Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa seberapa besar pengaruh Penilaian Prestasi Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Efektifitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Parepare. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi, kuesioner, Dokumentasi dan metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh sebanyak 33 sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Penilaian Prestasi Kerja (X1), Pengembangan Karir (X2) dan Efektifitas Kerja Karyawan (Y), Secara bersama-sama atau simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Di mana persamaan regresi Y = 7,641+ 0,407X1 + 0,352X2 + e. Dari hasil uji t atau parsial, dilihat dari variabel penilaian prestasi kerja didapatkan hasil perhitungan ttabel dimana thitung ≥ ttabel (2,168≥2,042) dan signifikan ≤0,05(0,000≤0,05). Selanjutnya dalam uji pengaruh secara simultan degan uji F menunjukkan bahwa penilaian prestasi kerja dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektifitas kerja karyawan, dengan Fhitung (8,679) ≥ Ftabel (3,34). Dan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variasi perubahaan variabel efektifitas kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh perubahan variabel bebas penilaian prestasi kerja dan pengembangan karir sebesar 36,7%. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut diharakan dapat bermanfaat kepada semua pihak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang kinerja keuangan perusahaan semen dengan penerapan metode du pont system. Analisis Du Pont digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor mana yang paling kuat pengaruhinya antara profit margin, total asset turnover dan Equity multiplier terhadap ROE. Disamping itu dengan analisis ini dapat mengevaluasi perubahan-perubahan kondisi dan kinerja perusahaan, apakah ada peningkatan atau penurunan atau kedua-duanya. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan du pont system kemudian diolah menggunakan software smartPLS. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan semen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sebanyak 7 perusahaan. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini terdapat 3 perusahaan yang diambil dengan purposive sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Variabel yang digunakan dalam perhitungan Du pont System yaitu Return On Equity, Total Asset Turnover, dan Net Profit Margin dan Equity Multiplier. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan equity multiplier (EM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROE sedangkan Total Assets Turnover (TATO) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROE.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Parepare. Metode analisis meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji F), dan koefisien determinasi (R^2). Dari sampel 30 karyawan, ditemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan tidak memiliki pengaruh parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh parsial yang signifikan. Namun, secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 72,9%. Artinya, gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja menjelaskan sebagian besar variasi dalam kinerja karyawan, sementara ada faktor lain yang juga berperan sebesar 27,1%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine promotion and trust have a partial effect on consumer satisfaction in using courier services at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Parepare Branch. To find out promotion and trust influence simultaneously on consumer satisfaction in using courier services at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Parepare Branch. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative, using primary data sourced from the results of the questionnaires that have been answered by the respondents. The tests used include validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), R2 test (coefficient of determination). These results indicate that promotion has no partial effect on consumer satisfaction in using courier services at PT. Abstract

This research aims to determine work motivation and work discipline at the company PT. Yudhistira Ghalia Indonesia Parepare Branch. The analysis method used is descriptive quantitative, using primary data sourced from the results of questionnaires that have been answered by respondents. The tests used include validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and t test (partial), f test (simultaneous), R2 test (coefficient of determination). The results of this research show that work motivation has a partial effect on employee performance with a calculated t value of 4,834 > 2,034 with a significant level of 0.000 > 0.05, company work discipline has a partial effect on employee performance with a calculated t value of 7,068 > 2,034 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. Work Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously influence employee performance with a calculated F value of 177.203 > 3.28 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and express the relationship that exists in the variables of organizational culture and work environment on employee productivity at the Sidenreng Rappang Ministry of Religion Office, both partially and simultaneously. The analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Validity Test, Rehability Test, Partial Test (t test), Simultaneous Test (F test) and Coefficient of Determination Test (R2 Test) with a total sample respondents of 41 people. The results showed that organizational culture (X1) has a positive and significant effect partially on work productivity (Y) of employees of the Sidenreng Rappang Ministry of Religion Office, with a t-count value of 5.844> t-table 2.024 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Work Environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect partially on work productivity (Y) of employees of the Sidenreng Rappang Ministry of Religious Affairs Office, with a t-count value of 2.588> t-table 2.024 and a significant value of 0.014 <0.05. Each variable simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of employees of the Sidenreng Rappang Ministry of Religious Affairs Office with an F-count value of 45.695> F-table 3.24 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: (1) To determine the partial influence of leadership style and work motivation variables on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesian Parepare Branch. (2) To determine the simultaneous influence of leadership style and work motivation variables on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesian Parepare Branch. In this study, the analysis used was validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (F-test), and coefficient of determination (R2) to determine the hypotheses in this study. The sample used in this study was 30 employees at PT Pos Indonesian Parepare Branch. The leadership style variable (X1) does not have a partial effect on employee performance (Y) at PT Pos Indonesian Parepare Branch. This is evidenced by the significant value of 0,054 > 0,05 and (2,015 < 2,051). The work motivation variable (X2) has a partial effect on employee performance (Y) with a significant value of 0,001 < 0,05 and (3,946 > 2,051). Based on the test results on leadership Style and Work Motivation, it was found that 36,249 > 3,350 and the level of 0,000 < 0,05, it was concluded that the independent variables have a simultaneous effect. The correlation coefficient value is 0,854 and the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0,729 (72,9). This means that the leadership style and work motivation variables explain changes in employee performance by 72,9 while there are other variables that influence employee performance by 27,1%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate image, product quality and price on customer satisfaction at PT. Manuntung Raya Sidrap using the SPSS 23 analysis method. The type of research used is descriptive research and data collection techniques through questionnaires, while the sample treatment method is to determine the roscoe formula as many as 60 the number of respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis method.The results showed that: 1. Corporate image (X1) test results showed a value of tcount (1.587) < ttable (2.003) with a significant value (0.120) > (0.05). 2. Product Quality (X2) test results show t count (-2.064) > t table (2.003) with a significance value (0.045) < (0.05). 3. Price (X3) test results show t count (7.513) > t table (2.003) with a significance value (0.000) < (0.05). Fcount = (21.580) > Ftable (0.277) with a significance value of (0.000) < (0.05) which means that Corporate Image, Product Quality and Price simultaneously influence customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination R square is 0.612 points or 61.2% which means that the variables of company image, product quality and price can be explained equally as increasing 61.2% of PT. Manuntung Raya Sidrap, while the remaining 38.8% is influenced by other factors that are not the focus of this research object.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence communication, organizational commitment and competence have on the performance of civil servants at the Department of Transportation. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative, using primary data sourced from the results of the questionnaires that have been answered by the respondents. The tests used include validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), R2 test (coefficient of determination). The results showed that: 1. Communication (X1) test results showed the value of t = (3.264) with a significance value of 0.002 <0.05. This value proves that communication (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance. 2. Organizational Commitment (X2) The test results show the value of t = (0.344) with a significance value of 0.733> 0.05. This value proves that organizational commitment (X2) has no significant effect on employee performance. 3. Competence (X3) test results show the value of t = (0.261) with a significance value of 0.796> 0.05. This value proves that competence (X3) has no effect and is not significant on employee performance

Abstract

the purpose of this research is to determine the influence of personal selling and company image on saving decisions at BANK MANDIRI Pinrang Branch. To find out how Personal Selling and Company Image simultaneously influence Saving Decisions at BANK MANDIRI Pinrang Branch. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Samples were obtained using a purposive sampling technique. The data testing technique was carried out by testing validity and reliability using the SPSS. for Windows 26 program. Meanwhile, the data processed was primary data sourced from the results of questionnaires filled in by respondents. The research results show that partial purchasing power influences purchasing decisions with a value of tcount>ttable, namely (3.117>1.984), and the significance is smaller than 5% (0.002<0.050). Product quality has a partial effect on purchasing decisions with the tcount>ttable value, namely (7.475>1.984) and, the significance is less than 5% (0.000<0.050). Simultaneously, the variables purchasing power and product quality influence buying decisions with a value of fcount>ftable, namely (154,384>3.09) and a significance that is smaller than 0.05 (0.000<0.05).
