Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Hedonic Promotion And Shopping Motives Against Impulse Buying On Zalora Online Shopping Site. Method of research used is explanatory survey method. The sample selection was done by using purposive sampling technique with the number of samples of 100 respondents. The data used is interval data. Statistical methods for data testing using the SPSS 20 for Windows program. By using multiple linear regression analysis, the results of research show that Promotion has significant effect to Impulse Buying with t count value > t table and Hedonic Shopping Motives have significant effect to Impulse Buying with value t count > t table. Likewise with the Promotion and Hedonic Shopping Motives simultaneously significant effect on Impulse Buying with the value of F count > F table.

Abstract

The technology is not separated of daily life, both at work, school or for the mere entertainment we use technology. The technology is evolving fast, one of the interesting phenomenon is the emergence of the Internet technology. The development of information technology, telecommunications, and the internet causing the manufacturer provides business applications that use the internet network, one of the applications is e-banking. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of e-Trust and e-Service Quality on e-Loyalty, e-Banking user BNI in the Regency of Subang. The research method used was explanatory survey methods. The data used is data interval. Statistical methods for testing data using SPSS SPPS 20 for windows. From the results of the research noted that the e-Trust influential significantly to e-Loyalty and e-Service Quality effect significantly to e-Loyalty. As well as e-Trust and e-Service Quality simultaneously significant effect against the e-Loyalty.

Abstract

The tourism industry is crucial for national economies as it significantly contributes to foreign exchange earnings, economic growth, public welfare improvement, job creation, and unemployment reduction. Subang Regency, with its rich natural resources, leverages tourism as a key income source. Curug Koleangkak, a famous waterfall in Nagrak Village, Ciater, Subang, stands out for its natural beauty and eco-tourism potential. This research aims to analyze the quality of Curug Koleangkak as a tourism destination by evaluating its attractiveness, facilities, and accessibility. Using a mixed-method approach including surveys, interviews, and field observations, this study reveals high visitor appreciation for the natural appeal of Curug Koleangkak but identifies areas needing improvement in facility maintenance and accessibility. Recommendations include infrastructure development, increased promotional activities, and sustainable tourism practices to enhance the viability and attractiveness of Curug Koleangkak. These findings are intended to aid local authorities and stakeholders in strategic planning to elevate Curug Koleangkak's recognition beyond Subang Regency.

Abstract

This research investigates how Tourism Village products impact business opportunities in tourism areas. This research was carried out descriptive quantitatively, with questionnaires used to collect primary data and secondary data from various sources. This research involved people who visited or visited the Cibeusi Ciater Subang Tourism Village. The results of data analysis show that Tourism Village products received a positive assessment from respondents, with the Informing Tourism Village Products indicator getting the highest score. Apart from that, respondents considered that business opportunities in the Cibeusi Ciater Subang Tourism Village were quite potential, although there were several things that needed to be improved. This research shows how important it is to improve service quality and increase community participation to increase business opportunities in Tourism Villages. Future research must involve more local parties in the development of Tourism Villages so that local communities are better off.

Abstract

The development of social media, particularly Instagram, has provided new opportunities for the tourism sector to promote destinations more widely and effectively. The Fish Village of Tanjung Valley in Subang Regency is one of the tourist destinations that utilizes social media to introduce its uniqueness and natural potential. This research aims to determine the impact of Social Media Marketing through the Instagram platform and service quality on tourists' interest in visiting. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey method, with descriptive and verificative research types. The population in this study consists of tourists from Subang Regency and outside Subang who have visited the tourist attraction Kampung Ikan Lembah Tanjung Subang using Instagram social media. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to 107 respondents, namely Subang tourists who have visited the tourist attraction Kampung Ikan Lembah Tanjung Subang using Instagram. The results of this research indicate that Social Media Marketing and Service Quality have a significant impact on Visit Intention both partially and simultaneously. The recommendation for the company is for Instagram account managers to be more active in responding to the audience and to hold interactions such as Q&A or polling. In the dimension of Responsiveness within Service Quality, individual attention from employees still needs to be improved through training and adding staff during busy times. The indicator of preferential interest in Visit Intention is also low, therefore, strategies to strengthen the unique appeal of the destination are needed.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has reshaped shopping behavior. Shopee remains the most-used marketplace, yet customer loyalty in areas like Subang District is still inconsistent. Price competition, similar promotions, and uneven digital services make users easily switch to other platforms. This study examines the effect of Social Media Marketing (SMM) and E-Service Quality (ESQ) on customer loyalty. SMM builds engagement through social media content, while ESQ emphasizes digital service quality such as speed, reliability, and security. A quantitative method was applied by distributing questionnaires to 70 Shopee users in Subang District and analyzing data using multiple linear regression. Findings reveal that both SMM and ESQ have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Better social media strategies and service quality lead to stronger user commitment. The results highlight the importance of improving customer relationships and retention in regional e-commerce markets.

Abstract

The level of contribution to the performance of SMEs is needed by the Subang regional government as a booster of the Subang economy, but the fact is that the contribution of MSME performance in Subang Regency has not been evenly distributed which is possible due to differences in information, knowledge, and access to capital. The Covid-19 pandemic period triggered a decline in MSME performance and an increase in the risk of bankruptcy. Business feasibility is an important point for MSMEs to decide on the choice of strategy to survive in competition. Errors in analyzing business performance can cause MSMEs to fall due to decision errors such as segment determination errors, inability to compete, and losses due to poor financial management. The practice of socialization and mapping of the business feasibility of Subang MSMEs is needed by academics, practitioners, and local governments to information on the constraints and obstacles to the performance of Subang SMEs. The implementation of socialization practices and business feasibility mapping was carried out in August 2020 with 30 randomly selected respondents in Subang Regency whose businesses have been running for at least 2 (two) years. The stages of implementing activities are the delivery of material through workshops, structured questionnaires, and feedback evaluation with quantitative, descriptive, and exploratory approaches. The results of socialization and mapping practices show the main obstacles to MSME business in Subang Regency based on rankings, namely capital, product/service marketing, human resources, and fulfillment of formal licenses. Furthermore, MSMEs in Subang Regency need assistance in improving performance to be sustainable both financially and non-financially, including the fields of marketing products/services such as digital marketing, finance in the form of simple recording and accounting, HR management through increasing employee skills and competencies according to the business field, and assistance in the formal licensing application process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Business Model Canvas (BMC) di Koperasi Kampung Lonek Jempol Berhad sebagai alat strategis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas bisnis. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi segmen pelanggan, proposisi nilai, saluran, hubungan pelanggan, aliran pendapatan, sumber daya kunci, aktivitas kunci, kemitraan kunci, dan struktur biaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan BMC memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam merancang strategi bisnis yang lebih berkelanjutan. Namun, terdapat tantangan dalam implementasinya, termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya dan pemahaman anggota koperasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya pelatihan dan pemberdayaan anggota untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kewirausahaan.
