Abstract

This research aims to analyze digital branding strategies in the social media content of the Palu City Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and its impact on increasing public reach and interaction. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of BPS Palu City social media content. Apart from using the method above, the researcher used library research and field research to complete this paper, so that it can be justified theoretically. There were 5 informants for this research. The research results show that an effective digital branding strategy includes the use of attractive visuals, consistency in message delivery, and active engagement with the audience. The increase in public reach and interaction can be seen from the increasing number of followers, likes, comments and shares on BPS Palu City social media content. This research concludes that a planned and targeted digital branding strategy can increase public awareness of the statistical information provided by BPS, as well as expand the reach of this information to the wider community.

Abstract

PST is the gateway for BPS data dissemination. The services provided through the PST unit are one door or referred to as one gate service. The existence of the PST unit is expected to provide convenience for consumers in finding data and statistical information. The PST service system is divided into 2 (two), namely consumers who come directly to PST and consumers who go online to obtain services. These non-face-to-face or online services can be accessed either through the BPS website, via pst.bps.go.id, the BPS AllStat application (based on Android and iOS), telephone, facsimile, e-mail, or mail. The purpose of implementing SKD 2022 in general is to obtain evaluation material from consumers as an important instrument for improving the quality of data and statistical information and providing good service. Besides that, SKD is also a survey designed by BPS to identify the level of need and level of consumer satisfaction with data and services. The methodology described is divided into three parts, namely the sampling method, data collection method, and data analysis method. Based on the data collection method for all PST SKD organizers, the CAWI method is more widely used, for all PST organizers. This is related to the condition of adapting to new habits which include providing services online or online.

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) determine the effect of bullying behavior on student learning achievement; 2) Analyze the impact of bullying behavior apart from its impact on learning achievement. This type of research includes ex post facto research which is carried out on the basis of events or phenomena that occur to find bullying behavior on student learning achievement. The approach taken is a descriptive quantitative approach and a literature review method. This method is used to collect, identify, evaluate and interpret articles that focus on describing the impact of bullying behavior in elementary schools. The research results show that bullying behavior has an impact on students' learning achievement. shows that 15.4% of students' learning achievement in elementary schools is influenced by bullying behavior and the remaining 84.6% is influenced by other causes. Through the literature review method, it was found that bullying behavior can have an impact on poor socialization, low self-confidence, decreased self-esteem in the future, low social skills of students, inability to communicate with other people, experiencing depression, anxiety, and the possibility of hurting themselves.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat penguatan branding melalui sertifikasi standar nasional Indonesia pada CV Rapoviaka Simple. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yakni melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam .Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Rapoviaka Simple memenuhi syarat standarisasi nasional Indonesia dengan melakukan spesifikasi dan uji kelayakan berdasarkan aturan badan standar nasional (BSN). Tujuan utama penguatan branding melalui SNI yaitu membentuk kepercayaan dan kesetiaan konsumen serta memberikan informasi bahwa produk cokelat Rapoviaka Simple telah memperoleh standarisasi nasional sehingga terjamin mutu keamanan pangan untuk dikonsumsi oleh konsumen. Melalui wawancara yang dilakukan dengan pimpinan perusahaan yakni ibu Fatima Iskandar beliau menyatakan bahwa fokus utama perusahaan Rapoviaka yakni pada peningkatan branding. jika branding yang dilakukan berhasil dan produk telah dikenal oleh banyak konsumen maka akan mendatangkan penjualan atau sales yang baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by the Ran Flow Palu MSME to attract consumer interest and their impact on the sustainability of the business. The study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and was conducted at Ran Flow Palu. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation with the business owner as the primary informant. The results indicate that Ran Flow Palu implements a marketing strategy through segmentation, targeting, positioning, and the marketing mix (4Ps): product, price, place, and promotion. This strategy has proven effective in building the image of an aesthetic, varied, and affordable bouquet shop, especially for the student and school market segment. Factors such as product quality, more affordable prices, a strategic location, and the use of social media also contribute to the success of this business.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan pelaku UMKM di Pura Agung Wanakertha Jagadnatha Palu melalui edukasi pengelolaan modal usaha yang efisien dan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan secara langsung dengan melakukan edukasi sebagai pendekatan utama, yang meliputi penyampaian materi secara langsung dan interaktif kepada pelaku UMKM mengenai teknik pengelolaan modal, perencanaan keuangan, serta strategi pengembangan usaha yang mendukung keberlangsungan bisnis. Edukasi ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran pelaku UMKM dalam mengoptimalkan penggunaan modal agar usaha dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan tahan terhadap tantangan ekonomi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan pengelolaan modal yang lebih efisien serta kesadaran akan pentingnya keberlanjutan usaha di kalangan pelaku UMKM. Dengan demikian, program ini diharapkan dapat mendorong pertumbuhan UMKM yang lebih stabil dan mandiri di wilayah Pura Agung Wanakertha Jagadnatha Palu.

Abstract

This study examines how student participation in campus organizations influences soft skills and employability among Management students at Tadulako University. A survey of 103 students from the 2021 and 2022 cohorts was analyzed using SEM-PLS in SmartPLS 4. Findings reveal that organizational participation significantly improves intrapersonal and interpersonal skills, both of which positively affect employability. The direct impact of participation on employability is relatively small, but interpersonal skills emerge as the stronger mediator compared to intrapersonal skills. These results confirm that student organizations serve as strategic platforms for non-formal learning that strengthens soft skills and work readiness. The study highlights the importance of institutional support for student organizations and suggests that future research should explore additional factors, such as internship and digital literacy, to broaden employability assessment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of empowerment and assistance in making a Business Identification Number (NIB) for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Makmur Village, Palolo District, Sigi Regency. This program was implemented in collaboration between Tadulako University, the Sigi Regency Cooperative and MSME Service, and the Makmur Village Government to provide an understanding to MSMEs regarding the importance of business legality. In this process, many MSMEs, especially the elderly, had difficulty understanding the digital system used for NIB registration. However, with assistance, MSMEs managed to understand and obtain NIBs that provide legal protection and access to various government facilities. The results of the study showed that the mentoring program succeeded in increasing the understanding of MSME actors about the benefits of having a NIB and the importance of business legality. In addition, this empowerment also includes training in financial management, digital marketing, and business development. MSME actors involved in this program become more confident in running their businesses legally and in an organized manner. This program has the potential to strengthen the economy of Makmur Village and the surrounding area by increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the global market.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how micro-business actors utilize digitalization as a strategy to navigate the dynamics of the modern market, as well as to identify the opportunities and challenges they encounter. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed through a case study of Bucket Bunga, a creative florist business that has been operating for seven years and is managed by a young entrepreneur in City X. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the business owner. The results show that digitalization has had a positive impact on market reach, service efficiency, and increased customer interest through social media platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp. However, several challenges persist, including limited understanding of social media algorithms, fluctuating content visibility, and the rising competition in the online business landscape. The main strategy adopted by the business owner involves improving product quality and customer service, although no external support has been received from communities or educational institutions. This study highlights the importance of digital literacy and institutional support to help micro-businesses adapt effectively to the digital economy ecosystem.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pengalaman subjektif Generasi Z dalam menjalankan bisnis thrift yang semakin populer di kalangan anak muda Kota Palu. Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana generasi muda memaknai, mengelola, dan menghadapi tantangan dalam aktivitas bisnis thrift yang sarat nilai sosial dan lingkungan. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode fenomenologi deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan tiga partisipan yang menjalankan bisnis thrift dalam dua model berbeda: rumahan dan toko fisik. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur untuk menggali motivasi, tantangan, serta makna personal dari aktivitas wirausaha tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi pelaku usaha tidak semata didasarkan pada faktor ekonomi, melainkan juga dorongan emosional, keinginan membahagiakan keluarga, dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan. Tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi kualitas barang yang tidak sesuai, keterbatasan modal, dan persaingan ketat, yang diatasi dengan strategi kreatif dan adaptif seperti promosi digital dan manajemen relasi pelanggan. Bisnis thrift dipahami partisipan sebagai ruang ekspresi diri, pembentukan karakter, serta partisipasi dalam gaya hidup berkelanjutan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa bisnis thrift di kalangan Generasi Z di Kota Palu telah melampaui dimensi ekonomi, menjadi ruang sosial, lingkungan, dan aktualisasi diri di era digital.
