Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan terkait aksesibilitas informasi dan efisiensi proses penerapan sistem pendaftaran siswa baru di TK Al Ikhlash Pekalongan Jepara. Mitra mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola pendaftaran secara manual, yang seringkali menyebabkan penumpukan kerja, kesalahan data, dan keterlambatan dalam proses pendaftaran. Selain itu, informasi mengenai pendaftaran dan kegiatan sekolah tidak mudah diakses oleh calon siswa dan orang tua. Pemilihan topik ini didasarkan pada pentingnya meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi dan efisiensi proses administrasi di lembaga pendidikan. Melalui pengembangan website penerapan sistem pendaftaran siswa baru berbasis online, hasil yang telah dicapai mencakup pembuatan website yang telah terpublikasi, pendaftaran siswa baru secara online, pengiriman formulir pendaftaran otomatis melalui email, serta pelatihan operator website. Dengan demikian, pengabdian ini telah meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi dan efisiensi dalam proses pendaftaran, mendukung inklusi pendidikan, dan memberikan manfaat positif bagi calon siswa dan orang tua.

Abstract

This research discusses the exploration of Rhoma Irama's song lyrics which contain messages of religious moderation. This is the first and only research on religious moderation messages in Rhoma Irama's song lyrics. The aim of this research is to describe the lyrics of songs by Rhoma Irama as one of the reinforcements for the idea of ​​religious moderation initiated by the Indonesian Ministry of Religion as well as becoming a strategic issue in the era of President Jokowi's leadership. The method used in this research is qualitative description using skillful free-involved listening techniques. From the results of this research, regarding the exploration of song lyrics by Rhoma Irama which contain messages or values ​​strengthening religious moderation, ten song works were found.

Abstract

Artikel Sosialisasi Anti Kekerasan ini membahas upaya pencegahan dan penanganan kekerasan di Sekolah Dasar (SD) sebagai respons terhadap meningkatnya kasus bullying di lingkungan pendidikan. Dengan merujuk pada data yang dirilis oleh Federasi Serikat Guru Indonesia (FSGI), diidentifikasi bahwa bullying merupakan masalah signifikan yang mempengaruhi perkembangan anak. Sosialisasi ini mengeksplorasi berbagai strategi anti-kekerasan yang dapat diterapkan di SD, termasuk pendidikan karakter, pelibatan orang tua, dan pelatihan bagi guru. Selain itu, artikel dan sosialisasi  ini menekankan pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan mendukung, di mana siswa dapat belajar tanpa rasa takut. Hasil dari artikel dan sosialisasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pendidik dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang program yang efektif untuk mengurangi kekerasan di sekolah.

Abstract

Ibnu Rusyd (1126–1198) adalah salah satu filsuf Muslim terkemuka yang pemikirannya melintasi bidang filsafat, teologi, hukum, dan pendidikan. Pemikirannya yang rasional dan berbasis pada harmoni antara ilmu pengetahuan dan agama tetap relevan dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan di abad ke-21. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji relevansi pemikiran Ibnu Rusyd dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan Abad ke-21. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis tekstual dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran Ibnu Rusyd tentang pentingnya penalaran, kebebasan berpikir, dan pengintegrasian ilmu pengetahuan masih relevan dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan kontemporer. Pemikiran ini memberikan inspirasi dalam membangun sistem pendidikan yang holistik, adaptif, dan berlandaskan nilai-nilai spiritual.

Abstract

This study explores the role of Human Capital Maturity Level (HCML) in shaping corporate performance and driving organizational transformation at PTPN, a state-owned plantation company undergoing structural changes. The research examines how different HCML dimensions such as Strategic, Primary, and Foundation influence financial performance and, in turn, impact transformation success. Using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), the study identifies key relationships between HCML and corporate outcomes, while Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is applied to determine the most effective transformation strategies based on expert assessments. Findings indicate that HCML Strategic significantly enhances corporate profit (loading = 0.695, p < 0.001), while HCML Foundation strengthens corporate health (loading = 0.552, p < 0.001). The AHP results highlight that Developing HR Capabilities (0.35) is the top priority, followed by Change Management Implementation (0.20) and Digital Transformation (0.15). These insights suggest that structured HRM strategies, competency development, and digital adaptation play a crucial role in ensuring sustainable business transformation. The study offers practical recommendations for HR policymakers and corporate leaders to enhance workforce readiness, optimize change management, and leverage digitalization to maintain competitive advantage.

Abstract

Teachers play an important role in the learning process, including guiding and controlling student behavior. This study aims to analyze teacher strategies in fostering behavior control at MA Al-Manar. The research uses a qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, supported by relevant literature. Data analysis includes reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that teacher strategies in behavior control are influenced by various factors, especially in determining appropriate forms of guidance. These strategies are closely related to the affective domain, including feelings, motivation, and attitudes. The study concludes that emotional aspects play a significant role in shaping students’ behavior in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) To make a prototype of monitoring electronic devices in nurul amin lahumbung mosque based on the internet of things. (2) To find out the implementation of the prototype monitoring of electronic devices in the nurul amin lahumbung mosque based on the internet of things. This research used the prototype (prototyping) method. The stages of making tools using prototypes are gathering needs, building prototypes, evaluating prototypes, coding systems, testing systems, evaluating systems, using systems. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Prototype monitoring of electronic devices at the Nurul Amin Lahumbung mosque based on the internet of things is designed or made using NodeMcu Esp8266, Relay, Dht11 Sensor, Dfmini Player, Speaker, Fan, Lamp, Android Smartphone, Blynk Application, Wifi and 5V Adapter. The Blynk application as a timer as well as media monitoring and the Blynk application can run on smartphone specifications of at least 1.5 GB RAM with Android version 10 and above. (2) Implementation of prototype monitoring of electronic devices at the Nurul Amin Lahumbung mosque based on the internet of things can turn on the sound automatically properly according to the specified time and notifications are displayed in the Blynk application. Can turn on the lights automatically well at dawn, maghrib and Isha prayers. Can turn on the fan / turn off the fan automatically properly where the fan will turn on when the temperature is above 25oC and the fan will turn off when the temperature is below 25oC.

Abstract

Competition in Indonesia’s e-commerce sector is increasing, leading Bukalapak to revise its operational strategies due to declining competitiveness. This study investigates the effects of event marketing, promotions, and brand image on user loyalty. Using a quantitative method, data were collected via questionnaires from 180 respondents and analyzed through multiple linear regression in SPSS. Event marketing had a negative effect (t = -2.127, p = 0.035), promotions had a significant positive effect (t = 6.347, p = 0.000), while brand image showed no significant influence (t = 0.376, p = 0.707). The F-test indicated a joint significant effect (p = 0.000). The coefficient of determination (R²) was 20.1%, implying that other variables also influence user loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to diagnose Good University Governance (GUG)-based governance at the State Islamic Institut (IAIN) Kediri. The research uses a qualitative approach and will be conducted in 2021. Data collection methods are interviews, observation and documentation. The informant were the leaders of IAIN Kediri, LPM, SPI, the organizational and governance division of IAIN Kediri and students. Aspect of GUG that were diagnosed consisted of organizing, participation, transparency, responsiveness, accountability and leadership. The results of the diagnosis show that (1) the Strategic Planning (Renstra) of IAIN Kediri needs to be reviewed because it does not yet have Main Performance Indicators (IKU) that are operational in nature and have not been used as a basis for preparing work programs; (2) Participation of competent parties in decision making need to be increased; (3) Transparency in the use of the budget has been carried out by examining activity reports and supporting data by SPI, while transparency to the public has not been carried out; (4) The responsiveness of the management of IAIN Kediri to regulate has been carried out through a Quality Audit both academically. However, the results of the Quality Audit have not been fully followed up and used as a basis for improving governance; (5) Reports on the performance of IAIN Kediri both quarterly and annually have not been carried out, so that the achievement of the determined Renstra cannot be measured and (6) Management arrangements carried out by campus leaders have not been maximally systemized and measured so that understanding related to management function risk needs to be improved. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiagnosis tata kelola berbasis Good University Governance (GUG) di Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Kediri. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan dilakukan pada tahun 2021. Metode pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan adalah pimpinan IAIN Kediri, lembaga terkait seperti Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu (LPM), Satuan Pengawasan Internal (SPI), bagian organisasi dan tata kelola IAIN Kediri, dan mahasiswa. Aspek GUG yang didiagnosis terdiri dari pengorganisasian, partisipasi, transparansi, responsivitas, akuntabilitas dan kepemimpinan. Hasil diagnosis menunjukan bahwa (1) Perencanaan Strategis (Renstra) IAIN Kediri perlu ditinjau kembali karena belum memiliki Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) yang bersifat operasional dan belum digunakan sebagai dasar penyusunan program kerja; (2) Partisipasi pihak-pihak yang berkompeten dalam pengambilan keputusan perlu ditingkatkan; (3) Transparansi dalam penggunaan anggaran telah dilakukan dengan pemeriksaan terhadap laporan kegiatan dan data dukungnya oleh SPI, sedangkan transparansi kepada publik belum dilakukan; (4) Responsivitas pengelolaan IAIN Kediri terhadap peraturan telah dilakukan melalui Audit Mutu baik secara akademik maupun non akademik. Namun, hasil Audit Mutu belum sepenuhnya ditindaklanjuti dan digunakan sebagai dasar perbaikan tata kelola; (5) Laporan kinerja IAIN Kediri baik secara triwulan maupun tahunan belum dilakukan, sehingga tidak dapat diukur ketercapaian Renstra yang ditetapkan, dan (6) Penyusunan tata kelola yang dilakukan oleh pimpinan kampus belum tersistem dan terukur secara maksimal sehingga pemahaman terkait dengan fungsi manajemen dan manajemen resiko dalam tata kelola perlu ditingkatkan.

Abstract

The Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is a technology-driven solution designed to enhance healthcare service efficiency by optimizing patient data management and expediting hospital administrative processes. This article discusses the development of SIMRS at Mega Buana Hospital by employing a user-based needs approach and integrating the latest technology to ensure optimal functionality for medical personnel and administrative staff. This research utilizes a needs analysis method, system development following the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) model, including design, implementation, and system performance evaluation. The results indicate that SIMRS significantly improves hospital operational efficiency, minimizes administrative errors in patient data and medical record management, and accelerates patient services across various hospital units.
