Abstract

Ners education in Indonesia is integrated between academic learning and clinical learning. The learning environment of conducive clinical practice is highly conquered. The environment in which, the atmosphere that supports students to learn. Things that are not obtained by nursing students in academic learning environment will be obtained at the time of clinical learning practice. To identify students' perceptions of the clinical practice learning environment and supervision of the hospital-based clinical practice learning process in Indonesia and the influencing factors. The design of this study used correlational analytic survey method with cross-sectional approach, with sampling technique of convinience sampling. The study population is Ners educational institution. The sample of research is 3 institution of Ners education organizer in East Java. Instruments using ELBKS + D Indonesian version. Respondents aged between 20 to 28 years, 20-22 years of 89 (54.3%), female sex of 115 (70.1%). Medical Surgical Nursing became the most widely practiced stages of 62 (37.8%). That the practical stages are significantly related to the role of the lecturer on the scale of ELBKS + D with r-value = 0.158 and ρ-value = 0.044. Discussion: Nursing students consider that the success of clinical teaching practice is determined primarily by the content of supervisory relationships and the role of nursing lecturers. The nurse lecturer role sub variable in ELBKS + D has correlation with student's precursor stages.

Abstract

Chronic kidney disease is irreversible, meaning there could be normal again, who could do is maintain existing renal function undergoing dialysis treatment throughout their lives (usually 1-3 times a week) or to get a new kidney through a kidney transplant operation. It can lead to psychological disorders such as anxiety. With Anxiety will exacerbate the perceived disease. One of the factors that influence anxiety is self-efficacy. This research aims to determine the correlation of self-efficacy with the level of anxiety in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis in Jombang Public Hospitals.This research is a correlation analytic method with cross sectional approach. In this research population of 33 respondents include all patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis in Jombang Public Hospitals first time - 6 months. A sample of 30 respondents were taken using accidental sampling. The independent variable was self-efficacy, the dependent variable anxiety, how to collect data by statistical tests used questioner Spearman's rank. The research was conducted on 24-31 May 2016. The statistical test used in this study was Spearman's rank correlation. Based on the results of research in Hemodialysis room Jombang Public Hospitals found that half (50%) of respondents have a positive self-efficacy and nearly half (36.7%) of respondents are not anxiety. Statistical test results showed significancy value of 0.001(p <0.05). It was indicated that there was a correlation of self-efficacy with the level of anxiety in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis in the hemodialysis room Jombang Public Hospitals in 2016.Need to improve services through counseling, information and education on management of chronic renal failure and can provide knowledge about self efficacy other than that can involve the family in supporting the implementation of self-efficacy.

Abstract

The practice of clinical learning is a bridge for gap between theory and practice. By learning practice clinics, nursing students are encouraged to prepare for graduate and worked in clinical practice. Evaluation of clinical learning environment needed to be able to create a conducive learning environment. CLES+T scale has been validated and used in more than 30 countries.The research aims is to validate the CLES+T scale into Indonesian version. CLES + T has been translated into Indonesian version using the rules of the international translation backward and forward. Construct validity using 4 oang experts in nursing and education. The SCVI result was 0.9405. Validity analysis was tested using PCA (Principal Component Analysis) with N = 46. Reliability tested using Cronbach's alpha. The results obtained eigenvalue and explanation precentage of 67%, it is concluded that the eigenvalue factors of CLES+T were sufficient. Cronbach alpha was obtained for 0786. CLES+T Indonesian version has been validated and can be used to evaluate learning environment as perceived by nursing students in Indonesia.

Abstract

Introduction: New students at the college have to adjust to the learning process in a way more independent, not dependent on the lecturer, and self-regulation in learning. The purpose of this study is to develop a model of competence SRLSN to increased achievement among undergraduate students in the fourth semester of nursing STIKES Pemkab Jombang.Methods: The design used is explanatory and quasi-experimental pre-post test with control group. The population in this study were 71 nursing students of 4th semester of the academic year 2012–2013. The sample used 60 students with simple random sampling. Data was collected using focus group discussions, observation and questionnaires, then analyzed using regression results.Results: The results showed that the correlation between SRLSN preparation phase and implementation phase of 0.976, the correlation between the phase and the implementation phase has a self-reflection of 0.374, the relationship between the phase of preparation and reflection phase of 0.576. There are significant differences between treatment and control groups on aspects of cognitive competence achievement, competence affective, and psychomotor competencies.Discussion: SRLSN models are systematically formed by the preparation, implementation and reflection phase. The application of the model SRLSN will enhance student learning in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor in achieving competence. Psychomotor competency has a value greater signi fi cance than other competencies. SRLSN models should be generalized to all learning processes, especially in nursing students.

Abstract

Introduction: The clinical practice environment students have multiple roles as learners and service providers. At this time students are faced with a fluctuating, complex environment and far from the predictions and controls of academic teachers. The aim of this study was to evaluate nursing student satisfaction and perception of the learning environment in clinical practice.Methods: This study used correlational analytic survey methods with cross-sectional approach. A total of 164 nursing student were selected using a convenience sampling. The data were collected in three schools of nursing in East Java. Data were obtained using the Bahasa version of the Clinical Learning Environment, Supervisions and Nurse Teacher (CLES+T). The instrument showed good validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using descriptive analytic, Spearman rho correlation and logistic regression.Results: Respondents were 164 students, clinical learning practice is mainly determined by the role of nurse teacher (M = 3.82; SD = 0.496). Student satisfaction obtained at 56.7%. There was a significant relationship between clinical practice learning and student satisfaction with p-value 0.000. The highest correlation value is the role of lecturer nurse (r = 0.544), with value R2 = 0.377, the coefficient of β adjusted highest to 2.075.Conclusion: According to student perceptions, the content of supervisory relations, the pedagogy atmosphere in the ward/room and the role of the nurse lecturer contributed greatly to creating a conducive clinical learning environment.

Abstract

Introduction: In Indonesia, the working prevalence of nurses was that 95% worked in the country and 5% were working abroad. The government provides opportunities for nurses who want to work in Japan through networking (Indonesia Japan Economic Partnership Agreement). However, there isn’t a lot of interest due to the lack of knowledge of the Japanese language. This study aimed to analyze the Japanese language related to the nursing students’ interest concerning working in Japan.Methods: The design of the study was correlational research with a cross-sectional approach which was conducted between May 31st and June 1st, 2016. The population consisted of nursing Bachelor’s program students and the population totaled 41; the samples totaled as many as 37. The data collection used Japanese observation test scores and questionnaires.Results: The results showed that most of the 75.6% got a good score (B). Nearly half (48.6%) of them were intending to work in Japan and 2.7% got great scores, also with the intent to work Japan. Based on the test results, the statistical value = 0.798 that the ρ value> α (0.05).Conclusion: This means that there is no correlation between the Japanese language and the nurse’s working interest related to Japan. The recommendation in this study is the implementation of an active Japanese language course. Further research should analyze the factors that affect the interests of Indonesian nurses when it comes to working in Japan.

Abstract

Pendahuluan : Gangguan tidur (insomnia) pada lansia cenderung meningkat setiap tahun dan menyebabkan tingginya angka kejadian insomnia. Senam ergonomis bermanfaat untuk mencegah insomnia dan meningkatkan kualitas tidur. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam ergonomis terhadap gangguan tidur (insomnia) pada lansia di Panti Werdha Mojopahit Mojokerto. Metode : Penelitian ini dilakukan di Panti Werdha Mojopahit Mojokerto pada tanggal 31 Maret-11 April 2014. Desain yang digunakan pre eksperimen, dengan pendekatan Posttest Only Control Group Design. Populasinya seluruh lansia di Panti Werdha Mojopahit Mojokerto yang berjumlah 47. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan porposive sampling. Sampel 10 orang kelompok perlakuan dan 10 orang kelompok kontrol. Variabel independen senam ergonomis, variabel dependen insomnia. Analisa data menggunakan Mann Whitney-U. Instrumen untuk pengukuran insomnia adalah wawancara terstruktur dengan pedoman kuesioner dan lembar observasi untuk senam ergonomis. Hasil : Hasil penelitian sebelum senam ergonomis, pada kelompok perlakuan 90% insomnia sedang dan sesudahnya terdapat penurunan 80% pada insomnia ringan. Dan kelompok kontrol, sebelum dan sesudahnya yaitu setengahnya 50% tidak ada perubahan tetap pada tingkat insomnia sedang. Setelah dilakukan analisa dengan uji statistik Mann Whitney-U pada kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol diperoleh angka signifikan (0,001) jauh lebih rendah dari standart signifikan 0,05 atau (r<a), dan ZHitung (3,179) > ZTabel (1,96) maka H1 diterima. Pembahasan : Dari hasil analisa diatas menunjukkan ada pengaruh senam ergonomis terhadap gangguan tidur (insomnia) pada lansia, sehingga diharapkan perawat sebagai pemberi asuhan keperawatan mampu mengaplikasikan senam ergonomis sebagai salah satu intervensi bagi lansia yang mengalami gangguan tidur (insomnia). Abstract

Pendahuluan : Insomnia tidak bisa dianggap sebagai gangguan yang sederhana karena secara umum tidak bisa sembuh spontan. Kondisi ini juga menimbulkan berbagai dampak buruk antara lain kecemasan, gangguan mood, alkoholisme dan substance abuse yang nantinya akan berujung pada penurunan kualitas hidup pada usia lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan stress dengan insomnia pada lansia di Desa Gambiran Kecamatan Mojoagung Kabupaten Jombang. Metode : Desain penelitian ini menggunakan analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Semua lansia di Desa Gambiran Kecamatan Mojoagung Kabupaten Jombang yang berjumlah 62 orang. Besar sampel yang di gunakan sebanyak 31 responden. Teknik sampling menggunakan simple random sampling. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari variabel independen yaitu stress dengan menggunakan kuesioner skala DASS dan variabel dependen yaitu insomnia pada lansia dengan menggunakan Insomnia rating scale. Selanjutnya di uji analisis menggunakan uji statistik rank spearman dengan ? = 0,05. Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setengahnya responden tingkat stress sedang sejumlah 16 orang dari 31 responden (51,6%). Sebagian besar responden insomnia sejumlah 19 orang dari 31 responden (61,3%). Hasil dari uji rank spearman didapatkan bahwa 0,000 < 0,005. Hal ini terbukti ada hubungan stress dengan insomnia pada lansia di Desa Gambiran Kecamatan Mojoagung Kabupaten Jombang. Pembahasan : Cara pencegahan stress pada lansia yaitu mengukur kemampuan sendiri,temukan penyebab perasaan negatif dan belajar untuk menanggulanginya, rencanakan waktu dengan baik, buat keputusan dengan hati-hati dan napas dalam. Abstract

Pendahuluan : Kecemasan merupakan masalah utama yang akan muncul pada saat pra operasi. Kecemasan umumnya dialami akibat ketidaktahuan, kegagalan operasi dan takut kematian. Kecemasan ini dapat diatasi atau dikurangi dengan salah satunya dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual. Terdapat 50 dari 700 pasien yang batal operasi karena faktor psokologis dan kecemasan dilaporkan mempengaruhi 60-80% dari pasien bedah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual dengan tingkat kecemasan pasien pra operasi di Paviliun Mawar RSUD Jombang. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan design penelitian Analitik Korelasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional dengan populasi 63 orang, sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebagian pasien operasi di Paviliun Mawar RSUD Jombang sebanyak 54 orang. Teknik yang digunakan yaitu Aksidental Sampling, variabel independen pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual dan variabel dependen tingkat kecemasan. Metode pengumpulan data dengan lembar kuisioner dan analisis uji Spearmen Rank dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05 (5%). Hasil : Hasil dari pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa pasien pra operasi dengan responden dengan spiritual terpenuhi dengan jumlah 39 orang (72,2%), tingkat kecemasan ringan sejumlah 23 orang (42,6%), tingkat kecemasan sedang sebanyak 8 orang (14,8%) dan normal 8 orang (14,8%). Analisis data menggunakan uji Spearmen Rank dengan taraf signifikan a= 0,05 (5%) diperoleh hasil perhitungan dengan ?valeu=0,015 maka H1 diterima artinya ada hubungan antara pemenuhan pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual dengan tingkat kecemasan pasien pra operasi di Paviliun Mawar RSUD Jombang. Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan agar tingkat kecemasan ini bisa menurun dengan cara pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual perawat mendampingi pasien sebelum operasi, bimbingan Rohani, memberikan dukungan dan motivasi kepada pasien baik itu dari perawat ataupun dari keluarga pasien serta mendatangkan pemuka agama. Abstract

Pendahuluan : Masalah keterbelakangan mental atau retardasi mental di Indonesia menurut Budhiman merupakan masalah yang cukup besar. Di banyak tempat baik secara langsung maupun tidak, individu berkebutuhan khusus ini cenderung disisihkan dari keluarga terutama peran ibu dalam merawat anak dengan keterbelakangan mental. Dalam hal ini ibu sangat berperan untuk merawat anaknya secara optimal seperti tidak membedakan anak yang normal dengan retardasi mental. Metode : Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Populasinya adalah seluruh orang tua anak yang Sekolah di Sekolah Luar Biasa Kurnia Asih Desa Pandean Kecamatan Ngoro Kabupaten Jombang yang berjumlah 34 responden sedangkan jumlah sampel 34 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner dengan Editing, Coding, Tabulating dan Scoring. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Peran Ibu dalam perawatan anak yang menderita retardasi mental di Sekolah Luar Biasa Kurnia Asih Desa Pandean Kecamatan Ngoro Kabupaten Jombang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar (55,89%) ibu tidak berperan dalam perawatan anak yang menderita retardasi mental di SLB Kurnia Asih. Pembahasan : Peran Ibu sangat penting bagi Ibu yang mempunyai anak retardasi mental, keadaan peran ibu tersebut di pengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain usia dan pendidikan. Jadi perlu adanya dukungan keluarga untuk mencegah terjadinya tidak peran pada ibu dengan cara sering berkomunikasi dengan suami atau keluarga yang lain. Kata Kunci : Peran ibu, retardasi mental, perawatan anak
