Abstract

Education is a process that focuses on developing and changing students' behavior through transmitting knowledge, attitudes, beliefs, skills, and other aspects of behavior. Education is considered an important component in achieving social goals and national development. This study examines the relationship between education and society and the role of both in creating a quality generation. The background of this study emphasizes the importance of education in developing children's insight into ideology, politics, religion, society, culture, and defense and security. Education aims to bring progress to individuals, society, and the state to achieve national development. This study also identifies several problem formulations, namely the definition of education and society, the function and role of education for society, and therelationship between education and society to achieve quality learning goals. This study aims to understand education and society, identify the functions and roles of education for society, and explore the relationship between education and society to achieve quality learning goals. This study confirms that education plays a vital role in individuals' socialization and preservingcommunity culture. The functions of education include social control, cultural preservation, workforce development, and social change. This study alsodiscusses the importance of collaboration between schools, families, and communities in improving the quality of education. Effective curriculum implementation and the community's active role in supporting education are the keys to achieving national development goals and creating a future generation that is knowledgeable, technological, and faithful. Thus, education is an agent of social change that contributes significantly to developing individuals and communities, ensuring the achievement of national goals through a quality and sustainable learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the extent to which the implementation of digital technology and effective classroom administration enhances the quality of education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Establishing a learning environment conducive to learning necessitates the implementation of rules and procedures, regulating student behavior, and the physical configuration of the classroom. Furthermore, digital technology is instrumental in facilitating the learning process, as it enables access to information and interactive learning through hardware such as computers and devices, as well as software and internet-based applications. This research indicates that integrating digital technology into classroom management can improve student engagement in learning, facilitate more active participation, and promote the development of 21st-century skills, including digital literacy, collaboration, and problem-solving. Digital technology enables the development of a dynamic and more effective learning environment by allowing learning to be more interactive, flexible, and customized to the unique requirements of each student. The significance of incorporating digital technology to develop learning pertinent to the requirements of technological advancement in the digital age is underscored by the implications of this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penggunaan deiksis dalam pidato Presiden Prabowo Subianto pada acara pelantikan Presiden dan Wakil Presiden 2024-2029. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisis dokumen. Data dikumpulkan dari transkrip pidato resmi dan dianalisis berdasarkan kategori deiksis yang dikemukakan oleh Levinson, yaitu deiksis personal, deiksis temporal, deiksis lokasional, deiksis sosial, dan deiksis wacana. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Deiksis yang muncul dalam pidato Presiden Prabowo Subianto adalah deiksis personal, deiksis temporal, deiksis lokasional, deiksis sosial, dan deiksis wacana. (2) Penggunaan jenis deiksis yang dominan dalam pidato ini didominasi oleh deiksis persona “kita”. Deiksis personal seperti “kita” and “saya” digunakan untuk membangun rasa kebersamaan dan solidaritas antara presiden dengan rakyat Indonesia. (3) Fungsi deiksis dalam pidato ini memiliki fungsi penting untuk membangun hubungan sosial yang kuat antara presiden dengan rakyat melalui penggunaan deiksis personal dan sosial, menandai momen pelantikan yang terjadi pada hari itu dan menciptakan kesan pentingnya acara tersebut melalui deiksis temporal, menyampaikan tujuan politik dan sosial presiden, serta harapan terhadap masa depan Indonesia melalui deiksis lokasional dan wacana.
