Abstract

Basis data menjadi hal yang penting untuk membantu mempercepat proses pada suatu sistem informasi yang membuat bangunan data dapat memberi informasi kepada organisasi atau lembaga dalam batas waktu tertentu. Bagian penting dari teknologi informasi yang harus dimiliki oleh semua organisasi untuk memiliki suatu sistem informasi terpadu yang akan membantu menjalankan operasi dan mencapai tujuannya. Hal ini juga dapat membantu menyimpan dan mengolah data yang sangat besar. Selain itu, dirancang untuk menjadi mudah digunakan oleh pengguna dan menghindari kekacauan. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengganti proses pelayanan manual menjadi pelayanan secara komputerisasi, dalam hal ini kami membuat sistem basis data pada Mr. Cuci Laundry dan memudahkan pelayanan yang prima. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengamati secara langsung kebutuhan dari pelanggan dan dilakukan beberapa tahapan seperti survey perusahaan, identifikasi masalahan, dan melakukan analisis. Berbagai software pendukung dapat digunakan untuk membuat rancangan informasi otomatis; salah satunya adalah Microsoft Access yang digunakan untuk membuat rancangan sitem transaksi untuk Mr. Cuci Laundry ini. Sehingga, hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu terbentuknya rancangan sistem transaksi pada Mr. Cuci Laundry yang masih manual menjadi menggunakan bantuan sistem. Oleh karena itu, adanya sistem basis data diharapkan dapat memberikan layanan terbaik dan nyaman untuk pelanggan dengan mengganti proses pelayanan manual dengan layanan komputerisasi. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya perkembangan bahasa Inggris anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Mawar Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Kurangnya keterampilan guru untuk memperkenalkan dan mengucapkan bahasa Inggris dengan benar kepada anak. Saat belajar bahasa Inggris di taman kanak-kanak, guru hanya menggunakan flashcard berbasis kertas. Selain itu, guru jarang menggunakan teknologi dalam media pembelajaran anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media flashcard digital terhadap peningkatan kosakata bahasa Inggris pada anak Taman Kanak-kanak Mawar Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa Taman Kanak-kanak Mawar Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, dan sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas B1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan 11 anak dan kelas B2 sebagai kelas kontrol dengan 11 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, pretest dan postest dan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis dengan bantuan komputerisasi IBM SPSS statistic 25. Temuan berdasarkan analisis data pada uji normalitas, data yang diperoleh pada kelas eksperimen dan kontrol berdistribusi normal. Tabel uji homogenitas menghasilkan nilai 0,856 dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa data yang diperoleh homogen. Uji hipotesis didapatkan nilai sig (2 tailed) sebesar 0,127 < 0,05. Berdasarkan ini, media flashcard digital efektif digunakan dalam meningkatkan kosakata bahasa Inggris anak di taman Kanak-kanak Mawar Kabupaten Padang Pariaman.

Abstract

This study investigates the geothermal manifestation in Sungai Medang, located within a volcanic arc depression zone of the Sungai Penuh Basin, formed by right-lateral movement along the segmented Siulak Fault. The exploration approach combined electrical resistivity and gravity methods to delineate subsurface features associated with hydrothermal activity. The electrical resistivity survey employed a dipole–dipole configuration with 25-meter spacing over a 400-meter line and the complementary gravity data from the Topex/Poseidon satellite altimetry were processed into Simple Bouguer Anomaly (SBA) maps. Resistivity survey revealed low-resistivity zones (11.6–99.1 Ωm), interpreted as hydrothermal fluid pathways and altered volcanic formations aligned with known fault traces, particularly the Siulak Fault segment. The gravity data indicated NW–SE trending density contrasts. Spectral analysis identified residual anomalies (~1.5 km depth) consistent with shallow sedimentary infill and structural depressions, while deeper regional anomalies (~38.7 km) reflected basement variations. The spatial correlation of resistivity lows, gravity lows, and surface manifestations suggests active geothermal upflow along structurally controlled zones. This study highlights the importance of integrating geophysical datasets for geothermal resource evaluation and offers a methodological framework applicable to similar underexplored regions in Indonesia and beyond.

Abstract

The digitalization of human capital strategies has become a crucial element in enhancing employee quality in the current digital era. In an increasingly interconnected and dynamic business environment, companies need to adopt innovative approaches to strengthen and optimize their human resources. Human capital comprises a combination of knowledge, skills, innovation, and individual capabilities to create value in achieving specific goals. However, the quality of employees at PT. Tuah Turangga Agung, especially in terms of digitalization, still needs improvement. Employee development plans related to digitalization have not been fully realized. This research aims to explore the role of digitalized human capital strategies in enhancing employee quality at the company. Through the application of information and communication technology, companies can improve efficiency in human resource management. Digital innovation and automation enable companies to recruit, identify potential talents, and track employee progress more effectively. This study employs descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods to depict the impact of digitalized human capital strategies on employee quality development. The results indicate a significant and positive effect, urging companies to invest in digital solutions to enhance their workforce quality.

Abstract

One of the developments in information technology in today's digital era is the design of information systems. According to this research, using WhatsApp Blasting can improve the performance of the recruitment system. The purpose of this research is to improve the manual method for recruitment. This research is based on design, which is followed by the need for a more automated recruitment process. Surveys and interviews were the data collection methods used to understand the problems faced in the conventional recruitment process. By using WhatsApp Blasting, prospective candidates can receive mass messages that help them communicate better and speed up the selection process. The results showed a decrease in time and cost as well as an increase in responsiveness and efficiency. This study supports the transformation of recruitment systems towards more automated and efficient methods. In addition, the platform provides convenience for both companies and candidates.

Abstract

Organizational culture greatly influences the behavior of organizational members because the value system in organizational culture can be used as a reference for human behavior in an organization that is oriented towards achieving set goals or performance results, so that if the organizational culture is good, it is not surprising that organizational members are good and qualified people as well.  This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture on employee performance at PT XYZ. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach and collecting data from employees who work in the company. The results of data analysis show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT XYZ because the t test results in this study found that the organizational culture variable has a t count of 5.629, while the t table value has a value of 2.006. Where t count> t table then, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected
