Abstract

This research aims to design an information system for receiving direct cash assistance funds at the Sepang sub-district office, the sub-district can use this system to make it easier to receive direct cash assistance funds. Researchers use the PHP programming language, assisted by the Laravel Framework, and use MYSQL as a database. For the software development stage, use the saw method. Data collection techniques in research use observation, interviews and literature studies. The results of this research are an application for determining the receipt of direct cash assistance funds in the Sepang sub-district which is expected to make it easier for the sub-district to implement the receipt of direct cash assistance funds.

Abstract

Proses pencatatan Berita Acara Perkuliahan (BAP) di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Bina Bangsa masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan formulir kertas. Prosedur ini kerap menimbulkan keterlambatan, kehilangan data, serta menyulitkan rekapitulasi informasi akademik secara efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi Berita Acara Perkuliahan Online yang dapat mempercepat, mempermudah, serta mendigitalisasi proses pencatatan dan pengelolaan BAP. Metode yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Sistem dirancang menggunakan UML dan dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel dengan arsitektur Model-View-Controller (MVC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat mempercepat proses pengisian dan validasi BAP, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, serta memudahkan pencarian data berdasarkan periode. Sistem juga menyediakan fitur akses yang berbeda untuk dosen, admin, dan mahasiswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa aplikasi BAP Online berhasil menjadi solusi digital yang efektif dan efisien untuk mendukung administrasi akademik yang modern dan terstruktur.

Abstract

Elementary students’ understanding of human internal organs continues to face challenges due to limited visual media and conventional teaching methods. This study aims to develop an Android-based educational application that integrates Augmented Reality (AR) technology as an alternative solution to introduce internal organs in an interactive and engaging manner. The development model employed is ADDIE, which consists of needs analysis, interface design, application development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The resulting application is capable of displaying 3D marker-based objects accompanied by educational narration and a user-friendly interface. Implementation was conducted at SDN Rancaranji using Unity and Vuforia on Android devices. Evaluation results from 41 respondents, comprising teachers and parents, indicated highly positive responses, particularly regarding the educational value aspect. These findings support the effectiveness of AR technology as an interactive and enjoyable science learning medium aligned with the elementary school curriculum. This study contributes to the development of practical technology-based learning media within the context of Indonesian primary education.
