Abstract

Introduction & Aim: Stunting is still one of the causes of death and has a significant impact on the growth and development of toddlers. So prevention needs to be done starting from preconception even from adolescent girls. This study shows that education related to stunting prevention behavior can be provided since adolescence, so that the incidence of stunting can be prevented early. Method of Activity: This community service uses the PIE (Planning, Intervention and Evaluation) approach which is carried out in Depok. Activities were carried out for 6 weeks which included, assessment (surveys and interviews), and implementation of interventions related to stunting prevention behavior with balanced nutrition education and physical exercise of dysmenorrhea. Results: Stunting prevention behavior in adolescents increased before and after the activity with high knowledge 88.8%, positive attitude 81.5% and good skills 44.4% Discussion: The health promotion program designed should focus on educational interventions involving games and group discussions, so as to encourage active participation and increase understanding of the importance of stunting prevention behaviors.

Abstract

Persaingan antar rumah sakit semakin tinggi seiring bertambahnya fasilitas kesehatan di Indonesia, khususnya rumah sakit swasta. Salah satu strategi penting yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pasien adalah brand awareness. Dalam situasi ini, rumah sakit dituntut tidak hanya memberikan layanan bermutu, tetapi membangun kesadaran merek yang kuat agar dapat dikenal dan dipilih oleh masyarakat.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand awareness terhadap keputusan penggunaan layanan rawat inap kandungan dan kebidanan di Rumah Sakit Adi Husada Kapasari Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan studi observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 50 responden rawat jalan klinik spesialis obgyn yang diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data dilakukan dengan uji regresi logistic. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh indikator brand awareness yaitu unware of brand, brand recognition, brand recall, dan top of mind berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan layanan rawat inap kandungan dan kebidanan di Rumah Sakit Adi Husada Kapasari (p-value=0,000). Hasil regresi logistic menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan 1 poin pada masing-masing indikator meningkatkan peluang sebesar 32,9%-38%. Brand Awareness memiliki peranan penting dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pasien untuk menggunakan layanan rawat inap kandungan dan kebidanan. Rumah sakit dengan tingkat pengenalan merek yang tinggi, mudah diingat dan menjadi pilihan utama dalam benak masyarakat cenderung lebih dipilih oleh pasien. Hasil ini menekankan pentingnya strategi pembangunan merek dalam pelayanan kesehatan, khusunya layanan yang menyentuh aspek emosional seoerti perawatan ibu dan bayi.

Abstract

Kebijakan baru BPJS dengan adanya peralihan Kelas Rawat Inap Standar (KRIS) pada tahun 2025 berupaya menghilangkan kesenjangan kelas dan memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang adil bagi seluruh peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional. Meskipun demikian, perubahan yang akan terjadi memerlukan pertimbangan yang matang, terutama bagi non-peserta PBI, sehingga memerlukan penelitian dan analisis lebih lanjut untuk menilai penerimaan masyarakat terhadap rencana implemetasi Kelas Rawat Inap Standar (KRIS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi hubungan peserta JKN Non-PBI terhadap penerimaan rencana implementasi kelas rawat inap standar (KRIS). Penelitian ini menggunakan Theoritical Framework Acceptabillity. Teori tersebut cocok digunakan dalam berbagai penelitian,, terutama yang berakitan dengan penerimaan intervensi layanan kesehatan dengan desain observasional analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif,menggunakan teknik pengambilan purposive sampling yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi untuk memilih sampel 60 peserta JKN Non-PBI di Rumah Sakit Adi Husada Kapasari. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner TheoriticalFramework Acceptabillity analisis statistik dilakukan menggunakan uji Regresi Logistik Linier. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa mayoritas responden terdapat hubungan signifikan dengan p=value <0,05 antara variabel Theoritical Framework Acceptancebillity terhadap penerimaan KRIS. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kebijakan desentralisasi berlaku di Indonesia pada tahun 1999. Desentralisasi adalah penyerahan tugas, kewenangan, tanggung jawab, dan sumber daya dari pemerintah pusat kepada pemerintah daerah. Hal ini memberikan kewenangan penuh kepada pemerintah daerah untuk mengatur, membangun, mengembangkan wilayah, dan mensejahterakan masyarakat. Untuk melakukan pemantauan Pembangunan Kesehatan maka di buatlah berbagai indikator berdasarkan program Kesehatan. Kementerian Kesehatan membuat sebuah Indeks Pembangunan Kesehatan Masyarakat (IPKM) untuk merangkum berbagai indikator Kesehatan agar mudah dalam pemantauan Pembangunan Kesehatan di daerah. Pembangunan Kesehatan merupakan investasi untuk peningkatan kualtias sumber daya manusia. kualitas sumber daya manusia dapat dipantau dengan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM). Jawa Timur merupakan salah satu provinsi dengan populasi terbanyak ketiga di indonesia. Program kesehatan yang dijalankan pemerintah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan angka harapan hidup dan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh capaian IPKM terhadap IPM di Provinsi Jawa Timur Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross-sectional menggunakan data sekunder skor IPKM dari Kementerian Kesehatan dan skor IPM dari Badan Pusat Statistik tahun 2018. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara capaian IPKM dengan capaian IPM di provinsi jawa timur. Beberapa daerah di Provinsi Jawa Timur mempunyai hubungan spasial. Artinya skor IPKM berpengaruh terhadap nilai IPM. Pembangunan Kesehatan tak lepas dari tingkat pengetahuan, dan kesadaran Masyarakat akan lingkungannya. Hubungan kedekatan antar daerah juga mempengaruhi tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakatnya. Saran: Peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran Masyarakat akan Kesehatan adalah kegiatan tanpa henti, investasi, dan tanggung jawab bagi pemerintah daerah untuk peningkatan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia. Kolaborasi antar pemerintah daerah (pemerintah provinsi dan pemerintah kabupaten/kota) sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan program Pembangunan Kesehatan Masyarakat.

Abstract

Background: Marketing is a management activities derived from customer interactions. The marketing mix is one of the marketing techniques used by an organization to achieve its goals in the target market. The conditions required or that may be identified in order to use the available bed. In usage, four criteria are used for correctly tracking the usage of bed: bed occupancy ratio (BOR), length of stay (LOS), turn over interval (TOI), and bed turn over (BTO). According to information from Hospital X type C, the number of Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) inpatients is below standard and will continue to fall throughout each month in 2022. Aims:The objective of this research was to investigate the association between the marketing mix and increasing utilization of inpatient care. Methods:This research conducted a quantitative study using a cross-sectional study technique. The sample was 20 persons. Results:Using all of the data generated by the independent variables and the dependent variable, namely the marketing mix and purchasing decisions, it is possible to determine product, price, place and process with a significance level smaller than 0.05, indicating that there is a relationship between these variables and the purchase decision. Conclusion: The utilization of inpatient rooms at Hospital X is influenced by several factors such as the service products offered, rates, place and process

Abstract

Background: The health service has a public relations division which can be considered important in carrying out its duties. One of the tasks of public relations itself is to handle patient komplaints. Aims: know the relationship between public relations skills and the competency of patient registration officers in handling komplaints. Methods: This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with an approach of distributing questionnaires to officers with 6 respondents. Results: the results obtained on the independent and dependent variables, namely the relationship between competence and patient handling in the moderate category, officer communication with komplaint handling in the low category and job description with komplaint handling in the moderate category. Conclusion: The conclusions obtained are the competence of officers in handling related komplaints, the communication of officers in handling related komplaints and the job description of officers in handling related komplaints.

Abstract

Background: In some hospitals, response time for services is still a problem that is often complained about by patients. One of the things that affects response time is patient satisfaction. The response time standard set by Adi Husada Kapasari Hospital is that more than 80% of patients receive services within the appropriate time, however, in 2023 it is still below the standard, with an average of 77.4%. Aims: This study aims to determine the relationship between service response time and patient satisfaction at the Internal Medicine Clinic of Adi Husada Kapasari Hospital, Surabaya. Methods: The design of this research is cross-sectional, the research sample amounted to 38 people. Using Spearman's Rank Test. Results: The majority of respondents who visited were women (63%), age group 30-50 years (37%). There is a significant relationship between service response time and patient satisfaction with a p value = 0.003 (p value <0.005) and a correlation coefficient value of 0.471 indicating that the direction of the relationship between the two variables is positive and in the same direction at Adi Husada Kapasari Hospital, Surabaya. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between service response time and patient satisfaction. The strength of the relationship between service response time and patient satisfaction is included in the sufficient category.

Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is being felt all over the world, especially in Indonesia. Covid-19 has had an impact on the health, economic and social sectors. The large number of deaths due to disease causes changes in the composition of the population. To prevent the spread from becoming more widespread, the government implemented large-scale social restrictions. Travel restrictions and long stays at home have the government fearing a post-pandemic boom in births. Therefore the government focuses on birth control. This study aims to determine the development of a pandemic and its impact on the number of new users of family planning methods in East Java Province.The research used secondary data that came from the website of the East Java Provincial Health Office and the Population and Family Planning Agency from March 2020 to November 2021. The results of the regression test showed that there was no effect between the number of positive confirmed cases of Covid-19 and the number of new users of contraceptive methods. This shows that the policies developed have been successful and it is hoped that there will be a strategy for family planning services for other emergencies. Socialization and establishing cooperation between health workers in the field also need to be improved, especially for health workers in the private sector.

Abstract

Background: One of the main services in hospitals are the pharmacy department. Pharmaceutical services are expected to be carried out according to established standards, to provide excellent service to patients. Aims: To determine the relationship between the quality of pharmaceutical services and patient satisfaction in the pharmaceutical installation of X Hospital Surabaya Methods: Quantitative research with cross sectional study design. The inclusion criteria in this study were patients/patients' families, aged 20-65 years, and willing to fill out a complete questionnaire. The independent variable is the quality of pharmaceutical services at X Hospital, the dependent variable is patient satisfaction at the X Hospital pharmacy installation. The study population was all patients both inpatient and outpatient at X Hospital, with a minimum sample size of 53 people. Results: Most of the respondents were female (60.38%), aged > 60 years (49.06%) with polyclinic visits mostly 3-4 times and most were college graduates (PT) (43.40%). There was a relationship between satisfaction of respondents with redemption process of drug prescriptions at the Pharmacy Unit of X Hospital Surabaya (p= 0.000 (α≤0.05) and r = 0.498). This shows that the respondents' expectations of the tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy components were well fulfilled. Satisfaction from several of these dimensions indicates a good match between the quality of service at the X Hospital Pharmacy Unit and the level of patient satisfaction. Conclusion: The quality of service at the Pharmacy Installation of X Hospital must be maintained and improved to provide satisfaction to the community. Accuracy in carrying out procedures and supported by the optimization of tangible components, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy can certainly be a form of commitment in maintaining the quality of service in hospitals

Abstract

Background: Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) is a new type of virus that attacks the body's immunity and can cause death. The death rate due to the virus varies, depending on the infected population, regulations applied by the government, and the availability of laboratory tests. Aims: This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge of Covid-19 vaccination and the completeness of Covid-19 vaccination in the area of ​​Rt.06 Rw.03 Randu Barat, Sidotopo Wetan Village, Kenjeran District. Methods: This study uses a correlation study design with a Cross-Sectional approach. The research population was residents of RT.06 RW.03 Randu Barat, Sidotopo Wetan Village, Kenjeran District, with a sample of 47 respondents taken using a simple random sampling technique. The independent variable is knowledge of the covid-19 vaccination, the dependent variable is the completeness of the covid-19 vaccination. Data were collected using a questionnaire, with an ordinal data scale and analyzed using the Rank Spearman Correlation test (alpha 0.05). Results: The results showed that almost half of the respondents (47.7%) had good knowledge about Covid-19 vaccination, and most of the respondents (72.3%) had incomplete vaccinations. Based on the Spearman Rank test analysis showed that there was an opposite relationship between knowledge and completeness of vaccination (p 0.000 < 0.05), and the correlation coefficient was -0.453, meaning the strength of the correlation between the two variables was strong. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between knowledge and completeness of vaccination. So, it is hoped that it can add insight into public knowledge and awareness regarding the willingness to vaccinate against Covid-19.
