Abstract

Abstract

Thriving at work has become an increasingly important topic in organizational behavior and human resource management due to its role in promoting employee wellbeing, learning, and sustainable performance. This study aims to systematically review the development of thriving at work research across sectors and countries by identifying its dominant theoretical foundations, key antecedents, outcomes, and emerging research trends. A Systematic Literature Review approach was employed following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta Analyses guidelines. Fifty peer reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2025 were selected and analyzed. The findings reveal that thriving at work is primarily influenced by supportive leadership, job resources, organizational support, and psychological capital. Furthermore, thriving contributes positively to employee performance, innovation, work engagement, well-being, and career sustainability. The review also indicates that existing studies are dominated by quantitative and cross-sectional designs, with limited attention to longitudinal, cross cultural, and digital workplace contexts. This study contributes by providing an integrated understanding of thriving at work and highlighting future research directions in contemporary and technology driven work environments.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital payment systems makes e-wallets increasingly important in the financial technology sector. This study examines the effect of perceived usefulness and cashback reward programs on e-wallet user satisfaction, with e-wallet involvement as a mediating variable. The data collection techniques are observation of how users interact with e-wallet applications through usage analysis and monitoring of how often transactions are made, interviews with the aim of gaining in-depth insight into user experience and literature studies by collecting journals, articles related to this study. The data analysis uses the Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach with SmartPLS 3.0, software following a two-stage approach: measurement model evaluation (outer model) and structural model evaluation (inner model). The measurement model assessment included convergent validity, discriminant validity, and reliability tests. The structural model evaluation examined path coefficients, significance levels, R-square values, and effect sizes.with data collected from 300 e-wallet users through purposive sampling. The population consisted of e-wallet users in Indonesia, with the sample selected using purposive sampling technique. The inclusion criteria required respondents to have used e-wallet applications for at least three months. The results indicate that perceived usefulness (β=0.137, p<0.05) and cashback reward programs (β=0.236, p<0.001) significantly influence e-wallet engagement. E-wallet engagement significantly affects user satisfaction (β=0.287, p<0.001), and perceived usefulness directly influences satisfaction (β=0.362, p<0.001). The mediation analysis reveals that e-wallet engagement partially mediates the relationship between both independent variables and user satisfaction. The findings suggest that e-wallet providers should focus on enhancing perceived usefulness and designing attractive reward programs while maintaining high user engagement to drive satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract

This study examines the effect of ESG disclosure, investment decisions, and financing decisions on firm value, with cash holdings acting as a moderating variable in the food and beverage subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Grounded in signaling and agency theory, the research aims to provide empirical evidence on how strategic financial and sustainability-related decisions influence market valuation. The study employs a quantitative approach using panel data regression based on 132 firm-year observations from 33 companies during the 2021–2024 period. Model estimation was conducted using the Fixed Effect Model following specification tests, while moderating effects were analyzed through interaction terms. The findings indicate that ESG disclosure and investment decisions proxied by capital expenditure have a positive and significant impact on firm value, whereas financing decisions measured by long-term debt do not exhibit a significant effect. Furthermore, cash holdings do not moderate the relationship between ESG disclosure and investment decisions with firm value; however, they significantly weaken the effect of financing decisions on firm value, suggesting the presence of financial inefficiency when liquidity is excessive. These results highlight the importance of sustainability transparency and capital allocation strategies in enhancing firm valuation while emphasizing the contextual role of liquidity management in corporate financing outcomes.
