Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance consisting of Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and macroeconomic factors consisting of inflation, interest rates, and the exchange rate against the value of manufacturing companies on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) for the 2016-2020 period. Firm value variable is proxied using Tobin's Q ratio. The research method used is descriptive-quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research object used is financial performance, macroeconomic factors, and the value of manufacturing companies with secondary data derived from data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Bank Indonesia, and the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The research subjects used are manufacturing companies that are included in ISSI with a total sample of 76 companies that have met the criteria for selecting samples using the purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing was carried out by path analysis using the WarpPLS 7.0 program. The results showed that TATO, ROA, and interest rates had a significant positive effect on the value of manufacturing companies listed on ISSI; CR, DER, and the dollar exchange rate have a significant negative effect on the value of manufacturing companies listed on ISSI; and inflation has no effect on the value of manufacturing companies listed on ISSI.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of board of characteristics indicators on ROA, as well as educational and experiential moderation tests on these influences. Trade, service and investment sector companies registered with ISSI are used as a population. The secondary data used, namely ROA, size, gender, and independence of the board of directors, as well as education and experience as moderation variables, were obtained from the Annual Financial Statements for the period 2018-2020. The analysis methods used are model output, inner model and hypothesis testing with Warp Pls 7.0. The result of this study is that the size of the board of directors and independent directors affects the ROA but is not able to be moderated by education and experience. Female directors have no effect on ROA and are incapable of being moderated by experience but can be moderated by education.

Abstract

The main problems of sharia cooperatives are 47%capital, 35%decrease in sales, and 8%production barriers. Based on the results of previous studies, information was obtained that; (1) Sharia Cooperative Business Unit that grows during Pandemic is only a savings and loan while another business unit is declined dramatically and even almost loss, (2) Sharia cooperative members in Bandung are very varied, there are business people, rural residents who are technology blind, members of higher education, Private employees who have been technology literate that need adjustment in the service process, (3) The profit sharing system that characterizes sharia cooperatives requires openness to the conditions of the customer's financial performance. Currently it only relies on trust, (4) Limitations of Distribution due to government policies that limit the entry and exit of people to avoid the transmission of the Covid Virus 19. This study was conducted with the aim of: 1). Knowing the internal factors of Islamic cooperatives in Bandung; 2). Knowing the performance of Islamic cooperatives in Bandung; 3). Knowing the effect of internal factors on the performance of the Islamic cooperative business. The method used in this study is the Explanatory Survey. Data processing techniques are carried out with the help of PLS ​​3.2 to find out the internal factors that affect the performance of sharia cooperatives. This research was conducted with One Shoot Cross Sectional. The approach used is a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches. The results showed that the internal factors of Islamic cooperatives consisted of marketing, operations, human resources, finance in the good category. Performance factors consisting of profit growth, cooperative services growth in good categories while cost growth in the category is quite good. There is an influence of 60.20 % internal factors on positive and significant business performance.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and examine the factors that influence the company's value through the company's internal, including Company Policy, Debt Policy, and Company Size on Company Value in property and real estate listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data, the number of samples is 10 companies that meet the research criteria using the purposive sampling method with annual financial reports for 2016-2020, so that 50 observational data are obtained. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis with EViews version 9 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that dividend policy does not affect firm value. Furthermore, debt policy has a significant effect in a positive direction on firm value. While the size of the company has a significant effect in a negative direction.

Abstract

Sharia business unit general insurance companies in 2017-2018 experienced a decline in performance. The decline in profits experienced must be known and what factors influence it. This study aims to analyze the effect of premium income, Risk-Based Capital, underwriting results, claim expenses, and operating costs on the profits of general insurance companies of sharia business units in Indonesia for the 2015-2020 period. This study uses panel data regression analysis with a quantitative approach using the Eviews 9 data processing application. Data were collected using the documentation method (secondary data) of 10 general insurance companies and Islamic business units in Indonesia registered with the OJK from 2015 to 2020. The results showed that simultaneously premium income, Risk-Based Capital, underwriting results, claims expenses, and operating costs had a significant effect on profits. Partially, premium income has a negative and significant effect on profit, while Risk-Based Capital, claims expense, and operating costs have a positive and significant effect on profit. Then the underwriting results have no significant effect on profits.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that took place in Indonesia has affected all sectors of life, especially the economic sector. The impact on macroeconomic conditions can be seen from the decline in inflation rates, Gross Domestic Product (GDP), and interest rates as well as rising unemployment rates. The purpose of this study was to compare the Islamicity Performance Index of Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) before and during Covid-19 and to determine the magnitude of the influence of macroeconomic conditions on the Islamicity Performance Index. This research is a quantitative research with secondary data, the number of samples is 10 BUS selected using purposive sampling method. The research methods used include paired sample t-test and panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that together the independent variables have an effect on the Islamicity Performance Index. Partially, the variables of GDP and unemployment have a negative and significant effect on the Islamicity Performance Index. While the inflation variable and the BI Rate have no significant effect on the Islamicity Performance Index

Abstract

Perencanaan penjualan yang baik tentunya sangat dibutuhkan oleh semua perusahaan agar dapat mencapai profit yang optimal, termasuk bagi Konveksi Nolyco. Salah satu alat yang dapat digunakan untuk merencanakan ini adalah analisis biaya volume laba. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu perusahaan memperkirakan tingkat penjualan yang harus dipenuhi agar dapat mencapai target laba yang diharapkan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang dibutuhkan dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus-rumus perhitungan tertentu. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang dilakukan, margin kontribusi secara keseluruhan adalah sebesar Rp320.692.404 dengan rasio margin kontribusi sebesar 20%. Titik impas multiproduk dalam Rupiah adalah Rp 363.200.765. Sedangkan titik impas multiproduk dalam satuan adalah 6.160 unit. Untuk 2020, Konveksi Nolyco menargetkan laba Rp 284.596.344. Untuk mencapai itu, Konveksi Nolyco harus memperoleh pendapatan penjualan sebesar Rp 1.774.965.184 dengan menjual 30.105 unit produk dalam satu tahun.

Abstract

In conducting this research which aims to find out from the influence of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), and Return on Assets (ROA) to Earning per Share (EPS) in Commercial Banks listed on the IDX period 2008-2017. In this study the type of data used is secondary data, which is from financial statement data that has been published by the website on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the website of each company that will be examined in the period 2008-2017. The total sample used in this study is four bank companies in the banking sub-sector that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2008-2017. The technique that will be used in the way of sampling is by purposive sampling technique is a technique of determining samples with certain considerations. The analysis technique in this study uses panel data regression analysis using the Eviews 10 program tool.

Abstract

Thiss research aims to detrmine how much influence the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Return on Equity (ROE) on Stock Prices at Food and Beverage Sub Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2018. The sample used in this research were ten companies obtained based on purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study is panel data so that the data will be tested using the help of the Eviews 9 application and analysed using panel data multiple analysis. The results of this analysis indicate that DER partially has a negative and significant effect on stock prices and ROE partially has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, simultaneously, DER and ROE have a joint influence on stock price of companies in the Food and Beverage Sub Sector for the 2013-2018 period.

Abstract

Maqashid sharia is the direction of Islamic bank activities in obtaining profit. This topic is interesting to be researched because profitability in Islamic perspective is a material and immaterial benefit obtained in the world and the hereafter. This study aims to explore the effect of Islamic maqashid index and company size on profitability of Sharia Common Banks in Indonesia in the 2014-2018 period. The research method used explanatory causality with multiple regression analysis using WarpPLS 6.0 program. The data used are secondary data from 12 samples of Sharia Common Banks in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the maqashid sharia index also the company size has a positive significant effect on profitability. The greater maqashid index and size of a sharia commercial bank will be able to increase the profitability of sharia banks which reflects companies that adhere to sharia maqashid compliance and optimal in gaining profits.
