Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis persepsi wanita terhadap penggunaan media digital dan dampaknya pada pendapatan wanita bekerja pada sektor informal di Desa Jerowaru, Lombok Timur. Perempuan memegang peran penting dalam pengembangan UMKM di Indonesia (64,5% dikelola oleh perempuan tahun 2021), dan pemanfaatan media digital potensial meningkatkan efisiensi dan jangkauan pasar. Namun, data menunjukkan pemanfaatan internet untuk aktivitas ekonomi masih rendah di NTB (hanya 15% dari 2,7 juta pengguna), mencerminkan pemahaman yang belum merata. Desa Jerowaru, sebagai daerah pariwisata dengan banyak UMKM, juga menghadapi tantangan akses internet dan adopsi teknologi. Menggunakan penelitian kualitatif pendekatan studi kasus, data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan wanita pemilik UMKM di Desa Jerowaru. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Hubberman. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan sebagian besar informan memiliki kesadaran mengenai transaksi digital, namun masih terdapat ketakutan dan ketidakpercayaan, terutama terkait literasi digital dan persepsi keamanan. Terdapat perbedaan persepsi berdasarkan usia, dengan yang lebih muda lebih terbuka terhadap adopsi. Penggunaan media digital dipersepsikan mampu meningkatkan pendapatan melalui kemudahan transaksi, namun dibutuhkan pelatihan dan edukasi komprehensif, termasuk edukasi keamanan digital, untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan dan mendorong adopsi guna memaksimalkan potensi peningkatan pendapatan dan pemberdayaan ekonomi wanita.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan hutan mangrove di Desa Jerowaru belum dilakukan secara optimal sehingga belum memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap perekonomian Masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara terukur tentang perumusan model optimalisasi fungsi ekonomi hutan mangrove. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan mix method yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pendekatan kuantitatif menekankan pada kuantitatif deskriptif, sedangkan kualitatif melalui analisis strategi SWOT dan perumusan strategi melalui pendekatan Pentahelix. Dari  analisis SWOT, matriks IFAS dan EFAS dirumuskan strategi yang mengombinasikan faktor internal yaitu kekuatan (strengths) dan kelemahan (weaknesses) dengan faktor eksternal yaitu peluang (opportunities) dan ancaman (threats). Strategi juga disusun berdasarkan perspektif peran dari aktor penting dalam pembangunan yaitu pentahelix (pemerintah, pihak swasta, perguruan tinggi, media, dan masyarakat). Adapun strategi optimalisasi fungsi hutan mangrove  antara lain (1) mengajak seluruh elemen untuk menjaga mangrove agar mendatangkan keuntungan ekonomi; (2) membangun kolaborasi riset dan edukasi pengunjung; (3) kerja partisipatif komunitas untuk konservasi dan menjaga keberlanjutan Kawasan mangrove; (4) proaktif menjemput anggaran untuk perbaikan infrastruktur dan fasilitas; (5) edukasi berkelanjutan tentang ekosistem mangrove bebas polusi/sampah; (6) perumusan kebijakan dan regulasi berbasis riset; (7) meningkatkan kesadaran Masyarakat lokal dan pengunjung tentang pentingnya proteksi mangrove untuk kebermanfaatan yang lebih lama (sustainability).

Abstract

This study aims to empirically test the influence of socio-economic, marital status, education, and wages on the decision to repeat migration of Indonesian Migrant Workers in Kawo Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency. The sample of this study was Indonesian Migrant Workers in Kawo Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency who had been Indonesian Migrant Workers more than once. Data collection was carried out by questionnaires distributed directly to Indonesian Migrant Workers in Kawo Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency as many as 45 respondents. The statistical method used logistic regression analysis (binary logistic), simultaneous test, partial test (f test) and pseudo R² with the results of socio-economic has a significant negative effect on the decision to repeat migration of Indonesian migrant workers in Kawo Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency, education has a significant positive effect on the decision to repeat migration of Indonesian migrant workers in Kawo Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency, marital status, and wages do not significantly affect the decision to repeat migration of Indonesian migrant workers in Kawo Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency.

Abstract

Pembangunan ekonomi menekankan manusia sebagai faktor produksi utama. Oleh karena itu, kualitas sumber daya manusia adalah kunci keberhasilan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Dengan jumlah penduduknya yang besar, Indonesia memiliki peluang emas untuk memanfaatkan bonus demografi pada periode 2020-2030. Namun, fenomena NEET menimbulkan tantangan yang dapat mengancam keberhasilan pembangunan. Menurut data BPS, tingkat NEET pada Gen Z (15-24 tahun) di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat mencapai 20,45% pada tahun 2023, menempati peringkat ke-10 tertinggi secara nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami gambaran umum terkait faktor penentu gen z menjadi NEET di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi logistik biner menggunakan data BPS dari Survei Angkatan Kerja Nasional (Sakernas) pada Agustus 2023. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin, usia, klasifikasi wilayah tempat tinggal, dan pengalaman kursus merupakan variabel yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi status NEET seseorang. Sedangkan tingkat pendidikan terakhir yang ditamatkan dan status perkawinan tidak signifikan mempengaruhi kecenderungan gen z menjadi NEET.

Abstract

Digital education plays a crucial role in the modern era, along with the rapid advancement of technology and the need for digital competencies in various sectors. In Lombok, educational challenges include limited internet access, lack of online learning infrastructure, low quality and competence of teachers in the use of digital media, and lack of continuous training. To answer these problems, Telkomsel initiated the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program through the Skul.id application with the main goal of improving access and quality of digital education, as well as empowering teachers and students on the island of Lombok. The method of implementing community service includes intensive training for teachers on the use of Skul.id platforms, technical and pedagogical assistance, provision of hardware and connectivity, and periodic monitoring and evaluation to ensure sustainability. It is hoped that this program can improve students' literacy and digital skills, improve teachers' teaching methods, and create a learning ecosystem that is inclusive and adaptive to technological developments. Potential impacts include increasing learning motivation, equitable distribution of educational opportunities, and strengthening collaboration between schools, communities, and the digital industry. The success of this program is also expected to be a replication model for similar initiatives in other regions of Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of wages and incentives on employee job satisfaction at UD. Barokah Desa Paokmotong. The research method used a quantitative approach with an associative type of research. The research sample included all employees of UD. Barokah, totaling 35 respondents. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed with ordinal logistic regression tests using Stata. The results of the study indicate that wages and incentives have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction both simultaneously and partially. The research model is deemed feasible with a LR Chi-square value of 44.88 and a p-value of 0.0000, as well as a McFadden R2 value of 0.5039, indicating that variations in job satisfaction can be explained by these two compensation variables. This study emphasizes that financial compensation is a dominant factor in improving job satisfaction in small businesses such as UD. Barokah in Paokmotong Village.

Abstract

Abstrak Desa Pringgasela Selatan merupakan salah satu desa di Kabupaten Lombok Timur yang memiliki banyak potensi, salah satunya adalah kerajinan tenun. Kerajinan tenun ini sudah berlangsung turun temurun yang merupakan warisan nenek moyang masyarakat Desa Pringgasela Selatan. Namun, kain tenun yang dihasilkan belum dikenal secara luas. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena minimnya promosi dan para penenun belum melek teknologi, khususnya pada digital marketing. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk optimalisasi digital marketing baik melalui Market Place Shopee dan Media Sosial sebagai wadah strategi pemasaran dan promosi produk dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk tenun para penenun yang tergabung dalam Kelompok “Nina Penenun”. Sementara itu, metode yang digunakan mulai dari perencanaan, program kerja, deskripsi dan teknologi, hingga rencana program berkelanjutan ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam beberapa tahapan yang dimulai dari (1) Pengenalan digital marketing secara umum dan pembuatan akun Market Place “Shopee” (2) Sosialisasi dan pendampingan pemanfaatan Market Place “Shopee” dan media sosial (3) Penggunaan aplikasi Market Place “Shopee” dan media sosial. Adapun peserta pendampingan dari Kelompok Nina Penenun sebanyak 14 orang. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan ini, Kelompok Nina Penenun bisa menggunakan market place dan media sosial, para penenun dapat mendesain dan mempromosikan produk dengan menarik, Selain itu, memiliki strategi pemasaran secara online melalui aplikasi shopee  dan media sosial untuk meningkatan penjualan produk mereka. Kata Kunci: pengrajin tenun; digital marketing; market place; strategi pemasaran; media sosial. Abstract South Pringgasela Village is one of the villages in East Lombok Regency with significant potential, including weaving crafts. This weaving craft has been passed down thru generations, representing the ancestral heritage of the people of South Pringgasela Village. However, the woven fabric produced is not yet widely known. This is due to the lack of promotion and the weavers' lack of technological literacy, particularly in digital marketing. This community service aims to optimize digital marketing thru both the Shopee marketplace and social media as platforms for product marketing and promotion strategies to increase the sales of woven products from weavers who are members of the "Nina Penenun" group. Meanwhile, the methods used range from planning, work programs, descriptions, and technology, to this sustainable program plan, which utilizes the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. This community service was carried out in several stages, starting with (1) an introduction to digital marketing in general and the creation of a "Shopee" marketplace account, (2) socialization and mentoring on the use of the "Shopee" marketplace and social media, and (3) the use of the "Shopee" marketplace and social media application. The participants in this mentoring program were 14 members of the Nina Weavers Group. The results of this mentoring activity showed that the Nina Weavers Group was able to use the marketplace and social media, and the weavers were able to design and promote their products attractively. Additionally, they developed online marketing strategies thru the Shopee application and social media to increase their product sales. Keywords: weaving craftsmen; digital marketing; marketplace; marketing strategy; social media.

Abstract

The development of the digital economy requires Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adapt to modern and efficient payment technologies. This project aims to assist MSMEs selling dodol nangka (jackfruit dodol) in implementing QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) as a cashless payment system. Through the application of QRIS, the transaction process becomes faster, safer and more practical for both consumers and businesses. The stages of the activity include socialising the use of QRIS, registering business accounts, and creating and installing QRIS codes at points of sale. The results of this activity show that the use of QRIS can increase transaction efficiency, reduce dependence on cash, and expand market access for dodol nangka MSMEs. Thus, the implementation of QRIS is a strategic step to encourage digital transformation and support the realisation of a cashless economy at the local level.
