Abstract

Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis legalitas penggunaan dana zakat untuk investasi menurut perspektif hukum Islam dan mengkaji praktik investasi dana zakat di lembaga zakat di Indonesia. Metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan konten analisis terhadap data sekunder berupa literatur fikih, fatwa MUI, jurnal akademik, dan laporan kelembagaan untuk mengkaji praktik investasi dana zakat dari perspektif hukum Islam dan kelembagaan zakat di Indonesia secara mendalam dan kontekstual. Hasil Penelitian – Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun mayoritas ulama klasik melarang investasi dana zakat karena prinsip al-fauriyyah dan potensi hilangnya hak mustahik, sebagian ulama kontemporer membolehkannya dengan syarat pengelolaan yang profesional dan penuh kehati-hatian. Di Indonesia, lembaga zakat seperti BAZNAS telah menerapkan investasi dana zakat, dan hasil investasinya dimanfaatkan untuk mendukung operasional lembaga serta didistribusikan kepada mustahik. Keterbatasan – Keterbatasan penelitian ini terletak pada penggunaan data sekunder yang tidak mencakup data empiris langsung dari praktik lapangan lembaga zakat, sehingga analisis bersifat teoritik dan konseptual. Selain itu, fokus penelitian yang terbatas pada konteks Indonesia mungkin belum sepenuhnya merepresentasikan praktik investasi zakat di tingkat global. Implikasi Praktis – Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan panduan bagi lembaga zakat dalam merancang strategi investasi dana zakat yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah dan prinsip kehati-hatian (prudential principles), sehingga dapat memaksimalkan manfaat bagi mustahik tanpa menimbulkan risiko yang merugikan. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi rujukan dalam penyusunan kebijakan dan fatwa yang mendukung pengelolaan dana zakat secara produktif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inflasi, kurs dan tingkat suku bunga terhadap volume perdagangan saham PT Aneka Tambang Tbk Periode 2017-2021. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website resmi PT Aneka Tambang Tbk dan situs website resmi Bank Indonesia (BI). Data yang digunakan dalam bentuk periode per bulan mulai tahun 2017 hingga 2021 yang di publish selama 5 tahun berturut-turut. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap volume perdagangan saham PT Aneka Tambang Tbk Periode 2017-2021. Kurs tidak berpengaruh terhadap volume perdagangan saham PT Aneka Tambang Tbk Periode 2017-2021. Tingkat suku bunga tidak berpengaruh terhadap volume perdagangan saham PT Aneka Tambang Tbk Periode 2017-2021. Hasil penelitian uji F menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara variabel inflasi, kurs dan tingkat suku bunga terhadap volume perdagangan saham PT Aneka Tambang Tbk. Berdasarkan analisis koefisiensi determinasi nilai adjusted R2 sebesar 0,242 yang berarti bahwa 24,2% variasi nilai volume perdagangan saham PT Aneka Tambang Tbk ditentukan oleh tiga variabel yang berpengaruh yaitu inflasi, kurs dan tingkat suku bunga.

Abstract

The presence of E-Commerce makes it easier to export and import goods without geographical boundaries, but it also gives rise to allegations of Predatory Pricing practices which are detrimental to other business actors and consumers. Predatory Pricing is a strategy of temporarily setting product prices below production costs or market prices in order to reduce competitors and gain market share. This suspicion arose because imported products were sold much cheaper than local products, as was the case at Fistyle and Biu.costore stores. However, this action needs to be proven by the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU). Problem Formulation 1) What are the indications of the implementation of Predatory Pricing by Fistyle and Biu.costore stores. 2) How is the legal review of Predatory Pricing practices by Fistyle stores and Biu.costore according to the Business Competition Law based on Law no. 5 of 1999. 3) What is the legal review of Predatory Pricing practices by Fistyle stores and Biu.costore according to Fiqh Muamalah. This article is empirical juridical research and the approach is statutory and conceptual. The data sources used are primary and secondary, data collection through interviews and observations and analysis using source and technical triangulation techniques. The research results show that the practice of Predatory Pricing is prohibited according to Article 20 of Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopoly Practices and Unfair Business Competition. This action is considered a violation if it meets the elements in Article 20. However, the Fistyle and Biu.costore stores were not proven to have violated this Article because they did not carry out Predatory Pricing. In Muamalah Fiqh, pricing in the market is expected not to exceed the prevailing market price, to maintain fairness and balance. The practices carried out by Fistyle stores include Siyasah al-Ighraq, because they cause losses to other business actors and consumers, such as selling defective goods and destroying market prices. Meanwhile, Biu.costore cannot yet be categorized as Siyasah al-Ighraq because it has just been established and there have been no complaints. Although both stores offer very low prices, not all actions considered Predatory Pricing are prohibited; Low prices can come from efficient and innovative business operations.

Abstract

The low creativity of early childhood children at TK Negeri Pembina Bangkalan is caused by teacher-dominated learning, monotonous learning materials, and the use of tools and equipment that are less engaging. Additionally, classroom activities are not interesting and do not involve environmental resources. The purpose of this study was to improve the creativity of children aged 5-6 years through ecoprint activities at TK Negeri Pembina Bangkalan. This study employed an experimental method with a Pre-Experimental Design (Non-Designs), specifically using the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population of this study consisted of all children in Group B at TK Negeri Pembina Bangkalan, totaling 33 children, with the sample also consisting of 33 children. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis conducted through the pre-test, treatment, and post-test stages, the findings on the effectiveness of ecoprint techniques in developing creativity in children aged 5-6 years at TK Negeri Pembina Bangkalan showed that in the pre-test, 100% of children were categorized as "beginning to develop". In contrast, the post-test results showed that 48% of children were categorized as "developing as expected" and 52% were categorized as "developing very well". The N-Gain Score was 0.7368, which reflects the difference between the pre-test and post-test results. This indicates that the effectiveness of ecoprint activities in increasing the creativity of children aged 5-6 years at TK Negeri Pembina Bangkalan is 73%, which falls under the category of "moderately effective." The findings of this study contribute to offering an alternative activity to foster creativity in early childhood

Abstract

This study explores how e-wallets promote financial inclusion in Besitang, a non-metropolitan Indonesian city. We investigate the influence of features, promotions, and brand image on e-wallet purchasing decisions. A quantitative survey targeting 100 smartphone-owning workers and students was conducted. Analysis revealed that all three factors (features, promotions, and brand image) have a significant positive impact on e-wallet usage (p < 0.05). Together, they explain 80.7% of the variation in purchasing decisions, highlighting their crucial role in e-wallet adoption. These findings emphasize the importance of e-wallet providers implementing innovative features, attractive promotions, and a strong brand image to drive financial inclusion in non-metropolitan areas. The study offers valuable insights for e-wallet companies and opens avenues for further research on e-wallet adoption drivers.

Abstract

This study projected the action of political literacy and promoting the ability to discern hoaxes among first-time voters during the 2024 election by instituting an anti-hoax education initiative. The research employed a socialization approach employing interpersonal communication (AKP) techniques. One hundred students enrolled in semesters 1 to 4 at the Faculty of Education and Islamic Studies (FEBI) of Langsa State Islamic University (IAIN) constituted the participant pool, organized into 10 small groups. Each group featured a designated facilitator tasked with guiding discussions focused on the identification of hoaxes in electoral contexts. The instructional materials encompassed topics such as electoral processes, the democratic system, hoax detection strategies, and penalties for disseminating hoaxes. The study's outcomes revealed a favorable response from first-time voters and a noteworthy transformation in their comprehension of hoaxes. These conclusions were drawn from the evaluation outcomes and responses to both pre- and post-tests administered to all participants. The implications of these findings underscore the significance of anti-hoax education as an initial stride toward cultivating astute and critical first-time voters in the context of elections. This investigation contributes to the advancement of analogous educational models and the establishment of more robust election procedures in subsequent occurrences

Abstract

This community service activity aims to overcome the economic problems that occur in Pengidam Village so that the utilization of village funds or other sources can be more optimally focused on the village's economic potential. The problem that occurs in Pengidam Village is the lack of public awareness in improving the economy from supporting sectors including: BUMK (Village-Owned Enterprises), UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) and Tourism. This sector is a fulcrum in developing the village economy so that it is more advanced and becomes a pilot village in the region, especially in Aceh Tamiang District, Aceh Province. Increasing knowledge and digitalization is one of the indicators in economic development both in terms of legality, packaging and marketing of a product from the UMKM sector.
