Abstract

Improving the quality standards of education in schools is an important struggle in achieving the goal of quality and equitable education. The techniques in collecting this data are observation, interview, and documentation. This research aims to find out the various efforts and strategies that have been implemented to ensure that students receive quality and relevant education. The article discusses several measures to improve the quality of education in schools, including curriculum improvement, teacher training, stakeholder participation, the use of technology and careful monitoring. With a strong commitment and a systematic approach, quality education can become more accessible to all students, creating a smarter and more competitive society

Abstract

This research is about "Educational Innovation Through a Systems Approach at MTS Parmiyatu Wassa'adah". This research method is descriptive qualitative research. This research is located at MTS Parmiyatu Wassa'adah. The subject of this research is the School Principal. The research used is observation, interviews and documentation. Educational innovation through a systems approach has become the main focus in educational transformation in schools. This approach aims to integrate various educational components, including curriculum, technology, school management, stakeholders, and learning processes, into a coherent and effective system. This innovation not only creates a more dynamic and inclusive learning environment, but also enables improved student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan pendidikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di era digital melalui pendekatan studi literatur. Data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber literatur, termasuk jurnal ilmiah, buku, laporan kebijakan, dan dokumen resmi yang relevan dengan topik kebijakan pendidikan digital. Analisis dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi implementasi, tantangan, dan peluang dalam penerapan kebijakan pendidikan berbasis digital.

Abstract

Manajemen strategik dalam konteks pendidikan menjadi krusial dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran strategi manajemen dalam mengoptimalkan kualitas pendidikan dengan fokus pada aspek kepemimpinan, perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber, termasuk wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan pendidikan, analisis dokumen kebijakan, dan observasi langsung di lembaga pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran budaya organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di lembaga pendidikan. Budaya organisasi mencakup nilai, norma, dan praktik yang dianut oleh seluruh anggota organisasi dan mempengaruhi perilaku serta kinerja individu di dalamnya. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari MAL UINSU untuk mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen budaya organisasi yang berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi yang kuat dan positif, yang melibatkan komunikasi efektif, kerjasama tim, dukungan manajemen, dan pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan, secara signifikan berdampak pada motivasi dan kinerja guru. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa upaya untuk membangun dan memelihara budaya organisasi yang mendukung dapat menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui peningkatan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pengambil kebijakan dan manajemen sekolah dalam merancang program pengembangan budaya organisasi yang efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of training management in supporting leadership development, identify obstacles encountered, and formulate effective strategies. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that: the implementation of training management has been carried out systematically through the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. Training planning is based on competency needs, HR nomination results, and the results of coordination with educational and industrial stakeholders. The training implementation uses a blended learning approach and involves professional instructors from both internal and external sources. Training evaluation is conducted using an outcomes-based model to ensure participants can apply leadership skills in the workplace. The main obstacles faced include the high turnover of school principals that hinders program sustainability, limited teacher participation due to geographical and information constraints, and the limited number of experienced instructors. However, BBPPMPV BBL has responded to these challenges by developing an online monitoring system, expanding partnerships, and refining the mapping of training needs periodically. Strategies to improve the effectiveness of training management are carried out through a cross-sectoral collaborative approach, the integration of a merit system in participant selection, and an emphasis on strengthening leadership character based on the values of integrity, adaptability, and innovation. The Teaching Factory approach is an important part of forming leaders who are resilient, solution-oriented, and responsive to change.

Abstract

The implementation of effective classroom management is the key to creating a conducive learning environment and achieving educational goals optimally. This study aims to analyze the implementation of classroom management at MTs Yapdi in improving the effectiveness of the learning process. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive qualitative approach. This study also includes a literature study by utilizing existing sources such as scientific articles and books related to this study. The results of the study indicate that classroom management at MTs Yapdi has been implemented well, including systematic planning, implementation, and evaluation. The main supporting factors are teacher commitment, adequate facilities, and cooperation between schools and parents
