Abstract

Guru PAUD dituntut untuk siap dengan perubahan zaman terutama perubahan dalam teknologi digital. Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT sangat perlu diterapkan pada era digital saat ini. Salah satu media pembelajaran berbasis ICT yang dapat mendukung proses pembelajaran adalah learning apps. Learning apps merupakan aplikasi yang mudah digunakan karena memiliki menu yang sederhana dan template yang menarik. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberi pendampingan kepada para guru PAUD untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan dalam pemanfaatan fasilitas media digital guna menciptakan pembelajaran yang menarik dan tidak membosankan untuk anak usia dini. Pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah terdapat peningkatan keterampilan dan pengetahuan para guru mengenai media pembelajaran berbasis learning apps. Dengan begitu dapat dikatakan bahwa kegiatan pendampingan memiliki konstribusi positif terhadap para guru dalam menambah wawasan tentang media pembelajaran berbasis learning apps guna menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran di Lembaga PAUD. Kemudian, para guru juga memiliki pengalaman baru mengenai media pembelajaran berbasis ICT yaitu learning apps.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of wax painting activities on the fine motor development of children aged 4-5 years at Al-Qur'an Kindergarten, Jauharul Wathon Muaro Jambi. This type of research is quantitative with experimental methods. The design used in this research is Pre-Experimental Design in the form of One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The population in this study was 29 children and the sample in this study was 15 children. The sampling technique used in this research was an observation sheet. The data analysis techniques used in this research are normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test. Based on the discussion of the results of the research carried out, it can be concluded that there is an influence of wax painting activities on the fine motor development of children aged 4-5 years at Al-Qur'an Kindergarten, Jauharul Wathon Muaro Jambi. This is proven by testing the t test hypothesis that tcount (52.316) > t table (2.145), so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the effect size calculation using Cohen's formula, there is a result of 7.11, which means the magnitude of the influence of candle painting activities on the fine motor development of children aged 4-5 years at Al-Qur'an Kindergarten, Jauharul Wathon, Muaro Jambi, which is at a distance of >1 to strong interpretation (Strong effect).   Keywords: Candle Painting Activities, Fine Motor Development, Early Childhood Aged 4-5 Years.

Abstract

The introduction of sex education is an urgency that needs to be given to children from an early age to prevent the widespread phenomenon of sexual violence that occurs in Indonesia. In addition, children's lack of understanding about sexual harassment and the dangers surrounding it makes children remain silent when abused. This research aims to analyze the influence of the SKIDU (Sex Kids Education) game as an effort to introduce sex education to children aged 5-6 years. This type of research is quantitative research. This research uses a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design without a control class. The sample in this study was ten children aged 5-6 years. Data collection is obtained from observation and documentation. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire sheet. The data analysis technique uses hypothesis testing (paired sample t-test). The results obtained were differences before and after being given treatment using the SKIDU (Sex Kids Education) game. The SKIDU (Sex Kids Education) game influences introducing sex education to children aged 5-6 years. It was concluded that the use of the SKIDU (Sex Kids Education) game can increase children's knowledge about sex education. The implication of this research is that the SKIDU game can increase young children's understanding of body parts that other people should not touch.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil pengamatan di TK Al-Hadi Raziq Sultan Kota Jambi yang menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan mengenal warna anak usia 4–5 tahun belum berkembang secara optimal. Dari 10 anak kelompok A, sebanyak 7 anak masih mengalami kesulitan dalam membedakan dan menyebutkan warna dengan benar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan cooking class terhadap kemampuan mengenal warna anak usia 4–5 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-experimental design dengan bentuk one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh anak kelompok A TK Al-Hadi Raziq Sultan yang berjumlah 10 anak, sekaligus menjadi sampel penelitian dengan teknik nonprobability sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data meliputi uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan mengenal warna anak setelah mengikuti kegiatan cooking class. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa cooking class efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal warna pada anak usia dini, khususnya kelompok usia 4–5 tahun.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil pengamatan yang menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan motorik halus anak usia 5–6 tahun di TK Negeri Sungai Rengas Kabupaten Batang Hari masih belum berkembang secara optimal. Hal tersebut terlihat ketika anak-anak di kelompok B3 mengalami kesulitan dalam menggerakkan jari-jemari saat melakukan kegiatan menempel, menggunting, menggambar, menarik garis, maupun melipat mengikuti pola, sehingga hasilnya kurang rapi, keluar dari garis, dan kurang fokus karena terdistraksi saat berinteraksi dengan teman sebaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan papercraft terhadap perkembangan motorik halus anak usia dini. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen menggunakan desain Quasi Experimental Design berbentuk Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 68 anak, dengan sampel 36 anak yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar observasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung (41,105) lebih besar dibandingkan t tabel (2,101) pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan kegiatan papercraft terhadap perkembangan motorik halus anak usia dini. Dengan demikian, kegiatan papercraft dapat dijadikan alternatif media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan perkembangan motorik halus anak usia dini.

Abstract

Abstract Early mathematics is a very important and basic ability for children that needs to be developed in order to equip children for their future lives. However, the reality is that there are many demands and expectations from parents about their children's ability to be able to count. The application of interesting media is the main determining factor when learning numeracy concepts. One of the media used to increase students' numeracy skills is the use of busy books. This activity is about the use of flannel busy book learning media to introduce early mathematics to early childhood at Al-Azka IT Kindergarten Jambi City. The concept of introducing early mathematics to early childhood includes: 1) Introducing the concept of numbers to children, 2) Developing concept of numbers, 3) Introducing geometric shapes, 4) Sorting objects based on size, 5) Ordering number symbols. The aim of this community service activity is to assist parents and teachers in introducing beginning mathematics by using busy books for early childhood at the Al-Azka Integrated Islamic Kindergarten, Jambi City. The method used in Community Service (PKM) activities is the Service Learning (SL) method. This method plays an important role in independence, especially student independence. The Community Service (PKM) carried out is the implementation of the use of the busy book method in introducing early childhood mathematics to early childhood students at the Al-Azka Integrated Islamic Kindergarten, Jambi City. The results of this Community Service (PKM) Use of busy books can improve early mathematics skills in early childhood. Therefore, through this service, it is hoped that teachers and parents can introduce young children to early mathematics starting from the concept of numbers 1-10, symbols for numbers 1-10 and geometric shapes and can create and utilize creative and innovative learning media using the busy book method.

Abstract

This activity is about sexual education at the Tirta Kencana Kindergarten, as for how to educate it through music and movement. The purpose of this education is to provide knowledge to children. Because of the rampant sexual violence that occurs in children today, the growth and development of children now and in the future is very dangerous if children become victims of sexual violence. For this reason, sexual education is provided in schools to prevent sexual violence from occurring. The implementation method used is the educational method through music and songs in the form of counseling. The strategy in this counseling is to provide educational material through movements and songs entitled ku take care of my body for the children. Based on the results of counseling, it shows that children already know what parts of their bodies can and cannot be touched by other people and know what to do if someone else touches them.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas alat permainan edukatif "kincir angka" dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa kelas 1 sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap proses pembelajaran di kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan kincir angka secara signifikan meningkatkan minat belajar siswa, mempermudah pemahaman konsep dasar matematika seperti penjumlahan dan pengurangan, serta menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan. Alat ini tidak hanya menarik perhatian siswa, tetapi juga mendukung perkembangan kognitif mereka melalui metode pembelajaran yang lebih kreatif dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi alat permainan edukatif, seperti kincir angka, dalam proses pembelajaran matematika sangat penting untuk mendukung hasil belajar yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

This research is based on the results of field research observations that show that children's fine motor skills have not developed optimally. This study aims to determine the effect of project-based Clay play activities on the fine motor skills of children aged 4-5 years at TK Pembina Muara Tembesi. This study uses a preexperimental designs method. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection involved pre-test and post-test, and hypothesis testing was carried out using the t-test on normally distributed data. The results showed that Clay play activities significantly improved children's fine motor skills, as shown by the results of the t-test t count (24.617)> t table (2.160). With the Cohen's formula, there is a value of 3.78 which is in the range> 1 with a strong interpretation (Strong Effect). In conclusion, there is an effect of project-based Clay play activities on the fine motor skills of children aged 4-5 years at TK Negeri Pembina Muara Tembesi.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman literasi digital dan pemahaman rambu-rambu lalu lintas pada anak usia 5-6 tahun melalui pelatihan website wordwall di TK ABA IV Jambi. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, anak-anak diberi pengenalan tentang rambu lalu lintas, dilanjutkan dengan demonstrasi serta praktik langsung permainan wordwall berupa kuis, mencocokan gambar, dan menyusun kata. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan sikap antusias, partisipasi, dan semangat serta kemampuan anak dalam mengenal simbol-simbol lalu lintas. Anak mampu menyebutkan dan memahami fungsi rambu dengan benar. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mendorong berkembangnya lierasi digital anak melalui interaksi langsung dengan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi.
