Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi manajemen pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Modern Darul Abror Kemiri dan Daarul Archam Rajeg untuk menghadapi Revolusi Industri 4.0 pada tahun 2023/2024. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini menunjukkan temuan sebagai tanggapan terhadap perumusan masalah. Untuk mendapatkan data yang relevan, metode ini melibatkan pengungkapan apa yang dilihat, didengar, dirasakan, dan ditanyakan tentang subjek penelitian. Observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai media yang berkaitan dengan Industri 4.0 telah digunakan secara tidak langsung dalam perencanaan manajemen pendidikan di kedua pondok pesantren tersebut. Strategi yang dipilih mencakup penggunaan platform seperti Zoom, basis data, pemasaran melalui media sosial, pembayaran dengan sistem terpadu, dan penerimaan santri baru (PSB) secara online. Meskipun media-media ini muncul sebagai tanggapan atas kebutuhan, pengurus belum sepenuhnya memiliki niat untuk mengikuti Revolusi Industri 4.0 sepenuhnya, dan lembaga terkait tidak mengeluarkan tuntutan yang mengikat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi guru sekolah menengah pertama terhadap platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring kepada 1302 guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama.  Penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 26 untuk menganalisis persepsi guru terhadap penggunaan PMM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para guru memiliki persepsi positif terhadap PMM, dengan nilai rata-rata yang tinggi untuk Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Self-Efficacy, and Intention to Use. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa para guru merasa PMM mudah digunakan, bermanfaat, dan berniat untuk terus menggunakannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan masukan bagi pengembangan teknologi digital dalam PMM untuk pelatihan dan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan Islami merupakan elemen penting dalam membangun budaya kerja yang produktif, etis, dan berorientasi pada nilai-nilai spiritual di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Namun dalam praktiknya, banyak kepala madrasah belum sepenuhnya mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan Islami dalam manajemen kelembagaan, yang berdampak pada rendahnya motivasi dan kinerja guru. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalisasi peran kepemimpinan Islami guna meningkatkan kinerja guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Umm, Kecamatan Klari, Kabupaten Karawang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) yang menekankan pengembangan potensi internal komunitas melalui partisipasi aktif. Strategi kegiatan mencakup workshop, pelatihan, simulasi, coaching, dan forum refleksi yang melibatkan kepala madrasah dan guru sebagai subyek perubahan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman tentang kepemimpinan Islami, munculnya forum komunikasi internal, perubahan gaya kepemimpinan yang lebih partisipatif, serta peningkatan kinerja guru secara signifikan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini mendorong terbentuknya pranata baru dan lahirnya pemimpin lokal dari kalangan guru sebagai bentuk perubahan sosial yang berkelanjutan. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis aset dan nilai-nilai Islami mampu menjadi strategi efektif dalam membangun tata kelola madrasah yang berkualitas. Kegiatan ini juga berpotensi direplikasi di lembaga pendidikan Islam lain sebagai model pengembangan kapasitas kelembagaan berbasis komunitas dan nilai spiritual.

Abstract

Di era modern, tantangan pengasuhan anak semakin kompleks, terutama dalam menyampaikan nilai-nilai keislaman kepada anak usia dini secara menyenangkan dan komunikatif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan orang tua peserta didik PAUD melalui pengembangan media edukasi grafis interaktif berbasis nilai-nilai Islami yang mudah digunakan di lingkungan keluarga. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), dengan menekankan pada potensi dan aset lokal yang dimiliki komunitas. Kegiatan dilakukan di Kecamatan Telagasari, Kabupaten Karawang, melalui serangkaian tahapan: identifikasi kebutuhan, pelatihan desain grafis sederhana, pembuatan media parenting Islami, uji coba media di rumah, serta evaluasi bersama komunitas. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kapasitas orang tua dalam memahami konsep parenting syariah dan mempraktikkannya dengan pendekatan visual yang kreatif. Anak-anak menunjukkan respon positif terhadap media visual yang dihasilkan, yang mendorong perubahan perilaku dan rutinitas harian yang lebih Islami. Di sisi lain, muncul pula inisiatif lokal seperti kelompok belajar parenting dan tokoh penggerak komunitas. Implikasi kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan visual berbasis komunitas dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Islam secara kontekstual dan berkelanjutan dalam keluarga. Program ini berpotensi direplikasi dan dikembangkan sebagai model penguatan keluarga Islami berbasis PAUD di wilayah lain.

Abstract

21st-century education demands that teachers not only teach but also analyze learning outcome data as a basis for designing adaptive and responsive learning. One prominent approach is differentiated learning, which requires teachers to understand differences in student abilities through data interpretation, including learning outcome statistics. This study aims to analyze in-depth the practices of teachers in using learning outcome statistics to design differentiated learning in grade V of SDN Adiarsa Barat II. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation, which were analyzed descriptively and analytically. The results showed that teachers used grade data as the primary reference in grouping students based on learning outcomes. This practice was carried out simply and more intuitively than systematically. Nevertheless, there is a pedagogical awareness that statistical data plays a crucial role in developing learning strategies that are appropriate to students' needs. Limitations in training and statistical literacy are major obstacles to optimizing this practice. This study provides implications for the importance of strengthening teacher capacity in data utilization and encouraging the formation of a data-driven school culture.

Abstract

Early childhood learning requires an approach that is appropriate to the characteristics of child development, including through play and nature exploration. Amidst the challenges of conventional learning, which tends to be dominated by classroom activities, the outdoor play approach is an innovative alternative that brings children closer to the real environment and contextual learning. This study aims to describe the implementation of thematic learning strategies based on outdoor play at RA Cahaya Iman, Telagasari District, and identify its contribution to the engagement and development of early childhood. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were class teachers and group B students. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, with validity testing through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study indicate that outdoor play is thematically integrated through exploratory activities based on the surrounding nature such as school gardens, parks, and open yards. These activities increase children's active involvement, facilitate social interaction, and foster curiosity and independence. The implications of this study indicate that nature-based learning can be an effective strategy in early childhood education, as well as a foundation for the development of a contextual and child-friendly curriculum.

Abstract

Social Studies learning in elementary schools often faces challenges in the form of low student interest in learning, especially when the material is presented in an abstract and less contextual manner. To address this issue, this study aims to describe the effectiveness of an integrated thematic learning model based on the environment in increasing interest in learning social studies at fourth-grade students of SDN Palumbonsari II, East Karawang District. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, with research subjects consisting of fourth-grade teachers and students. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of an integrated thematic model based on the environment can significantly increase student interest in learning. This is evident from the increase in students' active participation in the learning process, enthusiasm in extracurricular activities, and their ability to connect social studies material with the surrounding reality. Learning activities that utilize the environment as a learning resource also successfully create a fun and meaningful learning atmosphere. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of the role of teachers in designing contextual-based learning that is integrated with the local environment, especially in social studies subjects that are rich in social life values.

Abstract

The increasingly dynamic development of education raises various challenges, one of which is the problem of bullying in schools. Character education is a solution that is considered effective for overcoming this problem, especially if it is integrated into the Independent Curriculum. This research aims to analyze the effect of integrating character education in the Merdeka Curriculum on reducing bullying cases at SDIT Kasih Ibu. This research uses a quantitative design with a quasi-experimental approach, where data is collected through observation, interviews and surveys with students and teachers. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive and inferential statistics to measure changes that occur before and after implementing the character education program. The research results show that the integration of character education has succeeded in reducing the number of bullying in the school from 20% to 5%, especially physical and verbal bullying. The implication of this research is the importance of implementing character education systematically in the school curriculum to create a safer learning environment and support students' social-emotional development. Apart from that, increasing teacher capacity in implementing character education needs attention so that the success of this program can be maintained. This research contributes to the development of educational policies that are more holistic and have a positive impact on the school environment.
