Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Pengembangan Alat Peraga Dari Bubur Kertas Untuk Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Sistem Tata Surya Di Kelas VII MTsN 3 Seluma dan mengetahui kelayakannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 langkah, yaitu Tahap Analisis (Analisys), Tahap Perancangan (design), Tahap Pengembangan (develop), Tahap Implimentasi (Implematition),dan Tahap Evaluasi (Evaluation).Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner (angket). Angket kelayakan alat peraga diberikan kepada validator ahli materi dan ahli media, serta angket respon diberikan kepada guru mata pelajaran IPA dan siswa kelas VII MTsN 3 Seluma sebagai pengguna produk. Data hasil validasi ahli media memperoleh sebesar 96% dengan kriteria sangat baik, ahli materi sebesar 82% dengan kriteria baik, sedangkan data hasil analisis angket respon guru memperoleh sebesar 96 % dengan kriteria sangat layak dan hasil analisis angket respon siswa memperoleh sebesar 87,7% dengan kriteria sangat layak.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were:  1) To find out the factors that influence student anxiety in public speaking 2) To find out some of the suggestions and efforts to deal with students' speech anxiety based on Emha Abdurrahman's theory, especially in class X MAN 2 Bengkulu City for the 2023-2024 Academic Year. The type of research used is field research, and is included in qualitative research. The informants in the study amounted to 21 people, namely class X students and English teachers.  Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that: 1)Students revealed some factors that cause them experiencing anxiety: The first interviewee stated that anxiety occurs because of low speaking skills, fear of making mistakes, and fear of being criticized, which causes low self-esteem. The second interviewee said that the anxiety happens because of the fear of misinterpretation, lack of vocabulary, lack of practice, the inability to control emotions, and feelings of inferiority. The interviewee also stated that when the interviewee saw someone who has a higher ability, a feeling of self-indulgence arose and caused excessive panic and nervousness. The third interviewee mentioned that anxiety occurs because of feelings of inferiority, fear of being wrong, fear of being laughed at, and being scolded by the lecturer. The fourth interviewee conveyed that anxiety happens because of the fear of making mistakes when speaking, lack of confidence, and the fear of getting a bad impression from the audience. 2) According to Emha Abdurrahman, speaking is a verbal explanation about a thing (problem) by stating the information clearly in front of the masses or the crowd at a certain time.  The main key for someone to be able to successfully display speaking is due to the will of the person concerned. With there is a strong self-will to be able to give a good speech, then the concerned will certainly try to understand, understand, explore the ins and outs of problems before finally appearing in actual practice. With an attitude like this that can make a person like a lion podium if you appear carrying your belly and get success like that expected  . For speech strategies, there are several that are often used: 1) Impromptu Strategy; 2) Memorization Strategy; 3) Manuscript Strategy; 4) Extemporary Strategy. Questionnaire results teacher responses were 88.3% ands tudents amounting to 82.87% with Very worthy category. Whereas to teste ffectiveness done testing hypothesis with Sig. (2-tailed)<0.05 show existss ignificant difference before and after use of animated videos science based learning Flipaclip And has tested that science learning videos are interactive based on the Flipaclip system very effective used as a learning medium

Abstract

Kegiatan belajar merupakan kegiatan yang paling pokok dari tujuan pendidikan, Ini berarti berhasil tidaknya pencapaian tujuan pendidikan bergantung kepada bagaimana proses belajar yang dialami oleh siswa, dan juga dapat dilihat dari hasil belajarnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar IPA pada siswa SMPN 13 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yaitu, penelitian yang lebih menekankan analisisnya pada angka yang diperoleh dengan metode statistika. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan angket. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 7A & 7B yang berjumlah 54 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPA pada materi “Hakikat Ilmu Sains Dan Metode Ilmiah” di SMPN 13 Kota Bengkulu. Dimana hal ini ditunjukkan dari besarnya nilai r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel (3,675>2,671) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001, yang berarti kurang dari 0,05 (0,001<0,05). Sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada materi Hakikat Ilmu Sains Dan Metode Ilmiah di SMPN 13 Kota Bengkulu. Kata Kunci : motivasi belajar, hasil belajar

Abstract

This study aims to identify strategies for revitalizing an Outcome-Based Education (OBE)-based curriculum to support the strengthened implementation of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) in the Islamic Education Management (MPI) Study Program. The study evaluates the impact of revitalization on improving the quality of learning, aligning graduates with labor market needs, and optimizing MBKM activities. Using qualitative methods and a library research approach, the research analyzes government policies, scholarly literature, and other relevant documents. Data analysis follows the stages outlined by Miles and Huberman, including data collection, reduction, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the synergy between OBE and MBKM can enhance the relevance of the MPI study program curriculum to workforce demands through the design of measurable and relevant learning outcomes. This revitalization requires curriculum redesign, strengthening faculty competencies, and collaboration with external partners. The study provides strategic recommendations for MPI program managers in designing adaptive and relevant curricula while contributing to the advancement of Islamic education management science.

Abstract

This research aims to develop poster learning media on substances and their changes that are suitable and practical for use after being validated by several experts and responded to by several teachers and students. This research method uses the Borg & Gall development model which consists of 10 steps which the researcher will limit to 7 development stages, namely data collection , design/planning, initial product development, initial trials, product revisions, field trials, final product revisions. To create students who are more enthusiastic in participating in learning activities, the researcher de veloped this poster learning media to determine the feasibility of the poster learning media. Based on the results of data analysis after the product was validated by the validator, the resulting final product met the appropriate criteria with an average score from material experts of 96.42%, media experts of 92.15%, language experts of 78.15%, for teacher responses amounted to 84.10%, student response results were 97.5%. The results of field trials on students using poster media obtained an average student score of 84.8%. From the previous explanation, poster learning media is suitable for improving student learning outcomes. Keyword : Poster Media, Learning Results, Substances and Their Changes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan konflik batin, faktor-faktor penyebab batin, dan respon atau tindakan tokoh dalam film Air Mata di Ujung Sajadah karya Titien Wattimena. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah deskriftif. Sumber data berupa dalam film Air Mata di Ujung Sajadah karya Titien Wattimena. Data yang didapatkan berupa konflik batin dan buktinya. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa teknik observasi yaitu menggunakan sumber-sumber dari informasi, fakta dan deskrispi. Dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, redukasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengenai konflik batin, faktor-faktor penyebab konflik batin dan respon atau tindakan tokoh dalam film Air Mata di Ujung Sajadah karya Titien Wattimena di dapatkan 9 konflik batin diantaranya konflik batin Aqila memilih ibu kandung atau kekasih, Aqila bertemu Baskara atau tidak bertemu Baskara, bingung ingin merebut Baskara atau tidak merebut Baskara, membiarkan Aqila mengurus anaknya atau membiarkan Arif dan Yumna mengadopsi Baskara, mengizinkan Baskara bertemu Aqila atau tidak mengizinkan Baskara bertemu Aqila, mengikhlaskan Baskara untuk ikut Aqila atau tidak mengizinkan Baskara, tidak memberitahu ibu Baskara bukan cucu kandungnya atau memberitahu Baskara cucu kandungnya, eyang Murni melarang bertemu Baskara atau membiarkan bertemu Baskara dan pilih ibu kandung atau orang tua asuh.Kata Kunci: Film, Konflik Batin, Film Air Mata di Ujung Sajadah.

Abstract

Competency-based educational management emphasizes the importance of well-planned and sustainable human resource management to achieve optimal educational goals. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of teacher competency development management in the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka (Independent Curriculum) based on competency-based educational management theory. The research employs a mixed-methods approach with an evaluative design. The subjects consist of 20 teachers from SD Negeri 01 Bermani Ilir, SD Negeri 19 Kepahiang, SD Negeri 01 Kepahiang, SD Negeri 15 Kepahiang, SMP Negeri 2 Kepahiang, SMP Negeri 1 Kepahiang, and SMP Negeri 2 Tebat Karai. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, competency tests, and document analysis, and subsequently analyzed using descriptive statistics and thematic analysis. The results reveal that the effectiveness of teacher competency development management has not yet reached an optimal level. A total of 60% of teachers rated the training management as moderately effective, while 40% considered it less effective. Identified challenges include a lack of practice-based training, limited facilities, and high administrative workloads. Teachers with strong management support showed improvements in understanding and implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka, although maintaining consistency remains a challenge. This study concludes that teacher competency development management needs enhancement through more relevant training, strengthened supervision by school principals, improved access to technology, and more efficient management of administrative workloads. These strategic recommendations are expected to support the successful and optimal implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

The main problem faced is the low level of utilization of ICT-based learning media by teachers, where only 20% or 2 out of 10 teachers use it in learning, and the use is not yet optimal. This study aims to describe the application of the In House Training (IHT) academic supervision technique in improving teachers' ability to use learning media based on information and communication technology (ICT) at Ma'had Rabbani IT High School, Central Bengkulu. This study used a Supervisory Action Research design carried out in three cycles. Data were obtained through observation, assessment instruments, and document analysis. The results showed a significant increase in the utilization of ICT-based media. In the pre-cycle, only 20% of teachers used ICT-based media, but after three cycles of academic supervision through IHT, utilization increased to 100%. Teachers' competence in using ICT-based learning media also experienced a gradual increase, with an average score of 79 in the first cycle, increasing to 90 in the second cycle, and reaching 94 in the third cycle. This study provides a positive impact on the quality of learning in schools.

Abstract

Integrated educational management plays a vital role in enhancing national education quality, particularly in regions like Kepahiang Regency, which faces challenges of educational disparities between urban and rural schools. This study aims to explore the application of this approach to address such challenges and improve the quality of high school education. Using a descriptive qualitative research method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The findings reveal that human resource management, curriculum, and infrastructure in Kepahiang schools are not yet fully optimized. Rural schools face limitations in facilities and training opportunities, while urban schools benefit from better resource access. The implemented Merdeka Curriculum shows potential but is hindered by inadequate infrastructure support. This study underscores the importance of collaboration among local governments, schools, and communities to achieve a more holistic and sustainable education system.
