Work stress is a consequence of every action taken by employees in dealing with work, where the situation places employees on physical and psychological demands that can interfere with work productivity and the stability of daily life, one of the causes of work stress is work shifts The aim of this research is to find out the comparison of work stress for employees who enter the morning shift and night shift employees. When this research was conducted from February 2023 to June 2023. This study used a quantitative survey method with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling because the researchers chose samples based on working hours, namely morning and evening shift employees with a total sample of 60 employees, namely 30 morning shift employees and 30 night shift employees. Data collection included filling in the prepared questionnaire, namely the Occupational Stress Inventory-Revised EditionTM (OSI-RTM) questionnaire with closed questions consisting of 28 items. All data were analyzed using SPSS using an independent sample t-test. The results showed that there were differences in work stress for morning shift employees and night shift employees with a value (sig = 0.000). Based on this research, it is hoped that it can be an improvement for the company regarding employee comfort by making additional work shifts to 3 shifts within 8 hours/shift with different employees.

This study analyzes the important role of the Civil Rights Movement in shaping United States society through a historical approach and its impact. It explores the movement's long history, from its 19th-century roots to the monumental struggles of the 20th century, revealing how it emerged in response to rampant social, racial, and political injustice. By examining key figures, strategies, and important events, this study traces the evolution of the movement from the anti-slavery era to the Civil Rights Movement of the 1950s and 1960s. Additionally, it examines the movement's impact on American society, highlighting significant transformations in law, policy, and societal perceptions of civil rights and equality. The study also documents the movement's legacy in driving systemic change and shaping views on inclusion, justice, and diversity. In conclusion, the Civil Rights Movement has played a crucial role in shaping modern American society by laying the foundation for progress toward equality, justice, and human rights, with its legacy continuing to influence ongoing struggles for a more just and inclusive society.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana penyaluran informasi dari sumber-sumber bacaan dapat dimanfaatkan secara efektif sebagai bahan pembelajaran dalam pengajaran sejarah di lingkungan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode penelitian berbasis studi literatur, artikel ini mengeksplorasi berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan, seperti buku teks, jurnal ilmiah, artikel pendidikan, dan dokumen sejarah, yang dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan pembelajaran guna meningkatkan pemahaman siswa. Penelitian telah menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media berbasis literatur dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang peristiwa sejarah, meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan menambah kesan belajar yang berharga bagi siswa. Namun, tetap ada hambatan yang perlu diatasi terkait dengan keterbatasan akses dan pemahaman teks yang kompleks. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa pentingnya menggunakan strategi pembelajaran yang efektif untuk menangani tantangan tersebut.

This research focuses on the principles or mandates of judges in carrying out their work according to the Minutes of Al Qadha Umar Bin Khattab and the Procedural Law and what are the sources of law in making decisions. The method used is the literature review method. The sources of the literature reviewed in this paper are in the form of books researched by journals and other scientific articles. The results of the study show that according to the treatise of Al Qadar Umar Bin Khattab and procedural law in carrying out the implementation there are several principles, among others, understanding the subject matter and giving a decision, a fair judge, giving the parties the opportunity to bring evidence of peace issues (ishlah), correcting decisions that are wrong, False Witnesses and Prohibition to try, Stay away from angry attitudes, confused thoughts, boredom, Purity of intention as a judge. Umar's messages in all of his treatises to judges are: The importance of judges understanding the main points of contention, The firmness of a judge to carry out and convey his decision, Equality of position between disputing parties in the eyes of the law and judges, There is a burden of proof in investigating problems, Holding peace efforts, Improving decisions erroneous, Knowledge of the law and the ability of judges to apply the law through ijtihad and qiyas, Suspension of court proceedings, Honesty of witnesses, Exemption from charges for the accused, Patience of judges and the importance of cold thinking, Loyalty and purity of intention as a judge, Great motivation and reward for judges be honest. Sources of judicial law are Al-Qur'an, As-Sunnah, ijtihad, ijma', qiyas, previous court decisions, Books of statutes as written law, Customary heads and religious advisors, Sources of jurisprudence, Writings scientific law experts, and books of other science.

This research discusses the role of the government in tackling early marriage and strengthening the 2045 demographic bonus. The method used in this research is a literature study using library data collection methods, reading and taking notes, and managing research data objectively, systematically, analytically and critically, such as journals. , articles, internet sites, and others relevant to this research. The research results show that a person's ability to become high-quality human resources can be determined by their level of education. Countries that have a lot of human resources but are incompetent will add to the burden. This will then stop economic growth and development. The large number of cases of early marriage in Indonesia can hinder efforts to improve the quality of human resources and pose a threat to the 2045 demographic bonus, because many children drop out of school and children who marry under the age of 18 will be vulnerable to access to basic educational needs. has the potential to perpetuate intergenerational poverty. Therefore, the government must prepare several strategies to tackle early marriage by preventing child marriage which can be carried out in collaboration with the government and community organizations. Among these prevention strategies are STARNAS PPA and strategies from BKKBN.

This study examines the implementation of the Tetanus Toxoid (TT) injection as a requirement for marriage administration based on the Mayor of Binjai Regulation No. 39 of 2017, focusing on the perspective of fiqh munakahat and Imam al-Shafi'i’s understanding. The regulation aims to ensure the health of prospective spouses and prevent disease transmission, especially for mothers and their future children. However, the application of this requirement raises questions regarding its relevance within the framework of Islamic law and fiqh. This research employs a qualitative method with a normative and juridical approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and literature review. The findings indicate that, from the fiqh munakahat perspective, the TT injection as an administrative requirement does not contradict Islamic principles as long as it serves the purpose of maslahah (well-being) and harm prevention. According to Imam al-Shafi’i’s understanding, actions that bring benefit and prevent harm are aligned with the objectives of maqasid al-shariah. Therefore, this policy can be considered compatible with Islamic values, provided it does not act as an absolute barrier to the marriage process.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika kelompok Paskibra UINSU dalam membentuk karakter kepemimpinan muda dan solidaritas antar anggotanya. Penelitian dilakukan diunit kegiatan mahasiswa (UKM) Paskibra Universitas Islam Negri Sumatera Utara dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data mencakup observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang dijalankan oleh komandan angkatan mampu menciptakan suasana Latihan yang inklusif dan terorganisasi dengan baik. solidaritas antar anggota diperkuat melalui kegiatan rutin seperti latihan PBB, pengibaran bendera, olahraga bersama, dan kegiatan sosial lainnya. Kendala seperti benturan jadwal kuliah diatasi melalui komunikasi intensif dan pelibatan alumni. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dinamika kelompok memliki peran signifikan dalam memperkuat dalam kepemimpinan dan solidaritas internal organisasi.
