Abstract

In order to face challenges in the industrial sector and strengthen entrepreneurial culture, collaboration between schools and the business world/industrial world is really needed. Provisions related to business and industrial activities are not only carried out in special or vocational schools, but can be provided from elementary school. The research method used in this article is qualitative. The results of the analysis show that collaboration between schools and industry in preparing students for the world of work is a form of technological and vocational education innovation in Indonesia which expects schools and industry to play a greater role in determining, encouraging and driving technology education and students must be able to understand both theoretical and practical by applying it directly to the world of work.

Abstract

The implementation of law enforcement in Indonesia is still relatively weak, so a deeper analysis of the causes of the occurrence is needed. This study aims to examine gender in the state and law, a study of the implementation of law enforcement in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical study method. Data collection is based on in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation studies. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data reduction techniques, presenting data to drawing conclusions. The results of this study conclude that law enforcement in Indonesia is still weak, the integration of law enforcement officers is not well established, the level of performance implementation by law enforcement officers is low, and the application of law is blunt up and down (non-Pancasilais).

Abstract

Writing skills are one of the main competencies that must be mastered by students in the upper grades of elementary school. This article discusses the evaluation of writing skills learning in elementary school classes. The purpose of this research is to explore the role of formative and summative evaluations, as well as authentic evaluations in improving students' writing abilities. The literature study method was used to collect information related to writing learning evaluation. The subjects of this research were elementary school students, with research objects including aspects such as sentence structure, vocabulary, and organization of ideas in writing. The research results show that evaluation of writing learning has an important role in improving students' writing skills. Evaluation helps in measuring student progress, provides appropriate feedback, supports instructional planning, and encourages reflection for both teachers and students. The implication of this research is the importance of carrying out systematic evaluations by educators in order to create a quality learning environment, especially in terms of improving students' writing skills in the upper grades of elementary school. Thus, this article provides valuable insight for educational practitioners in improving writing learning evaluation methods that are effective and have a positive impact on student development.

Abstract

Supervision is the overall activity of supervising, checking, coordinating and controlling all activities so that they take place in accordance with established plans and desired results. Evaluation is a form of planned process of determining the condition of an object using instruments while the results are used as a benchmark for comparison with what was planned to obtain conclusions. The research method used in this article is library research, which is a way to collect data by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to the research topic. The results of the analysis show the meaning of educational supervision, the purpose of educational supervision, the function of educational supervision, the meaning of evaluation, the purpose of evaluation in education and the function of evaluation in education in order to achieve a clear direction in understanding supervision and evaluation in educational administration.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out which strategy done by Educators in Improving Reading Ability Students In High Class and to know Factors Supporting and Inhibiting Strategies in educators Improving Students' Reading Ability in high grades. The type of this research is qualitative research field. The data collection technique is by technique interview, observation, and documentation. Deep subject this study are teachers and students. Based on the results research it can be concluded that the Educator Strategy In Improving Students' Reading Ability In High Grades has been carried out by the teacher in grade 4, namely by doing direct learning strategy, not learning strategy direct, interactive learning strategies, learning strategies through experience, and independent learning strategies. Factor which affects the ability to improve reading students namely supporting factors that include, facilities and infrastructure, effective teaching materials/materials, and adequate facilities, while the inhibiting factors are environmental factors, lack of student interest in reading, intellectual factors (intelligence) and factors from parents.
