Abstract

The perception and role of practical wisdom in implementing religious moderation policies which are built from the lecturer's perspective are open and democratic because they uphold academic culture. However, the unsystematic implementation of top-down policies has the potential to ignore the creative participation of task implementers in the field. The approach to insert religious moderation is stronger when listening to the good practices of learning implementers, namely lecturers. This article aimed to find out the role of lecturers' initiatives in strengthening religious moderation as implementers of learning in non-religious courses. The research was conducted with a qualitative phenomenological type. The research participants involved twenty-seven non-religious lecturers from 9 study programs. The data were extracted using the technique of focused group discussions and document analysis. The results of the lecturers’ practical wisdom are as follows, 1) religious moderation is perceived by lecturers as a wise view in responding to differences, a middle-way view that is not extreme to the left and right, and the ability to moderate multiculturally; 2) lecturers as learning actors in the field have creative, authentic and autonomous goodwill in inserting religious moderation so that responsive lecturers are found to prevent early risks of student radicalism, intolerance, and religious exclusivism; 3) lecturers can find learning methods in class by inserting religious moderation in general courses even though there are no technical-operational instructions in the learning process. It showed that lecturers in the context of implementing religious moderation responded quickly so that their practical wisdom provides solutions to accelerate the achievement of religious moderation that is actually more participatory.

Abstract

This study aims to show how important it is to cultivate the values of moderation in a convert. This is important in order to anticipate the thoughts and attitudes of someone who has just become a Muslim towards the influence of intolerance and radicalism. Researchers used surveys with descriptive analysis techniques to measure the level of religious moderation. In this study, researchers also used qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach aimed at understanding the mindsets and perceptions of participants in diverse moderation. Participants in this study were five converts who were at least 3 years old and studying Islam. The perception of religious moderation among converts at the Muallaf Center Malang is shown through the views, attitudes, and practices of converts who accept the principles of nationhood. The results of the analysis showed that the level of religious moderation among converts in Muallaf Center Malang was in the high category. In addition, converts demonstrate conscious adherence to basic values, harmoniously integrating national aspirations into religious beliefs without contradicting state ideology. They showed a positive attitude towards national commitment, emphasized the importance of the ideals of Pancasila, respected the national flag, and implemented Pancasila in religious life. Their understanding of tolerance is prominent, as evidenced by their recognition of diversity, willingness to share facilities, and efforts to help non-Muslims. It all reflects a commitment to positive social contribution. Converts strongly oppose violence in religious conflicts, which means they are in line with the principles of religious moderation that reject violent extremism. Their adaptive approach to local culture, by embracing diverse practices, shows a willingness to acculturate while still maintaining religious beliefs.

Abstract

The Quran Education Park (TPQ) plays a vital role in accustoming children's behavior to become moral individuals with Koranic character and making the Al-Quran their guide for life. However, the results of field observations show that the discipline of students at TPQ is low. One way to foster discipline in children is by giving consequences as extrinsic reinforcement for their behavior; one form of reinforcement is the token economy. This research aims to determine the influence of the token economy on improving TPQ students' discipline. This research uses a quantitative approach with experimental research methods; the sample is 20 children, and data analysis uses the Paired Sample t-test technique. The results of the paired sample t-test are 0.000 < 0.05, which shows the significant influence of implementing the token economy in improving the disciplinary attitudes of TPQ students. Apart from that, there was an increase in the average score between the pre-test and post-test of 4.30.

Tema-Tema Psikologi Dalam Kitab Alala Tanalul `Ilma Melalui Metode Maudhu`i Psychological Themes in the Alala Tanalul `Ilma Book with Maudhu`i Method Iqbal Ali Wafa1, Iin Tri Rahayu2, Yulia Sholichatun3, Bahrun Amiq4Psikologi, Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, Indonesiaiqbalaliwafa2@gmail.com AbstrakKitab Alala Tanalul`Ilma selaku mata pelajaran awal yang diberikan di pesantren-pesantren baik salaf ataupun pesantren modern untuk menumbuhkan kepribadian santri ataupun karakter santri melalui  proses belajar mengajar. Dapat diketahui bersama bahwa, kitab Alala Tanalul`Ilma memiliki nilai–nilai pembelajaran, tidak hanya itu ada pula tema-tema psikologi didalamkitab tersebut. Riset ini bertujuan buat mengidentifikasi tema-tema psikologi yang terkandung dalam kitab Alala Tanalul`Ilma, sebab belum banyak ditemukan riset-riset yang meneliti mengenai tema-tema psikologi dalam kitab Tanalul`Ilma. Ada kesempatan buat meningkatkan riset buat memperoleh tema- tema psikologi dalam tersebut. Riset ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa tema-tema psikologi yang ada dalam kandungan Kitab Alala Tanalul `Ilma  yang disusun oleh Syekh Burhanudin Al  Islam Al Zarnuji dalam 37 bait. Prosedur riset dengan pendekatan tematik ataupun Mawdhu`i dipilih guna memperoleh hasil riset. Dimulai dengan memilah topik bahasan, setelah itu menghimpun bait yang masih terpaut serta menambahkan beberapa referensi tambahan sebagai penjelas jika diperlukan, mengkorelasikan bait antar bait yang mempunyai bahasan yang memiliki kesamaan tema, menyusun kerangka konseptualyang sesuai dengan tema-tema yang sama secara sistematis serta meningkatkan sebagian penjelasan yang diperlukan. Hasil riset menemukan ada 14 tema-tema psikologi yang ada pada Kitab tersebu. Secara garis besar, tema-tema psikologi tersebut adalah: belajar, intelegensi/ kecerdasan, motivasi/dorongan, kontrol diri, teori kebutuhan dasar manusia yang harus dipenuhi, role model, nurture serta nature, kebutuhan untuk mendapatkan prestasi, proses kognitif, modeling atau proses meniru, kepribadian menurut  Freud (id, ego serta superego), bawah teori tabula rasa, pola asuh serta kemandirian.Kata kunci: Alala Tanalul `Ilma, Maudhu`i,  Variabel Psikologi AbstractThe book of Alala Tanalul `Ilma as a basic subject in Islamic boarding schools both salaf and modern is applied to shape the character or personality of students in the teaching and learning process. Studying through translation, the book Alala Tanalul `Ilma contains not only educational values, but  also psychological values . This study aims to analyze the psychological themes contained in Nadzom Alala Tanalul `Ilma written by Sheikh Burhanudin Al-Islam Al-Zarnuji with a total of 37 stanzas. The research method with the thematic approach or Mawdhu`i was chosen to obtain research results. Beginning with selecting a topic of discussion, then collecting related stanzas and adding the necessary information, correlating stanzas that have the same discussion, compiling a conceptual framework according to the same themes systematically and adding some required information. The results of the study found fourteen psychological themes obtained from 37 verses of the Alala Tanalul `Ilma book.    The themes are: learning, intelligence, motivation in lerning process, self-control in learning, basic human needs, role model, nurture and nature, achievement needs, cognitive process, modeling or imitation process, Freud's personality (id, ego and superego), basic tabula rasa theory, parenting and independence.Keywords: Alala Tanalul `Ilma, Maudhu`i, Psychological Variables

Abstract

The Student Exchange Program influences student achievement motivation. The article explains that after participating in the program it brings achievement motivation to students. The participants in this study were four students. This study uses the phenomenological method. This data collection uses four steps: interview transcripts, koding, categorization, and sub-theme conclusions. The results of this study found that, First, how the experience can encourage various aspects such as reinforcement and self-confidence in achievement motivation. Second, these things become achievement motivation that shape the process of self-development in students to develop talents. Third, how the program becomes a motivating factor for students to achieve achievements by having high responsibility, taking risks, and existence in lifeKEY WORDS:  Achievement motivation; reinforcements; develop talent ABSTRAKProgram Pertukaran Mahasiswa mempengaruhi motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa. Dari artikel menjelaskan kalau setelah mengikuti program tersebut membawa motivasi berprestasi pada mahasiswa. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah empat mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data ini menggunakan empat langkah: transkrip wawancara, koding, kategorisasi, dan kesimpulan sub-tema. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa, Pertama, bagaimana pengalaman tersebut dapat mendorong berbagai aspek seperti reinforcement dan kemampuan percaya diri dalam motivasi berprestasi. Kedua, hal-hal tersebut menjadi motivasi berprestasi yang membentuk proses pengembangan diri pada mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan bakat. Abstract

AbstrakEvaluasi hasil belajar siswa merupakan usaha yang perlu dilaksanakan oleh seorang pendidik. Dalam rangka mengukur ketercapaian tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk asesmen pada mata kuliah Psikologi Pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti tentang bagaimanakah daya beda, tingkat kesukaran, dan kualitas butir soal mata kuliah Psikologi Pendidikan di UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Soal dalam asesmen disusun berdasarkan 4 tema dalam materi ini dan dikembangkan menjadi 24 butir soal. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jurusan Psikologi UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim dengan mengikutsertakan 23 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan cara memberikan interpretasi deskriptif atas data kualitatif yang ada. Soal yang telah dibuat akan dilakukan analisa yang meliputi reliabilitas soal, daya beda soal, derajat kesukaran, korelasi skor item terhadap skor total, dan kualitas pengecoh. Berdasarkan hasil analisa, didapati bahwa soal yang telah dibuat dapat digunakan lagi. Beberapa perubahan masih diperlukan, seperti penggantian soal dengan daya pembeda rendah. Kualitas pengecoh pada pilihan jawaban harus ditingkatkan agar pertanyaan menjadi lebih berkualitas. Soal-soal tersebut memiliki tingkat kesulitan yang lumayan. Soal dibagi secara merata dalam kompleksitas, mulai dari yang sangat sulit hingga yang sangat mudah. Kata kunci: Asesmen, Psikologi Pendidikan, Anates Abstract Evaluation of student learning outcomes is an effort that needs to be carried out by an educator. In order to measure the achievement of the goals that have been set. This research was conducted for assessment in Educational Psychology course. This study aims to examine how the differentiating power, level of difficulty, and quality of items in the Educational Psychology course at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang are. The questions in the assessment are arranged based on 4 themes in this material and developed into 24 items. This research was conducted at the Department of Psychology UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim by involving 23 students. This research was conducted by providing a descriptive interpretation of the existing qualitative data. The questions that have been made will be analyzed which includes the reliability of the questions, the differentiating power of the questions, the degree of difficulty, the correlation of the item scores to the total score, and the quality of distractors. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the questions that have been made can be used again. Some changes are still needed, such as the replacement of questions with low discriminating power. The quality of the distractors in the answer choices must be improved so that the questions are of higher quality. These questions have a decent level of difficulty. Abstract

Anak usia dini memasuki masa golden age (masa emas) merupakan masa tumbuh kembang anak yang pesat dengan berbagai potensi awal yang dimiliki. Oleh karena itu, pada masa ini membutuhkan optimalisasi peran orangtua, guru dan lingkungan sekitar untuk mendukung melejitnya tumbuh kembang anak. Diantara cara yang bisa dilakukan adalah memberikan kualitas pembelajaran yang diberikan kepada anak usia dini, seperti yang sudah dilakukan Pos PAUD Kelinci kelurahan Samaan Kota Malang. Pos PAUD Kelinci. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi para guru Pos PAUD Kelinci memiliki kesadaran dan pemahaman pengajaran yang tangguh (relisient pedagogy), memahami tugas perkembangan anak serta optimalisasi potensi anak usia dini. Adapun kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan 5 tahap, yakni: need assessment, merencanakan, pelatihan, evaluasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian dan pendampingan adalah guru-guru Pos PAUD Kelinci. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian adalah terbangunnya kesadaran dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dengan memperhatikan tugas perkembangan anak usia dini yang dibuktikan dengan tersusunnya modul tumbuh kembang anak usia dini berdasarkan tugas perkembangannya.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is a confusing problem and is the center of attention throughout the world. Various efforts have been made to prevent and handle juvenile delinquency. This study aims to determine the pattern of collaboration, dynamics of research trends, and dynamics of juvenile delinquency research. Data using the sciencedirect database with the keyword juvenile delinquency. This study uses bibliometric analysis with the help of Vosviewer. The results of the analysis show that juvenile delinquency in sciencedirect contains 812 articles. Discussions related to juvenile delinquency are widely discussed with aggression, meta-analysis, depression, adolescents, neglect, victimization, gender, detention, symptoms, profiles, child abuse, disorders, psychopathy, interviews, drugs, and the justice system. Reduced color density indicates that research on the topic is still limited or rarely conducted. The results of this study indicate that the least studied were ASPD (antisocial personality disorder), BPD (borderline personality disorder), antisociality, psychopathic personality, abusive parenting, maternal depression, judgement, childhood trauma, callous irritability, and aggressive behavior
