Penanaman modal asing sering diyakini dapat membantu memecahkan banyak masalah ekonomi dan sosial yang serius. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pananaman modal asing terhadap tingkat pengangguran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Reviews (SLR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) terhadap tingkat pengangguran bersifat kompleks dan bervariasi. Beberapa studi mendukung kontribusi positif FDI dalam menurunkan tingkat pengangguran melalui transfer teknologi dan penciptaan lapangan kerja. Pemanasan global akibat penumpukan gas karbondioksida (CO2) mengakibatkan suhu udara terasa lebih panas. Penumpukan gas karbondioksida (CO2) terjadi disebabkan aktivitas manusia yang tidak memperhatikan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Konsep green economy dicanangkan mampu mengatasi persoalan yang hangat terjadi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kajian pustaka yang bersumber dari artikel ilmiah, jurnal, dan dokumen yang relevan. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil limbah yang tercipta dari aktivitas manusia bidang industri tekstil diklasifikasikan menjadi dua jenis. Adapun pengolahan limbah tekstil padat dapat disikapi dengan pengelolaan wadah pembungkus selama proses produksi dipakai kembali tanpa harus dibuang, limbah benang dan limbah kain diberikan perlakuan dengan mendaur ulang.Kata kunci: pemanasan global, green economy, limbah tekstil padat.Doi: https://doi.org/10.23960/JIPS/v4i2.54-59

This study aims to determine the effect of mastery of material expertise in the field of study on readiness to become a teacher in students majoring. The method in this study uses descriptive verification. The population in this study were students majoring in social science education class 2018-2021 Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Lampung University. The sampling technique is probability sampling using stratified random sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing was carried out by t and F tests and processed by the SPSS program. The results of the analysis showed that there was an effect of 17.3%. If the mastery of the subject matter expertise increases, it can increase the readiness to become a prospective teacher.

Kaum sarungan di Rajabasa, menghadapi tantangan serius dalam mengembangkan usaha mereka karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan bisnis, akses terbatas ke modal dan pasar, serta kurangnya pemanfaatan kearifan lokal. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat mengusulkan optimalisasi kerjasama Pentahelix berbasis Local Wisdom. Urgensi kegiatan ini terletak pada kebutuhan mendesak untuk memberdayakan kaum sarungan dan memperkuat ekonomi lokal, Solusi yang ditawarkan meliputi pelatihan keterampilan bisnis, fasilitasi akses ke modal, pengembangan jaringan pasar, dan integrasi kearifan lokal dalam pengembangan produk. Metode pengabdian ini mencakup penyelenggaraan Penyuluhan, Pelatihan, Diskusi dan Tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan ini membuktikan peningkatan pemahaman jiwa bisnis kaum sarungan dan penguatan identitas budaya lokal. Keseluruhan, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan jiwa bisnis kaum sarungan dan mengembangkan ekonomi Iokal Rajabasa melalui pendekatan kolaboratif yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.Kata Kunci : Jiwa Bisnis, Local Wisdom, Pentahelix.

Increased awareness of the negative impact of human activities on the environment has led to a growing interest in green entrepreneurship. This study aims to investigate the factors that influence green entrepreneurial intentions among the younger generation. The method used in this study is Systematic Literature Reviews (SLR). The results showed that environment, entrepreneurship education, institutional and state support, and psychological factors such as self-efficacy influence green entrepreneurial intentions. In addition, social support and perceived happiness were also found to have a relationship with the intention to start a green venture.

This research aims to develop business-based communication teaching materials Project Based Learning (PjBL) which is valid and tests its effectiveness in increasing the work readiness of Vocational High School (VHS) students. This research uses the ADDIE development model which includes stages Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The development of teaching materials is carried out based on analysis of student and industry needs, as well as validation by material experts, learning media and practitioners. The research results show that the teaching materials developed are valid and effective in improving students' business communication skills. The test results show a significant increase in pretest and posttest scores, which indicates that students are better prepared to face the world of work after using this teaching material. Apart from that, this research also found that the integration of technology in PjBL learning and collaborative learning can help students develop soft skills that are important for success in the world of work. Based on the research results, it is hoped that this teaching material can be implemented more widely in vocational schools to improve the quality of vocational education in Indonesia.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/E3J/v7.i2.224-229

One of the important abilities possessed by job seekers is transferable skills. The demands of the industry in fulfilling the workforce in the Industrial 4.0 era are more complex because they have to be adapted to hard skills and soft skills competencies. SMK is an important point in meeting the needs of industrial workers. The transferable skills developed are communication, cooperation, and discipline and responsibility. The aim is to analyze the development of transferable skills in productive learning at SMK and the absorption of soft skills by SMK students. This study uses a quantitative approach in which data processing is carried out using statistical methods. The type of research used in this study is the Quasi-Experimental method: Nonequivalent Control Group Designs. The researcher tries to find out the effect of the dependent variable and examines it retrospectively to establish causes, relationships, associations and their meaning. This research will be conducted on students of Agriculture Vocational Schools in Central Lampung . The results of this study indicate that communication skills really support the transferable skills of vocational students

Revolusi industri 4.0, penggunaan teknologi, khususnya Artificial Intelligence (AI) telah menjadi sebuah revolusi dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penggunaan Artificial Intelligence terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah sistematik literatur review, di mana analisis dilakukan terhadap berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI memiliki potensi signifikan dalam memfasilitasi pembelajaran dan memperkuat pemikiran kritis mahasiswa. Teknologi AI, dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran berbasis masalah, dan memupuk pemikiran kritis. Namun, jika tidak diterapkan dengan tepat, AI juga dapat membatasi kreativitas dan menurunkan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa AI memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa. Namun, pengintegrasian AI dalam pembelajaran memerlukan pendekatan yang hati-hati untuk memaksimalkan manfaatnya dan mengurangi potensi dampak negatifnya terhadap pemikiran kritis.

This study aims to explore the development and impact of entrepreneurship education on green entrepreneurial intentions, based on a descriptive analysis of 46 articles published between 2013 and 2023. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Reviews. The analysis showed a significant growth in publications related to the topic of green entrepreneurial intention, with the highest peak of publications occurring in 2023. Entrepreneurship education has been identified as a key factor influencing green entrepreneurial intentions, with previous studies showing the positive impact of this education on green entrepreneurial intentions through strengthening the desire to start a business and instilling sustainability values. Studies have also shown that entrepreneurship education can influence green entrepreneurial intentions by shaping positive attitudes and self-efficacy, and developing sustainability-related knowledge and skills. Support from educational institutions and government act as moderators that strengthen the relationship between green entrepreneurial intention and behavior.
