Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam memanfaatkan platform digital sebagai sarana pemasaran produk secara online. Dengan maraknya perkembangan teknologi dan transformasi menuju desa digital, pelaku usaha diharapkan mampu beradaptasi dengan strategi pemasaran modern guna meningkatkan daya saing dan jangkauan pasar. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan praktis, dan pendampingan dalam penggunaan berbagai platform digital seperti media sosial, marketplace, dan aplikasi bisnis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman pelaku usaha terhadap pentingnya digitalisasi serta kemampuan awal dalam mengelola akun bisnis secara daring. Program ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam mendorong transformasi digital UMKM di wilayah pedesaan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The rapid development of Shopee means that businesspeople must be careful in determining the right strategy to attract the attention of consumers, especially Gen Z. Therefore, sellers on the Shopee application need to know the factors that influence impulse buying, two of which are hedonic shopping motivation and perceived ease. of use. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from a sample of 100 generation Z SPaylaters in Pondok Melati sub-district. The analysis used in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this research show that partially hedonic shopping motivation has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying among Generation Z Shopee users in Pondok Melati District. Partially perceived ease of use has no effect on impulse buying among Generation Z Shopee users in Pondok Melati District. The independent variables hedonic shopping motivation (X1) and perceived ease of use (X2), together have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying (Y) in Generation Z Shopee users in Pondok Melati District.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work experience, work motivation and work conflict on employee productivity. The population in this study were employees of the LKS 'A' cake food company in Surabaya with a saturated sampling of 34 employees. Data analysis used the SPSS for Windows version 21 program, with instrument testing, namely validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing, both partial and simultaneous tests. The results of this study indicate that work experience, work motivation and work conflict have a significant effect both individually and simultaneously on employee work productivity. Work experience is the variable with the most dominant influence. From these findings, organizations and managers are expected to focus on developing skills for their workers in various ways that can improve skills. This includes recognizing employee contributions, communicating company progress and achievements to workers, empowering workers and the knowledge and skills required for optimal performance. Improving all of these factors can improve employee skills and motivation and reduce conflict within the organization leading to increased productivity. This research enriches information/theory regarding the relationship between work experience, work motivation and work conflict on employee productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the marketing strategy implemented by PT Segawan Solo, a company operating in the manufacturing industry. The main focus of this research is to understand how the marketing strategy implemented can influence company performance, especially in the face of increasingly tight market competition. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, which involves in-depth interviews with marketing management, direct observation of marketing activities, and analysis of secondary data from company reports. The research results show that PT Segawan Solo implements an integrated marketing strategy, including digital marketing via social media, improving product quality, price adjustments, and expanding the distribution network. Product innovation and adaptation to market trends are the main drivers for the success of this marketing strategy. The conclusions of this research indicate that adaptive and data-based marketing strategies can help PT Segawan Solo increase its market share and competitiveness in the manufacturing industry.

Abstract

Along with the times and the growing economy, more and more students are interested in starting their own business. The student entrepreneurship program exists as a forum for developing entrepreneurial skills and helping to hone their potential, so that students can become agents of change that have a positive impact on society. This program is expected to create more jobs and increase student independence in entrepreneurship. This program is held in semester 5 where it will be implemented from September to December 2022. The product produced is aromatherapy. Activities include the stages of planning, implementing, evaluating and analyzing the results of activities which include financial, marketing and production factors.
