing the Team Quiz type cooperative learning model for class V SDIT Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka?, The research method used includes the type of classroom action research (PTK) with a quantitative approach. The research subjects are class V students at SDIT Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka. The research procedures carried out included four stages, namely: Planning, Implementation, Observation and Reflection, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and tests. The research instruments used student and teacher observation sheets, interview sheets, test sheets and documentation sheets. The research results show that the application of the Team Quiz type cooperative learning model has an effect on improving student learning outcomes. The increase in student learning outcomes occurred due to the correct implementation of the Team Quiz type cooperative learning model. Where students learn in a small group consisting of three people and work together with each other. The application of the Team Quiz type cooperative learning model is able to foster enthusiasm for working together with group friends so that it can improve student learning outcomes. This is proven by the increase in student learning outcomes, where in the pre-cycle student achievement reached 33%, in cycle I the achievement of student learning outcomes was 56%, while in cycle II the achievement of student learning outcomes was 90%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine job satisfaction and work stress on teacher performance in the learning context. Teachers are a key element in improving the quality of education, therefore, a deep understanding of the factors that influence their performance is essential.The research method uses a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The respondents in this research were teachers from SMP Negeri 2 Kolaka. The collected data will be analyzed using statistical techniques, including regression to evaluate the relationship between job satisfaction, job stress and teacher performance. The research results obtained were that there was no influence of job satisfaction on teacher performance, with a value of sig. 0.816 > 0.05, while work stress has an influence on teacher performance, with a value of sig. 0.015 < 0.05. In this study, job satisfaction and job stress influenced teacher performance by 25%.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate whether there is or there is no improvement on students’ learning interest through the utilization of Android-based learning media (Andoromo) at X grade in SMA Negeri 1 Kolaka. Research problem addressed in this research is how is the utilization of android-based Islamic Education media can improve students’ learning interest at X grade of SMA Negeri 1 Kolaka.  The research objective in this study is to find out how android-based Islamic Education media can improve students’ learning interest. Thereby, I n order to answer the research problem addressed in this research used Classroom Action Research (CAR) design with qualitative approach. The amount of sample in this research is 31 students. Technique of data collection in this research was by using questionnaire which distributed to the respondent and documentation. This research can be called success if 75% of the respondent give positive respond toward the questionnaire which was asked about android (andromo) based learning. The result of this research shows that there is an improvement on students’ learning interest when learning toward android based learning. This result proved by the result of percentage accumulation in I cycle which at 52% students gave positive respond and 48% students still gave negative respond. In cycle II, the were 85% students give positive respond or agree to the usage of android-based learning, and 15% students give negative respond to the usage of android (andromo)-based learning.
