Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact and strategies of integrating sustainability reporting (SR) on the financial performance of engineering projects through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach using the SPAR-4-SLR model. A total of 25 selected articles published between 2019 and 2025 were analyzed using thematic synthesis with the assistance of NVivo 12 software. The results of the analysis indicate that SR not only enhances transparency but also makes a positive contribution to return on investment (ROI), cost efficiency, and investor confidence. The most effective reporting strategies generally use the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks, often combined with digital technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain. However, stakeholder engagement still receives insufficient attention, despite data indicating that active community participation can reduce project rejection risks by up to 35%. An evaluation of the quality of the reviewed articles indicates that most use robust methodologies and produce consistent findings. As such, SR plays a crucial role in strengthening the sustainability governance and financial performance of engineering projects. The research findings recommend integrating data-driven and participatory SR approaches as core pillars in socially and environmentally responsible project management practices.

Abstract

The study aims to find out the integrated marketing strategy in improving the institution's image, customer loyalty, and education program enrollment. The descriptive qualitative method used interviews with branch managers, sales coordinators, sales teams, and students of short and one-year course programs. Digital promotion through social media and attendance at local events successfully increased brand recognition by 35% on social media and 25% local event participation, building a professional and relevant image. Personalization strategies, such as schedule flexibility and quick response, increased student loyalty with a 30% increase in continuing education and a 45% satisfaction rate. The combination of value-based content on digital media and direct promotion through education fairs increased digital engagement by 50% and enrollment by 20%. Transparency of promotional information boosted prospective students' trust with 70% satisfaction, while quick response on digital platforms increased trust by 90% and clicks on promotional links by 35%. In conclusion, a holistic marketing strategy based on student needs and technology is the key to successfully strengthening the institution's image, increasing loyalty, and attracting new applicants. The results of this study offer strategic guidance for educational institutions facing increasing competition.

Abstract

Digital transformation in education has accelerated the integration of gamification as an interactive and motivational learning strategy. This study presents a systematic literature review following the SPAR 4 SLR protocol, based on the analysis of 25 empirical research articles published between 2020 and 2025. The objective is to explore the distribution and impact of various gamification elements on cognitive, affective, and psychomotor learning domains. Elements that provide rewards, such as points (88%), badges (80%), and leaderboards (72%), were the most commonly applied in learning environments. In contrast, reflective features such as storytelling (20%), learner autonomy (24%), and role-playing activities (16%) were especially effective in increasing emotional involvement, self-directed learning, and practical abilities. Through thematic analysis using NVivo 12, the study found that external rewards often encourage only temporary motivation, whereas reflective components support more lasting and meaningful learning processes. The study concludes by recommending a balanced and goal-oriented approach to gamification design, which can strengthen its role as a transformative educational strategy in the digital learning era.

Abstract

This research aims to design and test a solar power generation system (PLTS) as an alternative energy solution for agricultural irrigation in Kemulan Village, Turen District, Malang Regency. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D model: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The define stage shows that farmers experience limited access to energy and high irrigation costs, with an average daily energy requirement of 1,500 Wh and operational costs of Rp 300,000-500,000 per season. Based on this data, a solar PV system was designed using two 100 Wp solar panels, a 12V DC pump, and an MPPT controller. Simulation through PVsyst showed an energy output of 1,620 Wh/day, while field testing produced 1,560 Wh/day with a water discharge of 70 liters/minute. Expert validation results show the system has high efficiency (86-88%), is easy to operate, and has the potential to be replicated. End-user evaluations showed positive scores on the aspects of convenience, usefulness, and re-adoption intention. The findings prove that a local needs-based approach and active involvement of farmers in the design to evaluation process can produce renewable technology systems that are applicable, efficient, and socially acceptable in the rural agricultural sector.
