Abstract

Tujuan: untuk mengetahui kecenderungan persepsi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam terhadap investasi sebagai respon kasus investasi bodong, Persepsi dan minat terhadap produk investasi, serta pengaruh persepsi terhadap keputusan investasi mahasiswa. Metode: penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa terhadap investasi lebih kecenderung ke persepsi positif yaitu sebesar 67,14% dalam artian maraknya kasus investasi bodong tidak membuat mahasiswa memiliki respon yang buruk terhadap investasi. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh faktor dalam diri seperti pengetahuan dan literasi, motivasi, sikap, minat dan harapan. Sedangkan persepsi negatif sebesar 32,86%, sedikit banyak masih terdapat mahasiswa yang memiliki persepsi yang buruk terhadap investasi sebagai respon dari kasus investasi bodong. Persepsi tersebut dipengaruhi oleh faktor suasana emosional, dan faktor internal seperti sikap, motivasi, minat, dan pengalaman. Rata-rata mahasiswa masih memiliki persepsi yang positif dan berminat terhadap produk-produk investasi baik bentuk investasi pada aset riil maupun pada aset finansial. Namun terdapat fakta bahwa maraknya kasus investasi bodong membuat beberapa mahasiswa memiliki ketidakpercayaan dan image negatif terhadap produk keuangan sehingga lebih menyukai dan berminat pada bentuk investasi riil dibandingkan bentuk investasi finansial seperti investasi tanah, properti, emas dan lain sebagainya. Kemudian ditemukan pula hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat pengaruh persepsi terhadap keputusan investasi mahasiswa namun sedikit banyak tidak terdapat pengaruh persepsi terhadap keputusan investasi. Kesimpulan: Setelah dilakukan penelitian hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa maraknya kasus investasi bodong yang terjadi tidak membuat mahasiswa memiliki persepsi negatif terhadap investasi hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh faktor pengetahuan, keyakinan, harapan, dan minat.

Abstract

This research, titled Business Feasibility Study of Brick Manufacturing from Excavated Soil in Muara Pijoan Village, Muaro Jambi Regency, is motivated by the challenges faced by craftsmen in managing brick production, particularly concerning the diminishing availability of clay raw materials and the necessity for products to comply with Indonesian National Standards (SNI). The study aims to comprehensively analyze the management of the business, operational costs, and the potential profits that can be obtained from brick manufacturing in the village. To achieve this objective, the research employs methods that include field observations and interviews with business operators, allowing the researcher to understand the production processes and management practices implemented in this venture. The research results show that the brick-making business in Muara Pijoan Village is managed efficiently, producing 20,000-40,000 bricks per cycle with a net profit of around 30%. Monthly operational costs reach Rp 10,000,000, including excavator rental and employee meals. This business is considered feasible, with the initial capital of Rp 40,000,000 already paid off, and its strategic location supports easy access. The production and quality of the bricks meet market demand, making this business have good prospects for future growth.

Abstract

One of the human activities in meeting daily needs requires a market as a means of support. The market will progress if financial management runs well, but on the other hand, if management does not run well it will result in losses, both in the market and for its partners. This article aims to analyze the knowledge of Vegetable Trader entrepreneurs and how they practice Sharia financial management in the businesses they run. This research was carried out at the Muara Tembesi Market directly and freely using descriptive qualitative research, namely direct interviews conducted in a relaxed manner, without complicating the informants, and the questions asked were not of an interrogative nature but only to obtain the data needed to complete and complete the writing in this research. The research results show Sharia financial management. Using a phenomenological approach, this research observed 15 informants who were vegetable traders at Muara Tembesi Market. The results of this research prove that all informants have knowledge of the concept of Islamic or Sharia financial management. Entrepreneurs have also implemented Islamic financial management through allocating budgets for zakat, infaq and alms. Apart from that, business actors also have savings and investment funds for their businesses. However, the majority of entrepreneurs still implement simple financial management. Regarding budgeting, financial reports and cash management have not been implemented in a structured manner.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Islamic financial management system is at the BMT Al Iishlah Sharia Cooperative, Jambi City, what are the constraints faced in managing Islamic finance at the BMT Al Iishlah Sharia Cooperative, Jambi City.This research is a type of field research that uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, verification, and drawing conclusions.Based on the results of research on the manager or managers of BMT Al-Iishlah Jambi City and members of the financing, it shows that the borrower is incompetent, the management is not good or neat, the financial reports are incomplete, the use of funds is not in accordance with planning. , planning is immature, and funds are not sufficient, efforts to anticipate the causes of problematic financing of BMT Al-Ishlah are quite good. The BMT Al-Ishlah Cooperative complies with Islamic guidelines, and complies with the provisions of the Kopeirasii and Peirleimei laws. The management system at BMT Al-Ishlah uses a profit sharing system or mudharabah ratio at the end of each month, so that its financial management activities do not contain elements of usury.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of audit opinion, KAP size and profitability on auditor switching with financial distress as a moderating variable. This research was conducted on companies registered on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for 2019-2021. The theory used in this research is agency theory. The method of determining the sample using purposive sampling which consists of 11 companies. This study used a quantitative method with data analysis methods, namely using logistic regression which was processed with the SPSS Ver. application. 26. The results of this study indicate that audit opinion has a significant negative effect on auditor switching. KAP size and profitability has no effect on auditor switching. Financial distress is not able to moderate the effect of audit opinion, KAP size and profitability on auditor switching in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2019-2021.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi bisnis islam penjahit Azzahra dalam meningkatkan untuk mengetahui strategi bisnis Islam, kendala yang dihadapi, dan upaya yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research), metodologi deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penjahit Azzahra menggunakan empat strategi utama: menjaga kualitas dan ketepatan waktu jahitan, menetapkan harga bersaing, promosi, dan lokasi. Kendala yang dihadapi termasuk persaingan dengan penjahit baru, perbedaan tarif, keluhan konsumen, dan keterbatasan teknologi yang membatasi pemasaran. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala ini meliputi pemanfaatan bahan sisa untuk membuat produk bernilai ekonomis seperti masker dan aksesoris, memberikan pelayanan ramah dan santun, serta memberikan bonus untuk pelanggan yang memesan dalam jumlah besar.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sample in this study was 100 active Instagram users around the MSME Eloka Corndog, Jambi City. The research results show that social media (X1) has a significant effect on consumer buying interest (Y) with a Tcount value of 3.176>Ttable 1.984 and a Sig value of 0.002<0.05, which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Online Customer Review (X2) shows that there is a significant influence on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y). with a calculated T value for the Online Customer Review variable of 7,736>1.984 with a significance value of 0.001<0.05. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Simultaneously (X1), (X2) and (X3) simultaneously influence (Y) by 0.000<0.005 and the value of Fcount > Ftable 163,368>3.10.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the profit sharing system carried out by rice field owners with rice cultivators in Senaung Village, Jaluko District, Muaro Jambi Regency and to find out the rights and obligations carried out by Shahibul Maal and Mudharib to rice cultivating farmers in Senaung Village, Jaluko District, Muaro Jambi Regency. As well as to find out the constraints faced by Shahibul Maal and Mudharib on rice cultivating farmers in Senaung Village, Jaluko District, Muaro Jambi Regency. The analytical approach used in this research is qualitative-descriptive. The results showed that the profit-sharing system that occurred in Senaung Village between Shahibul Maal and Mudharib was based on an agreement between the two parties according to local customary law that applies for generations, where custom is used as a source of law that can be obeyed by the local community and Profit sharing agreements that occur are generally carried out verbally with mutual trust among members of the community. Farmers' obligations that must be carried out to support production results are starting from the management preparation stage, the rice seed preparation stage, the next stage is starting to transfer the seedlings, the planting season preparation stage, rice planting, after the rice plants are 15, 25 and 45 days old, fertilization is carried out. After fertilization is carried out grazing between the rice fields, when the rice is 60 days old, pest control is carried out, the final stage is harvesting.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of capital, location and promotion on business development among UMKM in the culinary sector in Talang Banjar, East Jambi. This research uses a quantitative approach and the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used was 100 UMKM actors in the Talang Banjar sub-district. The results of research on capital partially influence business development obtained a value of 2,150 > 1,660 and a significant value of 0.034 < 0.05. Location partially influences business development, with a value of 2,101> 1,660 and a significant value of 0.038 < 0.05. Promotion partially influences business development, with a value of 1,934> 1,660 and a significant value of 0.032 < 0.05. The research results based on the f test show that the calculated f value of 3,695 is greater than the f table of 2,698 or 3,695 > 2,698. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between capital, location and promotion simultaneously or together influencing business development. The Adjusted R Square value is 0.475 or 47.5%. This shows that the business development variable is influenced by capital, location and promotion by 47.5%, while the remaining 52.5% of the business development value is influenced by other variables not included in the research

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Bagaimana manajemen keuangan pada pondok pesantren Guppi Nurul Jadid Desa Sumbersari Kecamatan Tungkal Jaya Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin Provinsi Sumatera Selatan . Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif adalah fokus dari jenis penelitian ini. Data primer dan sekunder merupakan sumber data yang digunakan. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Selama langkah analisis data, yang meliputi mengumpulkan data, reduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Sistem pengelolaan keuangan di Pondok Pesantren Guppi Nurul Jadid dilakukan melalui proses perencanaan, pengorganisasisan, pelaksanaan, pegawasan dan evaluasi penerimaan dan pengeluaran dana Pondok Pesantren Guppi Nurul Jadid. Merujuk pada laporan keuangan ( anggaran pendapatan dan belanja ) Pondok Pesantren Guppi Nurul Jadid tahun 2022 di kelompokan diantaranya iuran bulanan santri (SPP), pemasukan aset pondok, sumbangan, dan pemerintah. Untuk pengeluaran atau penggunaan dana Pondok Pesantren Guppi Nurul Jadid sudah di atur dalam rapat tahunan yang diadakan setiap tahunnya oleh tim khusus guna melancarkan agenda tersebut dana dana tersebut dialokasikan sesuai dengan anggaran dan divisi yang sudah ada mulai dari Bidang konsumsi (makan santri), Alokasi Pendidikan, Alokasi Pembangunan Dan Perlengkapan, Alokasi Keuangan, Alokasi Keasramaan, Alokasi Dewan Guru, Alokasi Keamanan.
