Abstract

Strengthening the economic potential of rural areas is one of the government's village empowerment programs. However, it is known that there are still problems related to the low competitiveness of rural areas, both in terms of human resources and the ability to produce commodities with added value. The Sokkolia Village Government, young people, and community leaders play a crucial role in boosting the resilience of rural communities. The tripartite cooperation model of Bumdes, Industry, and Campus is expected to address these two problems. The Campus can help in conducting research on potential and formulating innovative designs, while Industry can assist in terms of technology and market access. This training aims to help equip the Sokkolia Village community with entrepreneurial literacy and digital literacy to optimize the potential of the village and local economic growth. Empowering the community through entrepreneurship and digital literacy is expected to create an ecosystem that supports local economic growth and contributes positively to sustainable development at the village level. The training that has been conducted shows high levels of participation and motivation among partners. Based on the results of the training, partners' understanding of entrepreneurship and digital literacy has increased. This is expected to make Sokkolia Village partners adaptable and able to utilize digital technology to improve their overall well-being.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven transformations in various aspects of life, including entrepreneurship education. This study examines how social media can be utilized as an informal learning space to support digital-based entrepreneurship education without being limited by space and time. Using a qualitative approach and literature review, this article explores the role of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube in disseminating entrepreneurial knowledge, building business communities, and creating flexible and accessible learning ecosystems. The results show that social media is not only a means of business promotion but also plays a role as an interactive and inspiring educational medium. The use of experience-based content, tutorials, and entrepreneurial success stories is a key strategy in educating audiences, both informally and formally. This article recommends optimizing the use of social media by educators, MSMEs, and entrepreneurial communities to expand access to relevant and contextual business learning in the digital era.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship plays a crucial role in realizing the vision of “Golden Indonesia 2045,” with university students expected to act as agents of change through strong entrepreneurial intentions. This study aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy and subjective norms on entrepreneurial intention, with an entrepreneurial attitude serving as a mediating variable. The study employed a quantitative approach using path analysis. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 105 undergraduate students and analyzed statistically. The results reveal that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, both directly and indirectly through an entrepreneurial attitude. Although subjective norms do not directly influence entrepreneurial intention significantly, they have a positive and significant indirect effect mediated by entrepreneurial attitude. Furthermore, entrepreneurial attitude itself significantly influences entrepreneurial intention. These findings highlight the importance of developing both personal efficacy and supportive social environments to foster positive entrepreneurial attitudes, which in turn enhance entrepreneurial intention among university students. The study provides valuable insights for educational institutions and policymakers to design effective entrepreneurship education and support systems.

Abstract

This study examines the association between working capital turnover and profitability in a publicly listed telecommunications company over 2018–2024, spanning pre-pandemic (2018–2019), pandemic (2020–2021), and post-pandemic (2022–2024) phases. Using secondary data from audited annual financial statements and stock-exchange filings, the analysis applies ratio and trend techniques to assess how liquidity management relates to earnings performance amid shifting demand and investment cycles. The results indicate an inverse pattern: periods of higher working capital turnover did not coincide with higher profitability, while lower turnover was accompanied by improved profitability. This outcome aligns with the sector’s capital-intensive, subscription-driven cash cycle, where rapid turnover can reflect tighter working capital positions that constrain service quality and margin capture, whereas more moderate turnover is consistent with capacity expansion, disciplined receivables management, and stronger margins. The pandemic and its aftermath amplified these dynamics as surging data usage, network investments, and pricing pressures reshaped short-term liquidity needs and returns. The study contributes sector-specific evidence on liquidity–profitability trade-offs across a systemic shock and underscores that accelerating working capital turnover is not universally profit-enhancing in telecommunications. Managerially, the findings point to calibrating working capital policies to demand volatility, maintaining liquidity buffers, and aligning receivables and “inventory-like” network capacity with profitability targets.

Abstract

PT. Dekoruma Inovasi Lestari (Dekoruma) is a technology-based company, which focuses on furniture sales, interior design services, and property sales. The company's extensive business lines require more comprehensive data and applications than currently available. Therefore, an enterprise architecture design is needed for this company so that all business lines can run smoothly. This study aims to design the Dekoruma company's enterprise architecture. This study uses an enterprise architecture planning method with the Zachman framework approach. The focus of this study lies in four important aspects of the Zachman framework, namely scope, business model, system model, and technology model, as well as two main components in the Zachman framework, namely the data column (what) and the function column (how). The result of this study is an initial enterprise architecture design that describes the data and application requirements that can be implemented. In addition, this study also produces a list of application recommendations and implementation plans that can be implemented.
