Abstract

Software and tools for project management are computer programs used to assist project managers in planning, organizing, executing, and supervising projects. There are various types of software and tools for project management, ranging from simple to sophisticated and complex. Software and tools for project management can help project managers to optimize time, costs, and resources in managing projects. Some examples of software and tools for popular project management include Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, Jira, and Smartsheet. Microsoft Project is the most popular and advanced project management software used worldwide. This software allows project managers to create project schedules, manage tasks and resources, and monitor project progress. Trello is a simple and easy-to-use project management tool that can help teams collaboratively organize and oversee projects. Trello allows users to create boards and move cards from one column to another to track project progress.

Abstract

Technology has undergone significant and rapid change with the transition from self-managed data centers to visualized infrastructure. Data archiving has a very important role because it can make it easier to process data quickly and accurately. Web-based information systems have become an integral part of digital transformation in various industrial sectors. By providing centralized access to computing resources, data storage, and applications over the internet, the cloud provides significant freedom and flexibility. Web-based information systems bring great benefits to organizations that successfully adopt them. While challenges such as security and regulatory compliance need to be overcome, the opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency make cloud-based information systems a strategic choice in a company's digital transformation roadmap. Several institutional companies and individuals have used web-based archiving but it has not been effective. For this reason, a good archiving system is needed that makes it easier to search and process data. Web-Based Archiving Management Information System which will provide convenience in processing data to be more effective and accurate. Apart from that, it can also save time and better manage reports and decision making within the Company.

Abstract

Sinar Niaga Sejahtera is a company engaged in the distribution of food and beverages specifically from Garudafood products. Founded by Mr. Sudhamek as the owner of SNS in 1994, SNS's role is very decisive for the development of Garudafood. Because of its role, various kinds of Garudafood products can be obtained by consumers in remote areas throughout Indonesia. SNS already has a number of depots serving hundreds of thousands of customer outlets throughout Indonesia. The aim of this research is to determine the marketing strategy implemented based on the internal and external environment in increasing the sales volume of Garuda Brand products at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera. The types of data used are quantitative data and qualitative data. Quantitative data is calculated data or data in the form of numbers based on the results of questionnaires from respondents which include opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of Garuda Brand products at PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that judging from the internal and external factor indicators, the position of the company PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera is based on Growth Strategy, namely a strategy aimed at stabilizing the company or a strategy implemented without changing the direction of the marketing strategy. The strategies that can be used are: Market diversification strategy, namely a strategy that uses its strengths to take advantage of long-term opportunities. The suggestions given are that the company should also try to improve its strengths to reduce the weaknesses it has so far so that the company's position can be raised and able to compete competitively. And by anticipating weaknesses so that they do not become threats, companies should be careful with the current situation, by understanding the market more seriously to try to rise through exploiting existing opportunities and minimizing the threats they face through new breakthroughs to find and enter market opportunities. existing ones, for example by marketing new products that are more acceptable to consumers in accordance with current consumer buying interests.

Abstract

Management Information System is a system that provides data used to facilitate the decision-making process in addressing challenges faced by its users. This decision-making process involves responding to situations that run smoothly as well as situations that encounter issues, by identifying problems as situations that carry the potential for risk to the company or situations that hold the potential for benefits. This research aims to analyze the role of marketing management information systems at PT. BANK MANDIRI Tbk. The study is conducted using a literature review research method, which involves the analysis and collection of information from various literary sources related to the research topic under examination. The findings of the research indicate that the role of Information Systems in supporting Business Operations at PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk is of paramount significance. Without Information System Technology, the operational activities of PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk would be virtually impossible to carry out.

Abstract

Management Information Systems are systems that help managers collect, manage and utilize information for effective decision making. Based on the definition obtained, the implementation of the management information system at PT Pos Indonesia consists of creating a database network system between departments in operational activities. In an effort to develop PT Pos Indonesia, it has implemented a business innovation, namely bill payment services, not only providing letter delivery services at the Post Office, it can now serve all forms of bill payments. PT Pos Indonesia has also created an application to support services and make it easier for customers to carry out their transaction needs, these applications are PosAja and PosPay. Then the obstacles faced during the implementation of the information management system at PT Pos Indonesia often occur overtime or delays in the data processing process due to frequent network disruptions and frequent system maintenance on applications, sudden changes in the system environment, and frequent policy changes in A management system that is less consistent makes it a bit difficult for employees.  Therefore, the author is interested in analyzing PT's marketing information system. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Alea Kopi di Pasar Kita Pamulang Barat dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Fokus kajian meliputi inovasi produk, penetapan harga, dan upaya promosi yang dijalankan oleh Alea Kopi di tengah persaingan industri kopi yang semakin ketat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dokumentasi, serta Fokus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan pemilik, karyawan, dan konsumen Alea Kopi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Alea Kopi mengutamakan kualitas produk, variasi menu, dan pelayanan yang ramah untuk menarik konsumen. Penetapan harga dinilai sudah sesuai dengan daya beli target pasar. Namun, kegiatan promosi belum berjalan optimal dan hanya dilakukan secara terbatas pada awal pendirian usaha. Diperlukan strategi promosi yang lebih intensif dan inovasi menu secara berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan mencapai target penjualan

Abstract

Banyak organisasi menghadapi kesulitan yang terus-menerus dalam mengoordinasikan kegiatan rekrutmen, sistem evaluasi kinerja, dan inisiatif pengembangan staf ketika mengelola fungsi modal manusia mereka. Tinjauan literatur yang ada ini berupaya untuk mengkaji bagaimana adopsi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (HRMIS) yang komprehensif dapat meningkatkan dan merampingkan ketiga proses kritis ini. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan kerangka tinjauan literatur dengan perspektif deskriptif-analitis, memeriksa karya ilmiah yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020 dan 2025. Pendekatan analitis memanfaatkan analisis konten yang dikombinasikan dengan metode sintesis tematik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi HRMIS secara substansial mengurangi jadwal perekrutan, meningkatkan presisi evaluasi kinerja melalui mekanisme umpan balik langsung, dan menyesuaikan inisiatif pertumbuhan profesional menggunakan penilaian kesenjangan kompetensi. Kesimpulannya menekankan bahwa HRMIS terpadu berfungsi sebagai pendorong digitalisasi SDM (Supriyadi, 2024), mendorong terciptanya lingkungan manajemen talenta yang lebih efisien, berbasis analitik, dan berfokus pada pertumbuhan

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan organisasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan kecepatan pengelolaan informasi seiring pesatnya perkembangan teknologi. Sistem informasi manajemen (SIM) konvensional yang masih mengandalkan proses manual sering menghadapi keterbatasan dalam akses data, integrasi, serta pengambilan keputusan yang cepat. Sebaliknya, SIM berbasis teknologi informasi menawarkan otomatisasi, integrasi data, dan analisis real-time yang mendukung kinerja organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membandingkan efektivitas, efisiensi, dan keandalan kedua sistem tersebut dalam konteks operasional perusahaan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan komparatif dengan analisis literatur dan pengamatan terhadap implementasi sistem yang telah digunakan di beberapa organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIM berbasis TI lebih unggul dalam aspek kecepatan, akurasi, dan aksesibilitas data, sementara SIM konvensional masih relevan di lingkungan dengan sumber daya teknologi terbatas. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan panduan bagi manajemen dalam menentukan sistem yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan, sumber daya, dan arah strategi organisasi.

Abstract

With current technological advances and developments, the author needs to design pond water quality monitoring tools such as temperature, pH, and TDS (Total Dissolved Solid). Thus encouraging them to find new things to simplify and optimize the daily activities of pond farmers. This tool aims to ensure/determine the actual water quality, in this way it can determine actions to minimize disease in shrimp and reduce mortality in shrimp, the use of this tool can be done especially before entering shrimp seeds by checking the water first. to ensure water quality and produce water that is suitable for shrimp seedlings. Why is that, because immature shrimp seeds will be more sensitive to disease. From there the author of this thesis designed a pond water quality monitoring tool, by adding a feature that can control the water wheel. Because the water wheel is also useful for maintaining good water quality. From the test results, it was found that the system could read data from the temperature, Ph, and TDS sensors. The temperature sensor can read the temperature with an accuracy of 90%. The Ph sensor can read the acidity of water with an accuracy of 80%. The TDS sensor can read dissolved solids in water in ppm units and has an accuracy of 80%. The time used in reading each sensor data is every 5 seconds. In controlling the water wheel through the Blynk application, it can activate the DC motor as a prototype of the water wheel through a relay at a certain distance.
