Abstract

The development of business nowadays claim theirself to give the best and to do the improvement not only for the service but also their product. The dinamyc competition enable the business not to find the new customer, but to defend them for a loyal so that they don’t interest to the other business. One of the customer loyalty strategy is Customer Relationship Marketing and Brand Trust. This reserach analyzes the influence of Customer Relationship Marketing and Brand Trust to Customer Loyalty on PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) branch Pekanbaru.This research use the questioner with Likert scale analized by validity, reliability,doubled linear regressionanalysis, determination coefficient, individual signification (t experiment),simultaneous (F experiment) with SPSS 20 application. There are 96 sample on this research where the calculation using Slovin formula.The trial show that customer relationship marketing and brand trust make the positive and significant influence to customer loyalty. Determination coefficient (R2) show that customer relationship marketing and brand trust variable influence 83% tocustomer loyalty variable, while the 17% influenced by the other variable that not include on this reserach.Keywords: Customer Relationship Marketing, Brand Trust, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Implementation of the Family Planning Service Program (KB) at DPPKB Pematangsiantar City through a qualitative descriptive approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews conducted with key informants, namely the Head of DPPKB Staffing, the main informant, namely the Secretary and Head of the DPPKB Prosperous Family and additional informants, namely five community members participating in family planning. Secondary data obtained through documentation from the research location. The data analysis technique used in this research is based on John Creswell's theory where there are six steps of data analysis namely, managing data, reading all data, analyzing data by coding data, coding process, describing data, and interpreting data. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Family Planning Service Program in Pematangsiantar City is good enough, which is supported by the existence of Standards, goals, policy objectives, Resources, Communication, Commitment, Bureaucratic Structure, and Implementor Dispositions. To achieve the objectives of the family planning program, it is suggested that the DPPKB should further improve the quality of its services, increase the number of implementers, improve communication and improve coordination between implementers and the community planning participants, as well as the local community in order to further increase maximum participation in the family planning program in Pematangsiantar City.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik merupakan salah satu produk aparatur pemerintah yang diberikan kepada masyarakat luas. Penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik merupakan salah satu fungsi utama dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintah yang menjadi kewajiban aparatur pemerintah. Profesionalisme merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan publik sehingga  pegawai sebagai aparatur pemerintah harus bekerja secara profesional untuk memberikan pelayanan publik yang berkualitas             Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey dengan pendekatan explanatory survey  atau descriptive survey.  yang bertujuan untuk menganalisi pengaruh profesionalisme terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada Kantor Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan yang berjumlah 47 orang. Mengingat jumlah populasi yang relative sedikit   maka  penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan  metode  total sampling,  yakni  mengambil seluruh  populasi menjadi objek penelitian sebanyak 47 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari  30 item pertanyaan. Uji Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis regresi  linier sederhana dengan uji-t             Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pemberdayaan profesionalisme pegawai memberi pengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik. Hal ini diindikasikan oleh nilai  t-hitung X (10.126) > t-tabel (1.98) dan sig-p (0.001) < sig-a  (0.05), Besarnya pengaruh pemberdayaan profesionalisme pegawai terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik  adalah sebesar 69.5%

Abstract

Salah satu keberhasilan pembangunan di sebuah negara sangat tergantung kepada data kependudukan. Dengan sistem data yang bagus dan punya akurasi yang sangat tinggi maka tertib administrasi publik bisa dilakukan dan perencanaan pembangunan berbasis data bisa dilakukan. Untuk itu manfaat sensus kependudukan sangatlah penting karena melalui sensus kependudukan yang baik maka keberhasilan pembangunan dalam hal perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi bisa dilakukan dengan baik. Maka kelompok Tani Terpadu Martubung salah satu kelompok tani dan merupakan komunitas petani penting diberikan pemahaman melalui ceramah, diskusi, mengenai dampak dan manfaat dari sensus penduduk yang sesunguhnya. Dengan adanya kesadaran semua warga negara dalam hal mendukung tertib administrasi penduduk dan tertib data maka pembangunan dan capaian negara bisa berhasil dengan baik

Abstract

This research aims: 1) to find out the rights of persons with disabilities are fulfilled in the Damri Bus and Trans Metro Deli Bus transportation services in Medan City; 2) to find out the constraints and barriers experienced by people with disabilities in accessing Damri Bus and Trans Metro Deli Bus transportation in the city. Research data was obtained using observation, interviews, documentation and focused group discussions. The results are as follows: Damri Bus and Trans Metro Deli Bus transportation is not yet disability friendly so that disability rights in public transportation services have not been fulfilled. A number of obstacles faced by people with disabilities include: narrow and high bus doors, damaged bus stops, sidewalks that are disjointed and do not lead to the bus stops, unavailability of braille letters, and unavailability of travel routes at each bus stop. And this is actually rooted in a policy-making paradigm that is not yet disability-friendly. However, in general, the Trans Metro Deli Bus service is still better and disabilities-friendly than the Damri Bus.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine changes in the mechanism for distributing Non-Cash Food Assistance in Siempat Nempu Hilir District, Dairi Regency, precisely in Jambur Indonesia Village, Janji Village, Sopobutar Village, Laesering Village. Dunn argues that an evaluation can be interpreted as an estimate that gives numbers and values. Evaluation has to do with gathering information about a value or usefulness of obtaining policies in conveying reliable information about work or general regulations using evaluation indicators namely: Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Alignment, Responsiveness. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The data was analyzed using the stages of data reduction, data analysis and drawing conclusions. The informants in this research were key informants (District Head of Siempat Nempu Hilir), main informants (BPNT Recipients). The results of this study indicate that changes in the mechanism for distributing Non-Cash Food Assistance are very well received by the community because people can use the assistance for their own needs so that the purpose of the program can work, namely for the welfare of the poor.

Abstract

This research examines the Implementation of Floating Net Cage Management Policies on the Socio-Economic Conditions of Floating Net Cage Farmers (Case Study in Tanjung Bunga Village, Pangururan, Samosir Regency). The aim of this research is to determine the impact of controlling floating net cages on the socio-economic conditions of farmers floating net cages in Tanjung Bunga Village, Pangururan, Samosir Regency. The type of research used in this study was qualitative research. The research location was in Tanjung Bunga Village, Pangururan, Samosir Regency. The data collection in this study was obtained using interview and documentation techniques and then processed into narrative form. The informants in this study were key informants, namely the Head Tanjung Bunga Village, the main informants were floating net cage farmers. The results of the data transcripts were analyzed by managing, preparing data, sorting, coding, interpreted then concluded. The results of this study concluded that there were pros and cons in this policy where floating net cage farmers objected to the control of floating net cages but on the other hand the control of floating net cages was also carried out to protect and preserve Lake Toba as an KSPN area.

Abstract

This paper attempts to answer the question of what programs have been implemented by the Medan City Education and Culture Office in implementing the PUG policy in the field of education and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the PUG policy in the field of education at the Medan City Education and Culture Office and SMP Negeri 37 Medan City. The research method used in this study is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were the Head of Institutional Facilities and Infrastructure of Junior High Schools at the Medan City Education and Culture Office and the Principal of SMP Negeri 37 Medan City. Data collection was carried out using documentation and interview techniques. The data analysis technique used the John W. Creswell analysis technique, (2015). The results of this study indicate that institutionally the implementation of the PUG policy in the field of education has been implemented through programs run by the Medan City Education and Culture Office. However, the facilities and infrastructure that have not been 100% fulfilled and the lack of parental support for the programs implemented in schools, have caused the implementation of the PUG policy in the field of education at SMP Negeri 37 Medan City to still not be implemented optimally

Abstract

Women's empowerment has become the main focus in efforts to improve family welfare. One of the approaches taken is a cultural independent class program which aims to develop the potential of women to preserve cultural identity in their area so that they can actively contribute to improving the quality of life and family income. The aim of this research is to determine women's empowerment in improving family welfare through a culturally independent women's class program. The method used in this research is qualitative and data is obtained by observation, documentation, interviews, documentation and focused discussions (FGD). The results obtained from this research are increasing family welfare and supporting national development goals as well as creating positive changes in society and increasing women's understanding of the importance of gender equality and cultural mainstreaming in achieving sustainable prosperity.keluarga. Salah satu pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah program kelas mandiri berbudaya yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki oleh perempuan untuk melestarikan identitas budaya di daerahnya sehingga dapat berkontribusi aktif dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan penghasilan keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pemberdayaan perempuan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga melalui program kelas perempuan mandiri berbudaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan perolehan datanya dengan observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan diskusi terfokus (FGD). Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya kesejahteraan keluarga dan ikut mendukung tujuan pembangunan nasional serta menciptakan perubahan positif terhadap masyarakat dan meningkatkan pemahaman perempuan tentang pentingnya kesetaraan gender dan pengarustamaan budaya dalam pencapaian kesejahteraan yang berkelanjutan.
