Abstract

Program deteksi dini dan stimulasi perkembangan merupakan salah satu program pemeriksaan kesehatan yang bertujuan untuk menemukan penyimpangan perkembangan pada balita maupun anak usia prasekolah secara dini, menyeluruh dan terkoordinasi diselenggarakan dalam bentuk kemitraan antara keluarga (orang tua, pengasuh anak dan anggota keluarga lainnya), masyarakat (kader, organisasi profesi) dengan tenaga professional. Pemantauan perkembangan anak meliputi pemantauan dari aspek fisik, psikologi, dan sosial. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisa perkembangan siswa TK dan pengetahuan (orang tua dan guru TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 12) dalam deteksi dini dan stimulasi perkembangan pada anak prasekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan metode survei analitik 35 responden. Instrument yang digunakan KPSP, deteksi autis (CHAT), deteksi gangguan emosional (KMEE) dan deteksi gangguan pemusatan perhatian dan hiperaktivitas (GPPH).Hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa ada beberapa siswa mengalami penyimpangan pada pemeriksaan KPSP sejumlah 4 siswa, sejumlah 5 siswa mengalami gangguan pemusatan perhatian dan hiperaktivitas, 1 siswa mengalami autis dan 100 % responden (orang tua dan guru ) merespon positif dalam hal kemanfatan yang sangat tinggi untuk melakukan deteksi dini kelainan perkembangan anak.

Abstract

Generation Z faces increasing mental health challenges, often worsened by bullying and cyberbullying. Digital-based interventions need to be both engaging and understandable for this demographic. This study aimed to evaluate the content validity and readability of the Waek AI-based game application designed for bullying prevention and mental health promotion among Generation Z youth. A descriptive quantitative design was employed with six expert validators, consisting of three psychiatric nursing lecturers and three IT professionals. Data were collected using structured validation sheets and analyzed using the Aiken’s V coefficient for content validity and the Indonesian Digital Readability Index (IDRI) for readability.The application achieved an Aiken’s V score of 0.947, indicating excellent content validity, and an IDRI score categorized as moderate-to-easy (71–80), demonstrating high readability. The Waek AI-based game application possesses strong content validity and readability, supporting its feasibility as a digital tool for bullying prevention and mental health promotion among Generation Z.

Abstract

Perhatian terhadap perawatan dalam sektor kesehatan mental di negara-negara berkembang masih minim. Adanya keterbatasan fasilitas dan kurangnya tenaga manusia yang berkualitas menjadi kendala, padahal setiap anggota masyarakat seharusnya mendapatkan layanan kesehatan mental yang memadai. Keterbatasan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tenaga medis di Puskesmas, bersama dengan pemahaman yang terbatas di kalangan masyarakat mengenai penanganan masalah kesehatan mental, dapat memiliki konsekuensi yang signifikan terhadap usaha penyediaan layanan kesehatan mental di dalam masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, terlihat bahwa kader memiliki potensi untuk berkontribusi dalam mengatasi isu kesehatan mental ini. Kader kesehatan mental adalah seseorang yang dipilih oleh warga di lingkungan sekitar untuk memfasilitasi penanggulangan gangguan mental yang muncul di tengah masyarakat.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain miniriset dengan pendekatan studi literature review yang melibatkan 10 jurnal yang relevan dengan topik penelitian melalui database Science direct, google scholar dan Pub-med. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pelatihan atau pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan metode baik ceramah, diskusi dan studi kasus atau dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan literature review hasil ialah terjadi perubahan atau peningkatan pengetahuan pada kader tentang gangguan jiwa.

ABSTRACT Gaba, Argi Umbu Dena. 2024. Overview of Coping Mechanisms and Anxiety in Thesis Preparation among Nursing Students of STIKES Widyagama Husada Malang. Thesis. Nursing Education Study Program of Widyagama Husada Malang School of Health Science. Advisors: 1) Miftakhul Ulfa, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kep 2) Ahmad Guntur A., S.Kep., Ns., M.Kep Background: A thesis is a scientific writing based on research results from the field or literature studies, prepared by students in accordance with their study program or field. The complexities that students experience in writing their theses can lead to psychological disturbances. Objective: To find out the overview of coping mechanisms and anxiety in thesis preparation among Nursing students at STIKES Widyagama Husada Malang. Methods: This study used a quantitative descriptive design. The population consists of all seventh-semester Nursing students at STIKESWidyagama Husada Malang, totaling 34 respondents using a Total Sampling technique. Data collection was conducted online using a questionnaire on coping mechanisms and anxiety in September 2024, which was then analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results: The majority of respondents, totaling 25 individuals (73.5%), employed adaptive coping mechanisms, which helped them manage academic stress more effectively. However, 9 respondents (26.5%) were found to use maladaptive coping strategies. In terms of anxiety levels, most students experienced moderate anxiety (19 respondents or 52.9%) and mild anxiety (15 respondents or 44.1%). No students were found to experience severe anxiety. Conclusion: The majority of respondents are 22 years old (12 respondents or 35.3%), with the youngest being 20 years old (1 respondent or 2.9%). A total of 25 respondents (73.5%) use adaptive coping mechanisms, while 9 respondents (26.5%) use maladaptive coping mechanisms. The anxiety levels are mostly in the moderate category (19 respondents or 52.9%) and mild (15 respondents or 44.1%), with no respondents reporting severe anxiety. Abstract

Tekanan darah merupakan masalah kesehatan yang sering terjadi pada lansia akibat proses penuaan dan perubahan sistem kardiovaskular. Penurunan aktivitas fisik pada lansia sering terjadi seiring bertambahnya usia, padahal aktivitas fisik intensitas sedang yang dilakukan secara teratur dapat membantu menurunkan tekanan darah melalui peningkatan elastisitas pembuluh darah. Menganalisis hubungan antara aktivitas fisik (olahraga) dengan tekanan darah pada lansia di kelompok PROLANIS Desa Pakis Kembar Kecamatan Pakis Kabupaten Malang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dalam bentuk deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner aktivitas fisik olahraga dan pengukuran tekanan darah menggunakan tensi meter digital. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square (? = 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari total responden, sebagian besar berada pada kategori aktivitas fisik olahraga tinggi sebanyak 15 responden (41,7%). Sebagian besar lansia memiliki tekanan darah dalam kategori hipertensi grade I sebanyak 11 responden. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan Chi-Square menunjukkan nilai p = 0,039 (p < 0,05), yang artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat aktivitas fisik olahraga dengan tekanan darah pada lansia. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara aktivitas fisik olahraga dengan tingkat tekanan darah pada lansia di kelompok PROLANIS Desa Pakis Kembar Kecamatan Pakis Kabupaten Malang. Lansia dengan aktivitas fisik rendah cenderung memiliki kategori tekanan darah yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan lansia yang melakukan aktivitas fisik normal hingga tinggi.

Abstract

Background: digitalization of Islamic boarding schools and mental health. Token Pedia is an innovation in integrating mental health services and digitalization in Islamic boarding schools. The goal is to facilitate students' access to digital mental health services in Islamic boarding schools through the Token Pedia program. Method: The method comprises 4 steps: socialization, training, technology application, and mentoring/evaluation. The program was implemented for 3 months in 2025 with 10 meetings. Partners of 80 students were located at the Daarus Salam Islamic boarding school. Activities with FGD, interviews, observations, and mental health knowledge questionnaires (MHKQ) with a Cronbach alpha value (0.93) and a paired T-test were carried out. Results: Students' knowledge of health and mental health self-care increased (0.000). 25 students chose to modify their exercise behavior, and students preferred peers (47 students) as a behavior for seeking mental health help. 18 students graduated to become peer counselors. Students were able to apply animated psychoeducational film technology, online games, and mental health applications. Advocacy with the Bantur community health center. Conclusion: Students are provided with digital-based mental health services through the Token Pedia program, resulting in increased knowledge, behavior modification, becoming peer counselors, and the application of mental health technology.

Abstract

Based on a quasi-experimental study in the village of Srigonco, this research concludes that reminiscence therapy using a storytelling approach is far more effective in improving cognitive function in older adults than puzzle therapy. The study, which involved 48 older adults with moderate cognitive impairment, showed that the storytelling group experienced a significant increase in MoCA-INA scores, from an average of 18.54 to 21.17, whilst the puzzle group only increased from 18.67 to 19.50. Through six intervention sessions themed around local culture and the history of independence, storytelling therapy proved capable of activating autobiographical and emotional memories in older adults more deeply than puzzles, which focus solely on general problem-solving stimulation. An independent t-test confirmed a significant difference in the final results of the two groups with a p-value of 0.001, affirming the superiority of this narrative-based therapy rooted in the past. Given its low cost, simplicity, and relevance to the cultural context of Indonesia, storytelling intervention is highly recommended for integration into elderly community health centre services to maintain their independence and quality of life.
