Abstract

This research is to find out the decision making of investors in investing in the Capital Market by using the Price Earning Ratio (PER) calculation approach. This study uses a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The analysis technique uses data from data collection, data processing, and the results of data analysis as input. In this study using fundamental analysis methodology using the Price Earning Ratio (PER) to determine the condition of the stock market. The research results show that from the results of estimating intrinsic value using the price-earnings ratio method, it is determined that PT X Tbk is an undervalued company, with an intrinsic value that is higher than the market price or depressed shares. The results of estimating intrinsic value using the price-earnings ratio method show that the companies PT Y Tbk and PT Z Tbk are overvalued because their intrinsic value is lower than the market price or share value.

Abstract

Global demand for English as a foreign language (EFL) has generated a demand for learning options that maintain students motivated to study the language. The purpose of this study is to analyze ELT and EFL trends using published JEES and JEFL publications as a basis. The period under examination was from 2019 to 2023. Researchers investigated the 229 studies that were published in journals throughout this time period, concentrating on providing an overview of the methodology, subjects, and data collection techniques of the populations that were studied. In order to address the emerging topics in contemporary EFL and ELT research, we have also attempted to provide a summary of the literature's major findings. Thus, this work provides a thorough synthesis and analysis of current research trends in EFL and ELT in Indonesia. Furthermore, most of the studies featured university students and adults as well as teachers from general education. The results of this study show that the most discussed topics in both journals are about teaching practices and methods. The researcher also found extensive use of multimedia and ICT, through which we can identify a viable path for enhancing language learning, teaching, and future research. This review highlights the need for sustainable interventions and studies with diverse populations in the expanding field of EFL.

Abstract

Abstract This journal aims to understand the process of forming government regulations, regulations in lieu of laws and the process of forming PERDA. The method in the journal uses a literature review and the materials used in this journal are several scientific journals, textbooks, research reports, and official documents. The research results state that there are several processes in the formation of government regulations, namely planning a program for compiling government regulations, drafting government regulations, establishing draft government regulations and promulgating government regulations. The preparation of Government Regulations in Lieu of Laws is regulated in Article 52 of Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the Formation of Legislative Regulations. Meanwhile, the mechanism for drafting regional regulations is divided into 5 stages, namely planning, drafting, discussing, determining/ratifying and promulgating. Key words: Process, Formation, Government Regulation, Substitute for Law, PERDA Abstrak Jurnal ini bertujuan agar dapat memahami tentang proses pembentukan peraturan pemerintah, peraturan pengganti UU dan proses pembentukan PERDA. Metode dalam jurnal menggunakan Review Literatur dan bahan yang digunakan dalam jurnal ini adalah beberapa jurnal ilmiah, buku teks, laporan penelitian, serta dokumen-dokumen resmi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa ada beberapa proses dalam pembentukan peraturan pemerintah yakni perencanaan program penyusunan peraturan pemerintah, penyusunan rancangan peraturan pemerintah, penetapan rancangan peraturan pemerintah hingga pengundangan peraturan pemerintah. Penyusunan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang diatur dalam Pasal 52 Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-Undangan. Sedangkan mekanisme penyusunan peraturan daerah dibagi menjadi 5 tahap, yaitu perencanaan, penyusunan, pembahasan, penetapan/pengesahan dan pengundangan. Kata-kata kunci: Proses, Pembentukan, Peraturan Pemerintah, Pengganti UU, PERDA
